You Were Never Lovelier / Rita Hayworth as Maria Acuña
Maria wears several beautiful dresses during this movie, but this one is my favorite. The lines are so classic and elegant, and I like the effect of the dark sheer top leading into the "strapless" section. There seems to be a sort of leafy motif around the bust, and the sparkly dress clips at her waist just give it the perfect zip. The dress is worn over a contrasting lighter petticoat which is visible when she dances.
