I'm literally blanking rn but basically, her parents used to be thieves and part of a secret evil organization (her mom was raised there from birth and met her dad at the same school), and after they defeated said organization, they settled down (even started the Scarlet Sheep Orphanage) but ofc the leaders of [organization] weren't gonna let them live happily ever after. So they staged a fire that killed Gray. Scar ran back inside after she saw her father die. She lived with a lot of resentment towards the organization and specifically the people who killed her father, but eventually, she was able to take that grief and do everything she could in her power to ensure justice is always served (literally, she's a fashion icon in my head). She didn't have a conventional family growing up but there was a lot of love (ninja grandfather, mechanic aunt and racecar driver uncle, secret agent godparents, famous singer aunt, and-)

Heyyy!!! Thanks for the chapter!! It was really good.

I loved seeing the wholesome moment between them and the horses. A nice lil break from the pain 😭 also getting to see lil bits of their childhoods was nice.

Naoaki seems like a such a soft guy,,, has me wondering if he’s naturally respectful or if something else has to do with it considering how awful his family could be..

But yeah! I can totally see where you're coming from— after so much has happened, it's kind of difficult to accept/believe someone like Naoaki is around, but it's not so far-fetched, I think.... after all, Ranta is somewhat nice, that even the kukuru unit praises him allot, and then we got Mai and Maki (who have issues on their own, but are good people deep inside) I'm just going to say that we'll know more of Naoaki's background.

And yes! We're meeting the rest of the brothers :3 I'm still amazed at myself for choosing 6 siblings to be part of the Zen'in entourage, oh well 😂 had to choose a number that was more inclined to the surprise factor.

I can't wait to show you what happens once Naoya comes back 👀 I believe it'll be quite...entertaining. I'm slowly building it up 😩 thank you for sticking all the way to this point!!

Aww tysm! It's the Amala Basu effect imao it's so funny because after changing my icon to be her, I feel 50% more confident on here (or sm like that I'm no mathematician)

As for the purple theme, I've had it for a while since I made the Lyra art my icon (I actually chose purple specifically because it's the Basu family's color) but after finding the screenshot of Amala in the purple sari I was like "Maybe I should change my icon since I don't shut up about her."
