hope you're doing okay on this fine day!

I'm curious as another pagan, what's an/some experience(s) like connecting with the gods while you're going through a trip?

They're pretty much always around in some form, even if it's not directly or loud enough, or they seem like they're off paying attention elsewhere, but you've also mentioned DMT? Have any of ya gods interacted with you through a trip?

Yes, yes they do. I use acid to help with rituals. I work with loki. Also in the dmt world things are alot different. When you break through 360 degrees around you you will be in a different place. I have met entities there that don't fall under any pantheon. I also feel the need to connect to my roots and meditate before doing dmt to increase likelihood of spiritual experience. I often on acid feel loki calling me to come outside and he makes me feel joyous and not alone as I go into nature and il strip and skinny dip under the moon and not just worship loki but worship the water and the sky and the beauty and that moment in time. Il float and meditate staring at the stars. Also onetime I was very depressed to the point I had pretty much made up my mind to end my life I iust needed my partner to leave the house. I did some dmt while I waited which Is unusual for me because I know how taking psychedelics when in a bad place can become psychotic hell but I was dying soon. Do your worst I thought. And I think this was lokis coercion because the trip I had it felt like beams of love and light where being blasted into my heart. I'm adopted and even my adopted family suck and loki to me I'd patron of lost souls and people the world forgot. I think he was trying to show me that he loves me. I felt validated and soothed. I felt the presence of a fatherly figure too. I think the allfather. Odin. Usually it's just loki and me on our little trips doing rituals and connecting to the earth but I have a great respect for odin as I do all the gods. But hearth and home fire love and mischief is where my heart is. He helps me in the dmt world and his energy is brotherly. So I know he took me to odin. Because of the unconditional love I felt I stayed. I knew how loved I was by the gods and the earth and the people making me sad could blow me. Before I felt alone but that was a great loving reminder I'm not. If you use psychedelics to much they might start to ignore you. Loki will not show up in my trips If I take somthing stupid like 7 300ug tabs because I'm not doing anything spiritual im just being a junkie and he trys to help me not be an addict and to sooth me through the life of an addict so he doesn't like me doing dumb stuff like that in the name of spirituality because there is nothing spiritual I'm just being a wreckhead. So I say use them as the tools for magic they are. Dmt is basically real life backrooms since people share encounters and places it takes you. It can also take you back to trauma which can be hard but the point is to see it a different way but it can still he hard learning these lessons. This is a very complicated question. Yes you will connect with the gods if you use it as a tool for ritual and spirituality. If you act like a junkie you will just have them ignore you or even admonish you alittle to say stop saying your doing this in my name.

Misako: (Turns to Kyoko With a Confused Look on her Face) The hell kind of question is that?

Kyoko: Just a bit of curiosity is all. For instance, I would like to be a pink, puffy cloud.....(Eyes Suddenly Starts to Glitter in Joy) Filled with Cotton Candy~

Dark Pit: Bright and sweet....(Smirks Playfully at Kyoko) It's perfectly describe you already.

Misako: (Nodded in Agreement) Yep.

Kyoko: (Starts Blushing While Giggling Softly) D'awww~ Thanks, you guys~ Now it's your turn, Misako. What's cloud you wanna be like?

Misako: ('Psh') I dunno. I guess....Mines would be.... purple and junk?

Dark Pit: (Chuckles Lightly) Real original, babe.

Dark Pit: Simple. Mines would black and dark, which could shoot out killer lighting storms and everything.

Makoto: Pitto-san! Why didn't you tell us you got yourself two girlfriends?~

Ren: Let alone dating at all?~

Dark Pit: (Rolled his Eyes) I was planning on telling you guys about them sooner, but apparently the universe has other plans....

Ren: (Chuckles Lightly) And it definitely shows.

Makoto: So how exactly did you three met?

Dark Pit: We met two in a half months ago. I was walking by, minding my own business, when the girls was getting rallied up by a bunch of jocks and preppy guys. So I decided to help them out.

Makoto: (Being Hopefully) By having a calm and nonviolence conversation among each other?

Dark Pit: By kicking all of their sorry asses to the group.

Makoto: Oh. Figure you would say something like that.....

Dark Pit: Yeah, well, they started first, sis. So afterwards, we decided to hangout, get to each other a lot more than I thought we would at the time and then eventually, we....(Starts Blushing a Little) Decided to start a three way relationship with one another.

Ren: That's sweet and all, but...How exactly did you ended dating two of them at the same time?

Dark Pit: Well, during our time together, they both told me that had feelings for me and want me to choose between the both of them. And honestly, that was pretty much the most hardest decision I've gotten myself into in my entire life.

Makoto: Seriously?

Dark Pit: Yep. I mean...On the one hand, you got Misako, who's tough, witty, can kick ass on her own, and is pretty cool to hangout with, despite her smartass remarks. And on the other hand, you got Kyoko, who's overall cuteness could literally rival that to Kirby's. I'm not even kidding on that statement. So, instead of choosing, I made up a third option and told them that I want to date the both of them. And....to my surprise, they.... actually agree to it. But not like....right away. It was after they confessed their feelings to one another first, since they're best friends since kindergarten and everything. And after all of that, we all became a couple.

Makoto: Awww~ That's actually really sweet, Pitto-san. We're glad it worked out for you three in the end.

Dark Pit: So.....Does this mean that you approved in our relationship?

Ren: (Smiles Softly) Yeah. I mean, we have been since the moment you introduce us to them. (Chuckles Lightly) We could already tell that those two are perfect matches for you.

Makoto: (Smiles Brightly) And all it really matters to the both of us is that you three are happy with another. But, if you like, Ren-Ren and I could give you some pointers of being in a relationship.

Ren: You know, since we're a power couple and all.

Dark Pit: You mean like an old married couple?

Makoto: (Blushes Herself) S-Somthing like that.....

Dark Pit: (Sighs While Smiling a Little) Well, either way, I'm.... kinda thankful for you guys.

Ren: No thanks are necessary....(Smirks Starts Forming on his Face) Pitto-Kins.

Dark Pit: (Eyes Widened in Complete Shock Once He Heard that Nickname) What did you just call me?

Ren: Oh nothing. Just your nickname. What was it again?.....Ah. I know. Pitto-Kins.

Dark Pit: No...(Slowly Starts Glaring at Ren) No. No. Nono. No. No! We are NOT doing this right now, Ren!

Ren: Doing what? Giving you a taste of your own medicine? Need I remind you all of the times you called me "Ren-Ren"?

Dark Pit: What the hell are you.... EVERYONE CALLS YOU THAT!?

Ren: Yeah, but more or less, they have privileges to do so. You, on the other, kept calling me that out of spite.

Dark Pit: ('Groans im Annoyance') Whatever. All i know is that you, are NOT allow to call me that! Only Kyoko and sometimes Misako can do so!

Ren: You say that. But when I tell the whole gang about it at the mansion, you're gonna wish you kept it a secret sooner.

Dark Pit: (Got up Into Ren's Face) You wanna go right now, Joker Boy?

Ren: I like to see you try, you little Edgelord-

Makoto: That's enough! (Pulls her Boys Away from One Another) Both of you, no fighting on my watch, understand?

Ren/Dark Pit: (Points at One Another) But hr started it-

The dream began, as a bunch of hullabaloo, as you never know whether you are starting at the beginning, when you realize you are in a dream. Vicky, as the character she was now, was looking down at a rabbit she had, somhow, stopped dead. Of course, the hunt, she could not recall. The forest was full of fruit trees the squirrels had graciously planted. The soil smelled rich and verr wet. Vicky looked around.

This was not the amazon. Else, she would probably be in a nightmare.

She reached her hand into her pocket and pulled out a clump of baby powder. She snuffed it in, and began to rise off the floor. She could see the yellow glows below her, under the ground, like little gold pieces. Plant roots probably wiggled around the gold pieces.

This gold, and the powder, was what was needed to fly.

She went a bit higher and dropped her bow. It clattered into branches and onto the ground.

She brushed the branches of trees aside, and went higher.

It was daytime out, which was unusual.

She knew she was dreaming, but it was real, so her lucidity did not, actually, matter.

There was something about practicality that was vory greedy, so she did not eat the fruits from the trees. Vicky heard a peculiar sound and looked around nervously. Then she lied, and took a bite of a fruit from a nearby branch.

Somwon was listening to her.

“It’s rude to eavesdrop you know.” she said loudly.

“It is?”

A boy leans out from behind a tree, Leon.

“You like my dream?”

“I do.” he says.

Leon comes into her line of sight, and she purposefully stops rising.

“Why are you visiting me?”

“I thought you wanted someone to talk to.”

“I did.” Vicky pauses. “Want som powder?” she asks.

“That is not powder.” says Leon. “It’s dust.”

“It’s dust?”

“Yes.”

“Do you want som?”

“No.”

"I’m going to leave you behind, you know.” she says again.

“I know.” says Leon. “Just don’t go too high up, ya’ know.”

“I know.” Vicky says.

She lowers herself slightly.

“You walk in the woods like you are looking for dead spots in the floor.”

“So what if I am?”

There is a silence where Vicky looks nervous.

“Ok.” says Vicky. “I’m leaving.”

Victoria lifts off the floor. Then the two hear somthing.

“Umm Leebing. Boohoo. Come watch me, boo.”

It is a mockingjay, of course.

“Don’t make fun of me Bird. I’ll kill a worm.” says Vick.

“Womy wom. Boohoo.”

“Do you think they speak english?” asks Leon. “I can’t tell.”

“Nah. E does. E’s just got poo brains.” says Vick. “Also- you can call me Vicky Leon. It refers to my insensitive nature.”

“Can’t I just say Victoria?”

“You can.” says Vicky.

She lands gently. She’ll stay here.

“You know Vicky, like Buttercup from the Power Puff Girls. That’s who I am. doot doot.”

She looks at Leon, for a moment, with her arms at her sides. There is a deafening silence.

He smiles, knowing what she is (or, isn’t) thinking.

“Help me prune branches.” he says.

“Yes. Okay.”

Leon and Victoria prune branches for a little while. Som of them are high up, so Victoria flies a little bit.

“Leon,” Vicky pauses. “Would you like me better if I said nothing at all?”

“Nope.”

“No? Okay. Good.”

Vicky swings underneath a live branch and lands next to a tree which has broken in half. It is hollow inside. She looks and reaches her hand in, which is probably unwise.

When you find a hollow trunk in the woods, it means a few things.

One, do not reach your hand in it, because when you do-

“Ahh!” Victoria shouts. “It’s sooo cold.”

It is filled with water.

“Two,” says Leon. “You could be disturbing a squirrel’s nest.”

“Okay.” says Victoria. “I won’t touch it.”

“Okay.”

A minute passes and the two are walking. The branches of the trees begin to disappear, and thin out. All she can see is pine.

“Will you go to prom with me?” she asks.

“Yes. I will." he replies.

"And don't try to talk to me in school. I'm John Nash dumb." she says. "I can never think of anything."

Would they turn to anyone (in their team or outside of it) in particular for support? How long would it take for them to get over it? Would they become more active and outgoing or quiet down? Do they binge on anything?

My first reaction was ‘maaaan this is so angsty’ *preps tissues*

Probably the only question I won’t be answering is the ‘how long to get over’ one. I think it’s a tad more personal that just putting it in an hc.

Kuroo:

Kuroo would try to make it work again, find out what he did wrong, apologize, give them flowers, anything to get back to where they were. But the truth is, people change, and so have they.

It takes a while for the idea that they just fell out of love to sink in

But once Kuroo realizes that he really did love this person and that they needed to move on, he’d be okay with it. He’d know that it wouldn’t be something they can both fix

It hurts, of course.

He tries to keep it to himself for a while, going about his routine as usual, until he breaks

The first people he’d break it to would probably be Kai and Yaku. Kuroo knows Kenma’s pretty uncomfortable with relationship stuff, but confides in Kenma later on.

He doesn’t even tell Bo because he’s so goddamn loud and he’d probably suggest to drink it off or something. Kuroo just wants to lay in bed at home so he can’t kill himself (either by sheer stupidity, suicide, or excessive drinking)

Kai and Yaku are pretty comforting and supportive of their bro. They bring in coffee and food and maybe some alcohol one weekend and just let him remember and then cry himself to sleep.

If not Kai or Yaku, then someone he trusts just as much.

I think Kuroo would just remain friends with them. Not like actual talking friends or whatever, but if they needed his help, he’d be game. Getting back with them would be okay, but it wouldn’t be the same

If however, they couldn’t find anyone else, or the ‘it’s always been you’ cliché, then he’d be happy to welcome them back, although he knows that the relationship would (and probably should) be different

Kuroo would be less proactive (as in, searching for new stuff or something akin to that), but still active in his responsibilities (if he were captain again he wouldn’t even think of slacking off). Keeping busy keeps his mind off it, even without a long-term goal in mind. But eventually, he’ll recover, and everyone will see him smile again.

Binge? Most probably on studying or otherwise keeping busy. The idle mind will wander, and working keeps the sadness in check.

Iwaizumi:

Iwaizumi would probably wonder what went wrong, and look to himself on what he did wrong. He would be struck dumb.

He really did try, poor baby, but it may have somthing to do with times changing...

Iwaizumi doesn’t know what to do. He’s lost. He’s just lost the meaning of his life and it was as if he was dropped in the middle of the ocean. It’s not a good feeling, because all this time he’s had someone to look forward to seeing every morning and every night, someone to work for, someone to give a ring to....

He doesn’t tell anyone (or at least, anyone nearby), but many can tell something’s happened from the subtle changes in tone and the increased strength in his spikes.

Oikawa’s the first one he calls for help. Even if it’s just a phone call. Oikawa first berates Iwa-chan for not calling him, blah blah blah, until Iwaizumi just sighs. It’s very shaky, and Oikawa just shuts the fuck up mid-rant.

“What happened, Iwaizumi?”

The only thing Iwaizumi says, “We broke up”, and Oikawa tells Iwaizumi to wait right there, don’t do anything stupid. A little while later Oikawa has a shit ton of tofu and other stuff with him so Iwaizumi can stuff himself

Yeah, Iwaizumi likes to binge on food and Oikawa allows him to because he’s probably not eating well while overexerting himself on other things, especially exercise and practice. He’d rather Iwaizumi sleep on a full stomach than crying his head off without even having a grain of rice.

It’s both extremes with Iwaizumi: being real quiet and being real loud. He’s irritable from the breakup but at the same time he doesn’t want to start crying again, so he compensates with either.

Osamu:

Osamu will shrug it off at first. “Okay, so you don’t wanna be with me anymore. If you’ve decided that, then that’s fine with me.” He isn’t mean, but he doesn’t seem to be that proactive relationship-wise....

Later on he’d regret ever trying to half-ass it on the day they broke up (not wanting to fix it and whatnot). It hurts goddamit

Most likely, if he told his bro, Atsumu would tease him to no end or find fault in the way he half-assed the breakup, and so doesn’t even dare tell Atsumu

But Atsumu finds out anyway

Not sure how Atsumu’ll react but I bet it’s half and half

“you were a piece of shit to name-chan, I liked them too ya know”

“don’t worry man, if they don’t love you enough to be with you anymore, then you should let em go. something I shoulda done years ago”

*atsumu receives a roundhouse from osamu here*

But yeah, Atsumu tries to make his bro jump back as much as possible: pulling pranks, joking around, exra practice, extra food, because he cares

and also because this is his twin, and a twin that mopes around....it’s kind of like having a dead arm in his opinion

Osamu would be quiet as usual with that damn deadpan, but he’d be a little more aloof. Sure, he’d still be annoying as heck with Atsumu, but the only guy around that might have noticed would be Kita (Inarizaki Captain if anyone forgot...I did), or anyone with the same observation skills/intuition like the guy

Hopefully Kita knows this shit’s personal and won’t even get into it...

Don’t know about Osamu binging on anything, he doesn’t look the type to. Probably beer (and smol hc that he’s got a shit tolerance vs Atsumu)
