For the ✨Luxury✨ Ask:
Champagne
Pearls
Silver
champagne: what topic could you talk about for hours? Ooh there's so many, I just go on tangents about so many things. But it's anything paranormal, spiritual, dreams, magic, fairies, vampires, past lives, astrology, tarot, witchcraft, just all of those fantastic unexplainable things. I can go for hours. And yes I believe in every single thing I mentioned.
pearls: what’s something about your personality that surprises others? Hmmm, I feel like it's two things it's the fact I'm kinda hyper sexual. Like pretty much everyone sees me as sweet, shy, childlike, doesn't smoke, doesn't drink, rarely curses, honor roll good girl. Then I say or do something slightly sexual then it's like "JOYCE??!" Even my best friend was surprised I knew how to suck a dick. Like ma'am do we not talk about everything. How are you surprised? Also I can get really cold if someone has wronged me. Like I will hold a grudge. Even my friends exes like yeah he's your ex from high school but I hate him.
silver: do you have any obscure hobbies? what are they? I collect dolls! I have 24 dolls, I'm still a baby collector size wise. So many people have hundreds, thousands of dolls. But I gave most of my dolls to a girl I was baby sitting a few years ago. I shouldn't have given her my monster high and ever after high dolls. I didn't know id never be able to get them back. But I'm happy to start over and with omg lol surprise and rainbow high, they are some curvy dolls and so pretty. When I struggle to pull their clothes over their hips I feel represented. I stopped getting dolls at eight, which is still a child so I'm doing this for 8 - 12 year old me who saved her allowance to buy a Barbie at Walgreens. I'm buying my inner child all of the dolls she wants. There's like 6 dolls I want and a playset. It so cute super 80\90s very saved by the bell. Collecting dolls makes me happy even though their so expensive one doll is like 29 dollars now. My only addiction is shopping, so of course my main hobby has to include spending money like it grows on trees.

Thoughts on my childhood toys:
Tamagotchi: literally nobody knows what the three buttons do or what's going on on the tiny screen
Pixel Chix: will very suddenly make noises at full volume in the middle of the night and wake up the whole household
Shrinky Dinks: what is this witchcraft and also the edges curl up
Play Doh: will collect mysterious crumbs also don't mix the colors
Lincoln Logs: you can make a cabin and that's it
Tinker Toys: you can't make anything
Hi Hi Puffy Ami Yumi playset: it's got buttons
Bratz Babyz: they were embarrassing to admit you owned them, but they were cute. Do not chew on them
Pretend flip phone: I am coolest kid
Anything made by Leapfrog: type out ass on the alphabet toy, thats it
Tinker Bell pretend hairstyling set: the hair dryer smells like tires and I got the round brush stuck in my hair trying to curl it because u don't know yet how to curl hair
Misc collected kids meal toys: what is this from?
That one octopuss-headed baby doll my sister's dad got from a crane machine: best baby doll ever fight me
My stuffed moose: still have him. That whole year I asked for a stuffed moose for my birthday because I misread a Busy Town book or an interactive book with windows. Thought there was a hilarious joke I had forgotten. Anyway, his name is Elvis and I got him when I was nine.

~tired sigh~
I emptied, moved, and refilled the 5x5 graham cracker bookshelf by myself. So even if I wanted to do what needed to be done to move the 4x4 one I won’t because my energy cells are so shitty.
The thing with being so generally all around tired is I’m too tired to read. And there are books on that shelf I want to read. Some to determine if I want to keep them, one fiction book I was enjoying has pretty much lost me at giving a character an eating disorder as a trope and it smells of the author really doesn’t have much of an idea how to handle it well. Like she, by her pen name, might have been called fat but the deeper and lasting effects of female self esteem issues passed them by. It just comes across as another problem car on the bad luck train that you just know will be solved by the end of the story which I now don’t want to know.
I’ve also got a couple of biographies on Queen Victoria, among other female rulers, and one of them was just down right dry. It’s the right length to be a nice introduction and overview to her life to entice you to reading a longer book, should you wish, but it’s so flat and uninteresting.
All the Salem witch trial and women’s history books are near each other for easy access. Thou can’t study properly thine books of witchcraft without studying the society which gave birth to them including how women were treated.
This is much more important with the current political situation in the United States.
As the protest sign says- Yes, this is a witch hunt, I’m a witch and I’m hunting you.
So go vote and hunt that bitch who had to give a big whoop-de-do about putting another sexual harasser in to the supreme court out of office.
We’ll discuss everything involving the South Park episode Douche and Turd later.
Just a random ass picture of the doll-sanity from when I saw no promble paying for the pink variant of the ReMent iron just because it was pink. I used to have no qualms paying what I paid for Monster High to be shipped to the house but I was also paying for it with reroots.
It’s something my muscles could get used to again but until something gets done with the ones I haven’t sold I’m in no hurry to make more.
I really need to _____ and do a catalog of the dolls and other related shit I have. I just feel there is so much overwhelming _____ that I literally can’t figure where or how to start some times. If I could get a doll friend over to help me figure out a plan the least you’d end up going home with is a bunch of Barbie playsets from the 90s that we have out in the shed and probably some of the dolls and stuff I have in here that I don’t want to deal with.
It’s like when we took a truck load to the McDonald’s museum and just decided they could deal with it.
I’m literally sitting next to a NKOTB doll concert stage in its box that hasn’t been displayed since I first got it because things just can’t quite ____ and I know it’s my brain injury.
New doll wise I wish I knew if the Facepool heads can use Dragon style necks. Then I could get a better idea which body I want to use for Andy Bell and get to a bit of designing his chaps costume.
It’s hilarious to see the factory pics of a smiling Andy Bell in full military gear. Charge soldiers, I’ll bet he does ;)

A Most Ingenious Fiasco: a Fiasco playset for Gilbert and Sullivan-inspired games
I should begin by stating openly that I have never actually played the tabletop RPG Fiasco, nor even read the complete rules. This document came about because I was thinking about the way Gilbert reused elements between different plots, and I noticed a similarity between that and Fiasco playsets I’ve happened to see. I cannot in any way vouch for whether what I’ve written here would actually function as a Fiasco playset as written, but it is in approximately the correct form for one, and someone who actually knows the game could presumably fix the parts that aren’t.
THE SCORE
A TOPSY-TURVY WORLD
The Victorian era is a world of criss-crossing marriage proposals, unforeseen legal loopholes, and rampant hypocrisy at every level of society. Nearly everyone would agree that there is nothing more important than making sure the right people marry the right people... but who are the right people, and how to make sure the right marriage happens? Therein lies the center of many a scheme.
When marriage is not the issue at hand, it is likely because some monarch or political party is enacting a law so terribly misguided that even romantic aims must be set aside to prevent its disastrous consequences. Or, perhaps, there is a matter of inheritance that must be resolved. Even then, no matter how serious the stakes, some fool in love is quite likely to upend the whole thing...
SPECIAL RULE
By the end of the game, at least one PC's marital status needs to have changed (this includes betrothals and the breaking thereof). For proper Gilbert & Sullivan flavor, try to marry off as many characters as possible.
MOVIE NIGHT
All the Savoy operas. Most importantly, The Pirates of Penzance (which has a lavish film version starring Kevin Kline) and The Mikado.
