Overall, this manhwa is not my top tier favourite, especially when it is related to yandere trope. I like it when the story is a bit more psychological or dark. However, I do know that one’s trash might be other’s diamond. Also, male yandere text is already rare as is.

The yandere is not too obvious in the first glance, but red flags are everywhere and finally confirmed at later chapters. FL is too horny to notice the red flags. This is quite refreshing, we don’t get a lot of sexually forward josei smut female characters. Other than her open and direct personality, many aspect of this story is a spin of Mary Sue CEO story plot (ie. CEO nephew, instead of CEO, shameless open and direct FL instead of shy and virginal one, quirky in laws instead of overbearing one, etc).

I read this manhwa as a comedy it is intended to be. NGL, there are moments that made me burst out laughing. It is just so many cliche scene everywhere, if you can power through, then you will be able to get to the yandere meats.

The yandere is the over protective, jelly, stalking, doting and manipulating type. I like how he slowly manipulate her into thinking and doing how he likes her to be. However, it is a bit of a let down for me personally, how in the side story, he came clean to FL and his behavior is brushed quickly.

Warning: so many misconceptions about contraceptives and safe sex or maybe just poor translation in the unofficial source. Younger readers should take the information there with a grain of salt.
