Anger, frustration, hate and other emotions which surface, you choose how to be with them through heart centred conscious awareness. Emotions create experiences by choice.
Compassion and love are ways in which you can work through and be with feelings you experience. We all have beautiful broken pieces within, pieces requiring the glue of love and a compassionate heart to mend or to let them go.
You are empowered with love and choice to become more inwardly compassionate, lovingly empathetic toward yourself and all.
Together we lovingly walk each other home, home to our hearts, to truth, with grace and compassion. The moment you see yourself in all who you encouter is the moment when you choose grace and compassion.
Observe emotions and feelings with love, compassion, caring unconditionally for yourself, through a heart centred approach you help others too.

Bring the spark of play purposefully into your activities. Experiment with stuff that makes you giggle and laugh out loud. You create with your perspective choosing how you will feel into your experience.
Everything is beautiful energy released into creation. It is magnificent that you can feel all that you feel and express all that you can, feeling and expression releases creative energy. Feel.
Thoughts, words, actions are energy, all tied to feelings. With conscious awareness of feelings you have there is energy and potential to create. You are amazing! We all are!

Surrender and Allow Love.
Every choice you make with love creates more love, the same is true of the opposite. Explore your energetic agreement with fear and with love. How does fear and love resonate within you?
What you bless, blesses you. Love, gratitude and compassion are energetic agreements by choice flowing through you while lifting others.
Observe the light of love in everyone including you. Tune to self as love, for love is connected to all that was, is and ever will be. Watch as love expressed in all experiences becomes truth.
When you feel energy in various forms you begin to embrace life in a deeper way. As you feel into experiences with love, discover truth and healing. Love is unity. We create unity with love which brings all hearts into unison, to a collective deeper love.
Agree to nourish you with unconditional love, in doing so you create an energy of curiosity, healing, light, play and joy.

Broadcast Love
From one moment to the next life shifts. Change is constant, and in order to evolve we must let go of all that no longer serves us. Attachment to permanence; people, places, things, creates a cage in the mind. Release attachment with an open heart connecting to eternal wisdom, love energy and oneness.
Feel and speak from your heart, from your soul allowing love to embrace change and you will evolve. Flow with loving compassion, grace and light that shines inward to the treasure that is you. Love is energy, and all energy changes forms. Choose thoughts, words, actions which expand and create new forms of love energy.
We broadcast what we think, see and do to all, love energy expressed. When you create with thoughts and emotions from within this creates your reality. Therefore, reality is shaped by thoughts, words and actions, so, choose to create with love.
Collectively with the intention of love in everything we do, we become creators of love and generators of positive change. Shall we hold collectively in our hearts a vision of love, abundance, human connection and oneness creating a new world together.

Be in touch with your inner child through loving play, allow your inner child to guide you intuitively to explore. What would happen if you played with your five senses, exploring all experiences with and through them.
Imagine laying on the grass looking up at the Skye, the cloud shapes, sun, birds soaring overhead, leaves rustling. What do your really see, hear, feel, smell and touch. From moment to moment are you consciously aware of your senses?
Can you taste the wind? Can you be creative and imaginative playing with your senses? Do you savour flavours of your food? Do you savour any of your senses? Allow yourself to play in any manner you wish being present with one or more of your senses.
Imagine shaking your experiences up with how you are consciously aware of your senses. Can you express a sense in a different way? Allow yourself to let go and play through your inner child, explore opportunities to express your unlimited, loving creative potential.
