OK, Elena is the MC I made for the parent path. She's gonna be the MC for the Barlow, Wyatt or other parent routes (ex w/ adoption???). My other MC (J.J) will be taking on the sibling + Fiffer and Monroe routes.

She has things together, but things always seem to go wrong when Barlow is involved.

For instance! When she looks good normally vs. when Barlow comes by randomly at night and she's in her Marvelous Misadventures of Flapjack pajamas???

It's mostly text based, although the author has commissioned character portraits. In the game, the MC is raising either their kid or their younger sibling and Fiffer is also a single parent, working at a barista and going through some financial difficulties. Their dream is to open a tattoo parlor. They're very playful and the player can hook up with them like... immediately.

Benton was born hard of hearing (luckily their dad was able to learn sign language & taught it to them once they were able to grasp language), & just like their dad taught them, they taught Archie

The death of their father hit them hard, & they're still grieving the loss (often catching themselves wanting to text him about something cute Archie did & then just sitting there once they remember that isn't possible anymore...)

When they 𝟷st started transitioning their dad helped pick their new name, & they had their top surgery 𝟸years after Archie was born (once they finished breastfeeding) 🏳️‍⚧️

Archie's middle name ("Oliver") was his Grandpa's name 😢

Benton's fave sport is baseball; their bat is actually from their varsity baseball days ⚾

Archie is the result of artificial insemination, Benton decided they didn't NEED to wait for a partner just to have a child (since they knew their dad would happily support them & the baby)

Benton snorts when they laugh

Once they're "fully settled" (i.e. they have more "free time") they plan to start some veggie/fruit/herb gardens 🧑‍🌾

During their day off they took Archie to a farm auction, they got matching cowboy hats, a barn, & some animals 🐖🐐🐤

They anonymously donated $5000 to Amari's health fund (since they know how troubling medical bills can be, because of their father + they're financially sound enough to do so)
