#xenosaga#wilhelm xenosaga#beach#illustration#art#artists on tumblr#digital art#fanart#value study#i did this in black and white originally and then began messing with color balancers on procreate to get the colors#i want this to be a part of a set with chaos and komos/mary#i wanted to give chaos a nighht sky at the beach and kosmos the day#wilhelm here has a sunset (or sunrise i still havent decided what i wanted LOL)#i wanted the pov to be of shion lol#and i wanted to make an additional piece where shes at the beach of nothingness with jin#theres a song ive been listening to called ill be seeing you#and idk the lyrics kinda inspired the overall idea of all the works in the set#bc its like. wilhelm jin and chaos are basically dead and shion will see kosmos again some day (the comp for her piece is a lil different)#and the song is about seeing someone again which i applied to shions relationships during when she was the maiden and also as jins sister#so yeah#basically#my bitchass wrote a whole paragraph dear lord lmao#but yall dont understand ive been so fascinsted by xenosagas portrayal of le ol' biblical (?)/jesus times#and probably the times before thsy#that#OKAY NOW THIS IS THE LAST OF MY MINI ESSAY#but ill post the full set together in the future but that will take a long while so just have him#for now
