When the Night Comes Game Review
Tumblr media
Reviews can contain a few spoilers. Heavy, in-depth spoilers will have a warning. All opinions are my own and I have not been paid to do this review.
Dev Team - Lunaris Games Romance Routes - 6 individual and 2 polyamorous routes Rating - M17 Available On - Windows, Linux, Mac Price - $12.99
Overall Rating 5/5
Summary (retrieved from Lunaris Games website)
When The Night Comes is a queer, narrative-driven, supernatural visual novel originally released for free over a year from October 2018 - November 2019. When The Night Comes: The ReVamp is set to release in late Spring 2021 and will be a definitive version of the original game with a number of improvements, including voice acting and updated UI and artwork.
Play as a renowned Hunter; a creature slayer who has been called to the quiet, strange little town of Lunaris to assist the local Enforcers with an investigation into a series of unsettling and unexplained supernatural murders. Immerse yourself in the world of witches, vampires, demons and lycans as you slowly unravel the dark mystery that lies deep within the roots of the town.
The question is, are the creatures of the night the ones you should really be afraid of?
A story of finding a home and a family in the most unlikely of places, and a lesson in learning to bare your teeth at your maker.
Reaper Review
When the Night Comes was a game that I had no intention on loving. I was dipping my toes into playing dating sims/otomes on stream and I really liked the art style so I decided to play it and it was the best decision of my life.
The city of Lunaris is cursed by an unknown creature, leaving its citizens living in fear whenever night falls, especially every few days when the beast habitually hunts.
You play as a Hunter (fitting huh?), called in by the Lunaris Hunter team to help them put an end to the attacks. With customizable name and pronoun options, you’re slowly introduced to the main cast who are primarily all your romance options.
CAST (in order of appearance):
Ezra (VA - Adam Faison) He/Him : The local witch with kind eyes and a heart to match.
Tumblr media
Finn (VA - Gideon Emery) He/Him : Vampire clan leader whose comments made me blush on more than one occasion.
Tumblr media
Augustus (VA - Jonah Scott) They/Them : Major General of the Hunters and one of my all time favorite romances.
Tumblr media
Piper (VA - Ione Butler) She/Her : Fellow Hunter with the cutest laugh and loyal to her comrades to a fault.
Tumblr media
Alkar (VA - Jalen K. Cassell) He/Him : Resident mischievous Lycan who honestly shouldn’t have as bad of a reputation as he does.
Tumblr media
Omen (VA - Chris Patton) He/Him : Cinnamon Bun of a demon who is too good for this world.
Tumblr media
Throughout the game you meet side characters, work with the main cast, and investigate as much as you can about the creature that stalks the town. While it is an otome, the level of mystery in the game about the investigation and deaths is quite high and I found myself falling deeper into the story that when the big reveal came I was overcome with emotion. You find out just as much about the MC as you do about your companions and the mystery of the town.
One thing I appreciated was that there is no split between romance and story either, but rather the romances add to it, showing in their own ways how they grow to care about you and your wellbeing as the MC. The characters also have moments with each other, not just in the polyamory routes but in friendships and when you learn about their intricate backstories with one another. The banter between them all is on another level and I’m especially fond of the end of the game when all of the main cast come together in one big plan to find the beast and destroy it for good. Nothing annoys me more than being engrossed in a story only to be then thrown into lovey-dovey mode (and don’t get me wrong I love lovey-dovey mode).
Other things to note:
There is a festival scene which you can explore and spend time with your LI with a beautiful CG (a special full-screen static image) at the end of the moment that I just wanted to stay in forever.
Clear heart icon for dialogue options that are explicitly for romancing a character. So if you don’t want to romance anyone you can easily do it or on the other hand if you want to lock in a romance you don’t have to stress about what to say.
All of the best lines have voice acting however I’d say only about 75-80% of the game has voice acting. It’s a little annoying but only because I love the cast so much.
There are over 60 CGs and post-game mini stories (which I actually didn’t learn about the post-game stories until I was writing this…time to go play again!).
Of course bad endings are possible…but to be totally honest I’m too scared to play that route!
Lastly, my favorite part of the game would have to be the spicy scenes with your LI, if you so choose to pursue them. Without being visually explicit, you get to enjoy some sweet sweet spicy time with your favorite characters and this is where the voice acting is present a majority of the time if not completely. Now I love me some spice, but sometimes CGs can put me off from it. I prefer to imagine what’s going on rather than be shown AND if you’re trying to play sneakily, CGs are just a huge announcement to what you’re doing. The script is so well done that in my opinion CGs aren’t necessary.
This game has all of my love and I’d recommend it to anyone and everyone, so if you’re looking for a story with mystery and well developed characters I would say you’ve found it.
Purchase the game HERE.

Honestly going through my phone notes, I'm just going to post this because I'm proud of it and will likely never actually write the fic it belongs to.
A tidbit of my Hunter and Ezra after she lies to go see Aya in the jail:
"Ezra, it was a lie! All of it was a lie!" she exclaimed, tearing her eyes away from the spot where the teal colored magic sparked through the air. His eyes were glowing slightly. This was the first time she'd seen him lose even the smallest grip of control over his magic.
It might have been the first time ever, given the shock she registered churning underneath everything else storming in that emerald gaze.
She blew out a shuddering breath, trying to regain some composure herself, and continued, "Do you really believe I could truly side with him? After all this? Do you really believe I would turn my back on this weird little family we found here?" she asked and took a step closer. He didn't move away this time, and thank gods for that. If he still didn't trust her, she was pretty sure something inside her would've broken, "Do you really believe I would be able to do that to you?"
She stared at him, feeling the seconds drag by as she waited for him to answer. Finally, the witch sighed and shook his head no. She wanted to hear him say it...but it was enough for the heat of the moment.
"Ez, please," she murmured. Slowly, she took another step forward. Tentatively she reached out to him again, and when he didn't stop her, she wrapped her arms around him, pulling herself close and clutching at the back of his shirt. "I'd sooner rip my own heart out before even thinking about harming yours," she finished into his chest, "I could never..."
She felt him heave another breath, and a moment later his arms wrapped around her in return. A shudder wracked through his shoulders and he buried his head into the crook of her neck. "I know," he said softly.
She didn't comment on the wetness she felt against her skin, but damn did it burn her. "I know you wouldn't, but when Aster and Gus found me...when Gus, crying, begged me to make you see some sense I..." he paused, his breath warm against her neck as another small shudder ran through him, "I was so scared that was the last time I'd ever see you. Even in the best case scenario, that you were lying...going off with Harry? That was incredibly dangerous..."
"I know," she agreed. One hand ran up his back and neck and her fingers started combing through his curls. None of this was what she wanted when the idea struck her. "I know...but I had to. I thought Aster knew what I was doing, I thought she'd say something to Gus. I'm sorry, but I had to see for myself, I had to know Aya was still down there and get more out of what he was doing. It's my job and it's...it's what we owe them. Aster couldn't do it and Lia..."
She didn't want to bring that up now.
"Lia shouldn't. So I...I had to..."
"I know," Ezra said again. He pulled away from her enough to straight out some, and he looked down at her with such heartbreaking fondness, "Your senses of duty and responsibility are parts of what I love about you. But I have been so scared for you ever since that night you came to me after first seeing the beasts. And the circumstances have only gotten worse." He shook his head, "Celena, I meant it when I said I can't imagine my life without you."
"I'm sorry. After this is over, you'll never have to worry about it again, I swear," she promised. Her other hand moved to cup his cheek, swiping at the tears rolling down, "I never want to make you cry again."
He matched her movements, his own warm hand coming up to cradle her face and brush away a few tears she didn't even realize had escaped, "We've both cried way too much since you came to Lunaris. I look forward to fixing that."
She hummed in agreement and turned to press a kiss to his palm, "At least it means something is real here. It wouldn't hurt so much otherwise."
Despite himself, Ezra laughed, and she smiled softly at the sound, glad to have gotten that out of him. "That's true," he agreed and softened the longer he looked at her, "Crazy as I may be, I meant it when I said I loved you."
"Crazy as I may be, I meant it when I said I loved you too," she returned.
She met him halfway when he leaned down, pressing their lips together in a sweet kiss, and she finally felt a bit of that nervous energy unfurl and release from her gut. It was over far too soon though, and the only reason she didn't complain was because he pressed his forehead to hers, still keeping his warmth and presence mere inches from her.
"I'm glad you're okay, Lena," he whispered in the infinitesimal space between them.
"I'm glad we're okay," she said, just as quiet, "If I lost you tonight on top of everything else...I don't know what I would've done."
"Right..." he muttered. His eyes lowered in guilt and she didn't have a chance to soothe it before he was pulling her back against him in a crushing hug, "Everything you heard and saw tonight..."
Celena shook her head against him, "It was awful..."

Finn and Ezra route spoilers
Tumblr media
Fuuuuuuuck, I know I can just go back and do the other option but it was soooooo hard to choose.
For context since there's like no one in this fandom, there's a vampire and a witch who you can enter a polyamorous relationship with and Vampy boy gets hungry and Witches boy gets turned on from being bitten.

so anyway I finally realised the revamp of When The Night Comes had come out and got around to playing it
1. definitely not as good as I remember, but like, it was my first visual novel and it’s still enjoyable just like, I like quite a few of the characters a lot less with the notable exception of
2. Alkar.
3. Alkar was my favourite route in the original game. he is still my favourite. he is by far the most interesting character (objective exception of August in terms of writing quality b/c August is great). but most posts are about either his poly route (which i don’t really care about the other character in) or finn/ezra. I’m suffering. I’m SUFFERING. there is so little content for him.
4. guys. let the submissive tough guy into your hearts. unlike the other routes you woo him. you are courting him. he gets flustered over you telling him he is a good person. he is a snarky little rolled up porcupine and all your early conversations are you being a kind to him and going ‘??? o////o’ over it.
5. also Alkar, get better standards. Just as a side note.
6. you have awesome banter and it’s a real relationship of equals. The snark and jokes between Alkar and MC is top notch. his is a funny and cute route and he’s just. MY TYPE. The personality/face is my type, not the wolf ears. Replaying this has made me realise how often my type is in these games, which is to say, very rarely. I don’t want the icy mean guy or the uwu sweet boy i want that one /points to the werewolf who lives in a cave/. I mean to be fair I’m ace so I don’t mean my type in the way most people mean it, but you KNOW what I mean.
7. Piper is also great. Second favourite route. what a gal.
8. will i ever critically examine why I prefer to play NB main characters in these stories :) unlikely :)

Lunar Festival with Ezra
Tumblr media
As he had predicted, Finn informed me that I might discover Ezra engrossed in buying heavily discounted goods. So, I made my way toward a section of the marketplace where vendors sold herbs, spices, and other items that could prove useful to a local witch. A shock of white hair caught my attention, and when I called out his name, Ezra turned around to face me. "Oh, Maia!" he exclaimed, looking surprised before flashing a smile. "I didn't expect to see you standing there." He placed a neatly wrapped package of Skeletal Touch-Me-Nots into the pouch on his belt. The petals of the flowers were wilted and twisted into the shape of a sinister, grinning skull.
I raised an eyebrow curiously and asked him, "What do you plan on using those for?" He responded with a playful eye roll and motioned for me to follow him as he strolled towards the next stall. "I don't buy these for the insidious reason you're thinking. They're for medicinal purposes, not hallucinogenic ones."
I playfully roll my eyes and give him a light nudge on the arm while smiling, "I wasn't about to pass judgment." He chuckles and shakes his head. "I know you weren't. I just wanted to clarify that I'm not up to anything nefarious." We continue to meander from one vendor to another, and Ezra seems pleased to have my company.
I relish observing him as he eagerly explores the unique merchandise, admiring his enthusiasm and how skillfully he interacts with the diverse vendors. He haggles with a particularly obstinate herbalist over the price of her angelica root, and despite walking away with a scowl, his expression lightens up when he spots me. He winks at me, his eyes sparkling, and jokes, "They always fall for that one."
Returning his smile, I respond, "You seem to have quite the knack for this." He nonchalantly shrugs, but it's apparent that he's proud of his bargaining skills. "Running a business by yourself is difficult. You have to be smart," he pauses for a moment, before adding, "That reminds me, I need to pick out a new spell book. I filled up the last one." He looks down at me with a grin, then motions in the direction he wants to go. "Care to help me? There's a great craft stall that Finn showed me a while back." I nod in agreement, responding, "Of course. Lead the way."
We make our way through the bustling market, weaving past vendors selling everything from exotic spices to intricate tapestries. The colorful canopies overhead provide a warm shelter from the chilly night breeze that sweeps through the market. As we approach the corner of the market where the craft stall is located, Ezra points out various stalls along the way, detailing his past interactions with the vendors and recommending some of his favorite goods.
The warm glow of candlelight casts flickering shadows around us as we find the craft stall. The night air is thick with the sweet scent of incense, and the sound of distant music drifts through the market. Ezra's eyes light up as he spots a forest green, leather-bound book, its thick parchment pages almost begging to be filled with secrets and spells. He eagerly passes over his coins to the vendor, his fingers tracing the intricate designs on the cover. "I go through these quickly. I tend to be a bit of a scribbler," he explains with a grin as he flips through the pages.
I let out a soft chuckle and give Ezra a friendly pat on the back. "Well, this looks like the perfect book for you. Let's see what wonders you can create with it," I say before posing a question. "Do you use them purely for spells?" His fingers pause in tracing the pages, and after a moment's reflection, he shakes his head. "As I specialize in healing, I like to get lost in a good medical journal every now and again. It might not be conventional to study such things, but I find it helps me really understand what kind of healing spells I need to develop." With a slight tilt of my head, I gaze up into his bright green eyes with genuine curiosity. "What made you choose healing as your specialty?"
A sad look crosses his face as he gazes down at the book in his hand. "My Dad was killed when I was quite young. My magic had manifested, but I was completely helpless. From that day on, I promised myself that if anyone I loved was ever in danger, that I'd be able to help them. I haven't broken that promise just yet, and hopefully, I never will."
His voice is filled with determination, and I can sense the weight of his past on his shoulders. I place a comforting hand on his arm and offer my condolences, "I'm so sorry for your loss." He smiles bravely, and I'm struck by his resilience. After tucking the book safely away in his pouch, he grasps my hand and gives it a grateful squeeze. "Thank you."
He takes a deep breath, his eyes briefly flickering to where our hands meet before he continues, "I beat myself up over it for a long time, but I turned my pain into something that can help others. It's what my father would have wanted. I do it for him." I squeeze his arm as I give him a warm smile, "You're amazing, Ezra. I admire you."
"That means a lot coming from someone like you. You're so brave to do what you do." Despite the sadness that lingers in his eyes, I can see the determination and passion burning within him, and it only makes me admire him more.
My smile widens as he leans into my touch, and I can feel my heart swell with fondness. Despite the freezing cold, he radiates warmth. "Looks like we're both doing our part to save the world then." He chuckles, a closed-eyed smile on his face. "Yes, we are," he agrees, his eyes opening to meet mine with kindness and softness. "But really, thank you. I'm so lucky to be surrounded by such wonderful people."
Giving him one last caring squeeze, I reluctantly remove my hand. Ezra drops his gaze, his lashes kissing the tops of his freckled cheeks. He shivers, rubbing his hands together. "It's freezing. How about we go get a hot drink and you can tell me about that headache of yours?" he suggests, looking up at me with concern etched on his face.
Excitedly, I nod in agreement with Ezra's suggestion, feeling the chill of the cold air on my skin. "Sounds perfect," I reply, rubbing my hands together for warmth. We make our way to a cozy stall and order two steaming cups of hot chocolate, inhaling the sweet aroma as we wait. Once our drinks arrive, we take a seat on a pile of plush, mismatched cushions that the vendor had thoughtfully arranged. The hot chocolate is topped with a generous helping of whipped cream and marshmallows, making it the perfect treat for the chilly day. Comfortably seated, we sit in contented silence for a while, watching the passersby and chuckling at the sight of Piper chasing after a speedy Alkar.
Ezra takes a sip of his hot chocolate, shaking his head as he contemplates the chaos that Alkar might be causing. "I dread to think what he's getting up to." Holding his drink in his lap, Ezra turns his attention to me with concern etched on his face "How have you been feeling since...you know?" he asks, his worry evident in his gaze. I toy with the rim of my cup, shrugging. "I'm okay, apart from the fact that I slept all day and missed a meeting with Harry." I admit, grimacing at the memory of my displeased enforcer. “I think August wants me dead."
Ezra chuckles, playfully nudging his shoulder against mine. "I'm sure they don't. You'd certainly know about it if they did. Trust me." We both laugh, but I don't doubt that he's telling the truth. We finish our drinks, missing their warmth the second our cups are discarded. Ezra suggests finding something to do that might warm us up, so we follow the sound of music emanating from a nearby area of the market. I spot an unmistakable figure as we draw nearer, and I see Ezra visibly deflate as August turns and spots us. Their eye roll isn't subtle, but I try to put Ezra at ease by placing my hand on his back and giving him a reassuring smile. He takes a deep breath and returns the smile, his shoulders relaxing a bit.
August clings to their glass of mulled wine like a lifeline, sighing heavily as we approach. "Ezra, Maia. I trust you're both enjoying the festival?" Ezra clears his throat, looking up at those ice-blue eyes. “Yes, we are. How about you? That wine looks delicious.” They tilt their cup, studying the dark red liquid, a stick of cinnamon adding to its charm. “Yes, well, wouldn’t be the Lunar Festival without copious amounts of alcohol to pass the time, would it?” Ezra puts on a polite smile, but I can sense his discomfort as his back tenses beneath my hand.
“It’s been nice seeing you. We’d better get going,” Ezra says, looking at me for support. I give him an understanding smile, patting his back before placing my hand back at my side. I turn towards August and nod politely, "It was good to see you. We have to be on our way now." August nods in acknowledgement, "Well, enjoy yourselves, wherever you're headed. Farwell." We walk away in silence, and I can sense that Ezra is feeling a bit deflated after our brief encounter with the Enforcer General.
The new section of the market is noticeably more vibrant, bustling with a larger crowd than any other area. Ezra tilts his head, motioning for me to accompany him to a quieter spot. "You alright?" I inquire as we move away from the throng. Ezra lets out a soft sigh, his face contorted with sorrow as he gazes at me. “Sorry. I’m fine, I just… I find it hard seeing Gus.” He heaves a heavy sigh, casting his eyes downward. “They make it hard.”
Leaning forward, I meet Ezra's gaze and offer him a gentle smile. "If something is bothering you, you know you can talk to me about it, right?" He lets out a deep sigh, fidgeting with the hem of his coat and avoiding eye contact. “I wouldn’t know where to begin. I’ve known Gus since I was very young, and our friendship was never easy.” I nod in understanding. “They seem complicated.” Ezra nods once, worrying his bottom lip between his teeth. “They didn’t have much of a support system when they were growing up, and I think… well, I think they envied me. It sounds so silly saying it out loud.”
My eyes soften as I speak in a gentle tone, “Have you ever spoken to them about it?” He shakes his head slowly, “I’m sure they’ll come to me when they’re ready. Giving them space is important, that much I know.” I hum in agreement and offer, “If you ever need help or just a friendly ear, I’m here.” He looks at me with gratitude, his eyes shining. “I appreciate. Gus is a good person, though. One of the best. Don’t let our issues put you off them.” He clears his throat, bright eyes darting around the market.
"Anyway," he begins, smiling at me with a twinkle in his eye, "I heard a little rumor that there might be a band playing somewhere around here." Scanning the surroundings, his gaze settles behind me, and he inhales sharply before pointing, "Oh! Here, look..." I turn around, and sure enough, a band is setting up near the trinket stands. The music starts, and a crowd of people eagerly gathers around them, swaying and dancing to the beat.
Ezra steps closer, extending his hand with a cheeky wink. “May I have this dance, fair Hunter?” I smile and step forward, raising my hand. “I would be delighted, kind Witch.” As we move closer, Ezra takes my hand and gently places his other hand upon my waist. A faint blush appears on his face as he looks into my eyes and asks, “Are you ready?” The warmth of his hand against my skin sends a shiver down my spine, and I can feel the heat of his body as he pulls me close.
Our hands intertwined, I feel the warmth of his grip as I place my other hand on his shoulder. I get lost in the glow of his green eyes as I breathlessly respond, “I’m ready.” A stunning smile spreads across his face, and he laughs, giving my hand a gentle squeeze. “Keep up,” he says, playfully challenging me as the music begins to swell around us.
Our bodies move in perfect sync with the cheerful and fast-paced music. As we spin and step to the beat, Ezra's laughter fills me with a sense of magic. Despite my best efforts, I find myself starting one too many times, completely entranced by the depth of his emerald eyes. Our bodies pressed closely together, I feel lost in the moment, almost forgetting where I am and who I am. As the song reaches its end, Ezra finishes the dance with a dramatic flourish, impressively dipping me back.
As he holds me tighter, laughter escaping from his lips as he flings me backward. Pulling me upright. I try to regain my composure, missing the feeling of his arms around me. He grins widely, his voice full of excitement, "That was amazing!" The sound of applause breaks me from my daze, and I realize that we had gathered quite an audience. But at that moment, all I can focus on is Ezra. He smiles at me, his cheeks tinted pink as his eyes soften, "You're quite the dancer. I'm impressed."
In the distance, the loud boom of the fireworks echoes through the night, and Ezra grabs my wrist, his eyes alight with excitement. “Quickly, we’ll miss them,” he says, tugging me along. We weave through the crowds, dodging people left and right until we reach the docks. We skid to a stop at the edge of the crowd, both of us breathless and laughing, our cheeks flushed with exhilaration.
Ezra’s grip on my wrist is firm and steady, and I can’t help but feel a rush of warmth spread through me at his touch. We both look up at the sky, the colors of the fireworks painting dazzling patterns against the backdrop of the twinkling stars. It’s a sight to behold, but I find myself wanting to take in another sight - the look on Ezra’s face as he watches the display, the joy and wonder etched into every line and curve.
Bathed in the shifting light, he looks like a work of art, his smile wide and far brighter than any firework. My heart swells with warmth as I take in the sight before me. “Thank you for tonight, Ezra,” I say, my voice barely above a whisper. He turns to face me, his eyes wide with surprise. Slowly, he takes my hand, his fingertips feather-light against my palm. “I enjoyed myself tonight. With you,” he says softly as the last of the fireworks fade away. The crowd cheers, but it's like we're in our own little world. I find myself leaning closer to him, my body moving almost unconsciously. He smiles softly, and I can feel the heat radiating from his body.
Then…
A terrible and blood-curdling scream rings out somewhere in the distance.
~ I'm a sucker for Ezra from When The Night Comes by Lunaris Games <3

OKAY i made it through every route for Living Dead Girl
considering WtNC is billed as a romance visual novel, you'd think there'd be more ... romance ... in this extra chapter. don't get me wrong, I know it's not a particularly long side story, but it felt like it was honestly shorter than it could have been. they say 'let's find the ghost,' and then they do. they say 'let's summon the ghost,' and then they do. they say 'let's get the ghost to pass on,' and then they do. there were basically zero stakes. the only complicating factor they run into in the entire thing is Finn being afraid of ghosts. I don't want senseless padding, but there were plenty of ways it could have been satisfactorily longer to give you time to actually bond with your spouse(s).
plus, like. the writers Made A Choice to add a side story to a romance game and then basically sideline half the cast. a third of the cast is there for, like, a quarter of the story. Ezra's there for less than half. Finn's around for about half-ish. only August and Piper are actually there from beginning to end.
and somehow Finn's romance still gets the most attention? like, you acknowledge him romantically a full scene before any of the others get romantically acknowledged, and he gets more scattered remarks/references.
but really, all the romance feels kinda tacked on until you get to the last scene that's, like, actually dedicated to you and your spouse(s). like i said, Finn gets the most attention. August gets less. Piper gets less. Ezra, Alkar, and Omen may as well not be there until their dedicated scenes at the end. if you romance Omen and Alkar together, it's like 90% just Alkar's route. if you romance Finn and Ezra together, it's like 80% just Finn's route.
(ironically, Ezra actually gets MORE attention in the poly route, since in that one you acknowledge both of them a scene earlier than any of the others. though that opens up further weirdness, since you acknowledge him in the context of him finally running out of patience, but he does that regardless of who you romance, but that doesn't get factored into his solo route. plus the fact that you only explicitly say 'I am married to Finn' when asked and then just mention Ezra as 'our other husband' kinda negates any extra attention.)
and once you get to the last scene, it's basically the same conversation regardless of whose route you're on. obviously, it makes sense that your character is hung up on the same thing regardless, but five of the six spouses comfort you in basically the same way, with just mildly different phrasing. only Piper has a bit of a different perspective.
was it cute? yes. did I enjoy reading it? yes. did I like the new character? yes. is the new art nice? yes, very. but it seems like they sacrificed the romances--the main draw of the visual novel--on the altar of getting from point A to B as fast as fucking possible.
(also Alkar still has the best domesticity)

I’ve been playing “When the Night Comes” from @lunarisgames and I was NOT prepared for the hotness that is Ezra & Finn’s route. 🥵 Yes, a polyam route. I thought that I knew but I was WRONG! Sandwiched between a witch and a vampire. Not a bad place to be. 😈 August’s route is the next one I’ll pursue. …. #lunarisgames #whenthenightcomes #wtnc #visualnovel #datingsim https://www.instagram.com/p/CiX5figOL-5/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

The poly routes in When the Night Comes are precious. The game itself isn't anything extraordinary but these two saucy and sweet flavoured routes are a beautiful escape from reality. A very drooling-inducing one, too!
