Theodore Antonov and Cito Putnum (OCs from my original story Coastal City Dudes)

why does your ship deserve to be considered the most toxic?:

Theo and Cito have been best friends for YEARS. Met when they were around 10/11, and have been by eachother's side since. Theo was raised in a cult, and the rest of his life wasn't much better. They certainly have. A Dynamic. So, they're best friends, as previously mentioned. Completely inseparable, both being in love with the other, leading to very unfortunate circumstances. Cito is very self-sacrificial in his love for Theo, often disregarding his own happiness and well-being to make sure Theo's happy. Theo on the other hand, is so deprived of love and affection that he clings onto and takes advantage of Cito's undying devotion to him. Both are aware of this on some level, but refuse to see it. Denying that there's anything wrong in the first place. There's a lot of little things with them. Cito is a recovering addict, having struggled with abusing alcohol and various other substances since high school. Despite this, Theo regularly does drugs around him and when he was still taking his medications, he wouldn't secure them, leading to Cito overdosing one afternoon. When drunk or high on drugs, Cito has a hard time controlling himself, which tends to manifest in reckless behavior and a hard time keeping his anger in check. Anger issues are something he's dealt with for forever but have repressed well for Theo's sake, rarely letting himself feel or show anything besides positive emotions around anyone. When he's not sober, Cito can get violent, usually towards Theo because of his deeply bottled up frustrations and pain with him. In high school, they were on complete ends of the social hierarchy. Cito was the star of their schools football team, he was insanely popular and liked by all, whereas Theo was a quiet, depressed, loser with no real friends besides Cito. He was constantly bullied, Severely. Often, Cito would stand in the way of this, standing up for Thei since they're best friends and people listen to him. But, he's worried and scared that if he lets up too much, he'll be next, so sometimes, occasionally enough, he lets them beat Theo up, sometimes right in front of him. In their 20's, Theo was dating and eventually engaged to a woman named Rita Barreau, which you can imagine broke Cito's heart because he's been madly in love with Theo for forever. A few months before their planned wedding date, Theo and Rita got into a brutal car accident where Rita died on impact and Theo barely survived, clinging on to what little of a life he had. Ironic really, that this guy who has been incredibly suicidal his whole life gets to live when his girlfriend who tended to act out of self-interest and preservation, dies. The accident didn't just end Rita's life, but changed Cito and Theo's irreparably. Theo became paranoid, secluded and lost in grief, while Cito did what he does best and bottled up his own grief. This is most explicitly shown through thow visibly and undeniably Theo's grief and depression (both extrapolated by the incident but also from before) has affected him, being decorated head to toe in gruesome scars of both an accidental and self-mutilating nature. The accident gave both of them PTSD, but it took almost two decades for Cito to be diagnosed because he had denied it over and over thinking he shouldn't have been that effected by it and that Theo had it much worse. I could go on and on, but I feel like this is already WAY long enough. I hope this gave a good idea on why I think they're perfect for this tournament!

CEO (human) and Arowana (the weird fish thing)

why does your ship deserve to be considered the most toxic?:

They do extremely unethical experiments on people together under the guise of saving them, but Arowana is just using them to eat the people while telling CEO that that was a last resort. CEO is hopelessly devoted to them, both romantically and religiously, and uses everything he has financially and emotionally to support whatever they do (even to him). Arowana is initially only using him, but falls in love and becomes unhealthily obsessed, threatening to harm those who look at him. CEO is a human, Arowana is a god, keeping him alive no matter what happens to him. (Also, Arowana does have a human form, they're just not in it 80% of the time.)

S3E1 Rapunzel's Return Review Part 1

Ok, so from the first like 5 minutes I knew this was going to be a multiple part review. I just don't know how many parts.

This whole episode had me shook from minute one. I hadn't seen any theories or spoilers for any of the show. So when things were revealed I was surprised for most of them (but I had my suspicions).

Before I get started, just a bit of a warning to anyone who hasn't watched it and want to avoid spoilers this isn't the post for you. I'm tagging them as such but just making sure those who don't have it hidden don't read.

Now I'm starting off with just being another one of the many people who have made comments of the animation of this show. It's beautiful and stunning with many interesting subtle qualities that weren't needed but the team put in anyway. (THANK YOU!!)

I'll be thowing little comments about it throughout my reviews but will tackle my main point here.

This show, even though it started out with great animation quality, continues to improve. It just makes me so happy that the fantastic people who work on this show love it just as much as us and want to see it get better as well. I've seen shows that have really good animation the first episode and then slowly go downhill from there (Miraculous Ladybug in my opinion but haven't seen it in a while)

Right after the recap we dive straight into Cass's strange and mysterious trip through the door. The fog obscures the edges of the clearing which makes me think that this is about the size of the mysterious room she has entered.

This little ghost girl (or whatever she is), I don't like her. There's something off about her that I can't quite put my finger on. She tells Cass that "I've been waiting for you," and Cass, who doesn't trust, just follows her without question???

We get to see little baby Cass with her true mother, Gothel. I have to say, it didn't surprise me all that much, I had my suspicions, but I love that it happened. I want to know where and how she got that little music box, since Gothel obviously doesn't like winding it for her.

This reprise of "waiting in the wings" is gorgeous and sad. It puts a pit in my stomach.

This (okay another animation freak out) is beautiful! For one we have the Captain meeting his soon to be adopted daughter and look how much he already cares for her. He puts his HAT on her HEAD just hsjzvshan!

Second: the Captain found Cass when both he and she were younger (by 18 years) and it shows! They made the Captain younger! You have no idea how much joy that brings me. (Look at his hair droop and his thick mustache)

Way to break my heart and crush my soul, Disney...

See, literally only covered the first 7 minutes and this post is very long. I'll finish this up, might be three or four parts, however long you guys can stand my crazieness :)

Assignment 5

Topic: “Tell a story in dialogue. Use few or no tags (he said, she yelled, etc.) and little or no exposition: nothing but speech.” (250-500 words)

“Aye, Lukas! Eyes up!” Akuma shouted from across the field.

Lukas looked up and dodged the football heading for his head.

“Sorry about that, bud! Got some killer reflexes there, huh?”

Lukas sighed. “Indeed I do. Lucky for my head, you might have given me a concussion.”

“Yeah yeah yeah, whatever. I didn’t thow it that hard… hey, whatcha reading?”

“A novel. Written by Knut Hamsun, an author from my home country, it’s a quite wonderful read, if you would ever like to borrow I can-”

“Uh, no. Books are boring. I’ll just watch the movie.”

“Um… there is no movie. This was written in the 1930s and is about-”

“Ooh, then I wouldn’t watch the movie anyway,” Akuma snickered. “Old movies suck.”

“If you say so. Now please, go about your game and watch where you throw your balls, please.”

Akuma laughed loudly, making Lukas roll his eyes.

“You are very childish, you know that?”

“Oh whatever. With a comment like that you’re asking for trouble.”

“Mmhm.”

“Hey, you should play with us? Put the book down for a bit and just roll around and have some rough fun.”

Lukas glanced up at him warily. “Fun? Tackling each other and slamming one another against the ground. Seems rather barbaric...”

“It is! That’s why we do it. Gets some of the anger out.”

“I have no anger.”

“Sure you do! Come on, let’s play! Just for ten minutes, then you can go be boring again. Come ooon! Come on! Don’t be a wuss!!”

“... Fine! Fine, I will join you. For ten minutes only.”

“Yes!” Akuma grinned and grabbed Lukas’ jacket, tugging him onto the field. “You’ve seen us play enough, right?”

“I suppose-”

“Good! Then we don’t need to teach you. Just grab the ball and run.”

Lukas sighed.

“Ready? Go!”

The ball flew in the air, whirring down and hitting Lukas right in the face.

“Oh, he don’t look so good.” “Ugh, his face is swelling pretty bad.” “Should we… call someone?” “Nah, he’ll be fine!... I think.”

Lukas opened his eyes weakly, groaning in pain as he looked around. “Where… am I?”

“You’re in the hospital, sweetheart. Your friends brought you here after you passed out. You haven’t been out long, just a few hours.” The nurse smiled at him before leaving, passing by Akuma on her way out.

“Hey baby,” Akuma winked at the nurse before turning to Lukas. “Lukas! You made it!”

“Akuma….”

“Yeah, your first time didn’t go so well, did it? It’s alright, we’ll work on it!”

“Akuma….”

“Hey man, no need to apologize! It’s fun, just wait. You get out of here, take your medicine or whatever, then we’ll get back on the field tonight and you can have first throw, how about-”

“Akuma!”

“What?”

Lukas sighed. “Just go get me my book. I’d rather sit here and be boring, thanks.”

It's sucks try to a gif than you made mistake try to fix like (tags) spell check or whatever and save it. Gif doesn't show at all than have start over with gif try to find it all thows gif do it again like what the heck plus you tape a name other gif not apose to be there of course others have same name did last name still same some Resut the hell other thing find it again
