honeymooning – cl16
You find a creative way to quickly plan your wedding.
auds here... ik i said that was the last req but i have so many im just ignoring jshdhs and i just rewatched about time so this was Birthed... sorry
“We’ve officially broken the world record for time spent engaged and not married,” you announce, walking into the living room of your flat in a hoodie and loose pajamas.
Charles looks up from where he’d been reviewing something—finances for the team, if you recall correctly—and adjusts his reading glasses (that he will never admit he has to use.) And he laughs, like this is all a joke. You place your hands on your hips, rolling on the balls of your feet as you stare at him menacingly.
“I am not joking. The only thing we’ve—you’ve—decided about our wedding is that I’m going to be walking down the aisle to some weird song you heard in The Godfather.”
“A lovely song,” he interjects, watching you walk until you’re just a few metres in front of him.
“Absolutely not.” You pause, breathing slowly. “And we have no other mutual free days for a while. So here’s the deal—for every decision you make about the wedding, I take one article of clothing off.”
He laughs outwardly, nodding and setting aside the thick stack of paper he’d been perusing. “Deal. You have my attention.” He settles further into the chair, staring at  you with want and amusement.
“Um, okay. Where do we get married?” You smile.
“Italy. Everyone knows everyone here in Monaco, and everywhere else is too far.”
“Okay,” you agree, wrestling the hoodie off and revealing your bra underneath. “Good.”
“You’re beautiful,” he says quickly before you slide into the next prompt.
“Sweet talker,” you retort, settling your thumbs into the drawstring of your trousers and readying them to pull downward. “Alright. Band or DJ?”
“Oh, shit.” He thinks. “Band. It’s got to be band. And if that goes to shit we plug in a phone and play Spotify the rest of the night.”
You laugh, nodding in agreement. “Smart,” you huff out, pulling your pajamas down. He stares, eyes running up and down, anticipatory. Fingers make their way to the clasp of your bra and you mull over the next question. You’ve both settled on a few things—catering and cake and the like—so you skip over those. Then you remember the reason why your guestlist remains unfinished and unfinalized.
“Best man?”
“Oh, nooo,” he moans. “Damn, no.”
“I need an answer,” you sing-song, playing with the clasp. “Or these stay covered all night.”
“It’s too hard, beautiful,” he groans, covering his face with his hands. “Okay. Fuck, okay—Joris.”
“Your choice,” you say, brows raised.
“He’s going to make a fool out of me during his speech, isn’t he.”
“Very likely.”
“Okay, no—Lorenzo.”
“You sure?”
“No—no, Pierre. Pierre.” He nods once. “Pierre.”
“Pierre, final answer,” you say smilingly, unclasping your bra. He smiles, giddy when he finally gets to see almost all of you.
“Yeeee—no, no, Lorenzo.”
“What?!” Your hands flee to cover your breasts and you narrow your eyes at him. “You are such a—that is cheating. Cheating!”
He just laughs, shrugging his shoulders as if to say what can you do. You roll your eyes, but maintain composure, nodding slowly. “Alright… oh, honeymoon.”
“Uh, uuuh—five days in Paris,” he says eventually, grinning.
“Oh, these panties are not coming off for Paris.” Granted, it’s a beautiful city, but both you and Charles are there nearly all the time for work, and it’s so near Monaco it’s basically the same thing.
“It’s all I can do for my schedule,” he retorts, insistent. “Take off your panties.”
He has a glint in his eye that strikes both amusement and competition in you.
“I will not,” you shoot, smiling and stepping backwards once, hands still covering your chest.
“Take! Off! Your panties!” He hollers, getting up and making a beeline for you. You squeal, turning around and bounding up the stairs toward your bedroom; he’s hot on your tail, laughing.
“Never!” You yelp, a high-pitched sound as you take refuge in the bedroom. “I want three weeks in Hawaii!”

Idk about you but I envision a vineyard wedding for Taylor verse reader and Matty and tvr having a simple satin spaghetti strap cowl thing going on for her dress
okay so i 100% envision matty and tvr eloping in a small ceremony before it all goes down because they've been waiting FOREVER. but they do have a silly little ceremony for their friends and family in some vineyard off in italy or paris during the spring so its the perfect time of the year. and you're right! the dress is so simple yet stunning. it's satin and long, has a removable train which is gone as soon as the ceremony is over. it allows you to move and breathe and dance which is the only thing you really want to do. the whole wedding is very chill. got a live band, that matty drunkenly jumps on stage with and serenades reader (more on that possibly) and a photobooth that taylor and charli drag you into which gives us the hottest trio pics ever. their first dance is under the stars and twinkly lights and matty makes some cheesy comments and when you kiss he tastes like the sweet wine he's been sipping all day and you're not sure if anything could ever feel better. thinking that george (everyone's fave dj) spins the latter half of the reception. matty and you are attached at the hip, spinning around with each other and sipping wine and taking shots and you guys end up in the photo booth a few moments later completely loved up.

Planning the Perfect Destination Wedding Ceremony - A Guide
Tumblr media
Are you dreaming of a destination wedding in 2023? If so, you're not alone. Many couples are choosing to tie the knot in a beautiful and exotic location, away from the stress and hassle of their everyday lives. But planning a destination wedding can be challenging, especially if you're not familiar with the local culture, laws, and customs. That's why we've put together this guide to help you plan your perfect destination wedding ceremony in 2023. First, you need to decide where you want to get married. There are so many options to choose from, depending on your budget, preferences, and style. Some of the most popular destinations for weddings are: - Hawaii: The Aloha State offers stunning beaches, lush rainforests, and a rich cultural heritage. You can have a traditional Hawaiian wedding ceremony with leis, hula dancers, and ukulele music, or opt for a more modern and elegant affair. - Italy: The land of romance and art is a great choice for couples who love history, culture, and cuisine. You can exchange vows in a historic church, a rustic villa, or a scenic vineyard. You can also enjoy the famous Italian food, wine, and gelato. - Mexico: The colorful and vibrant country is ideal for couples who want a fun and festive wedding. You can celebrate your love with a mariachi band, a piñata, and a tequila toast. You can also explore the ancient ruins, the natural wonders, and the lively markets of Mexico. - Thailand: The Land of Smiles offers a unique and exotic wedding experience. You can have a Buddhist ceremony with monks, flowers, and candles, or a beach wedding with sand, sun, and sea. You can also indulge in the delicious Thai food, the relaxing massages, and the friendly hospitality. Once you've chosen your destination, you need to do some research on the legal requirements for getting married there. Different countries have different rules and regulations for foreign weddings, such as: - Residency: Some countries require you to stay there for a certain period of time before you can get married. For example, France requires you to reside there for at least 40 days before your wedding date. - Documents: Some countries require you to provide various documents to prove your identity and eligibility for marriage. For example, Italy requires you to obtain a Nulla Osta (a certificate of no impediment) from your embassy or consulate. - Fees: Some countries charge fees for processing your marriage license and certificate. For example, Mexico charges about $30 USD for each document. - Witnesses: Some countries require you to have witnesses present at your wedding ceremony. For example, Thailand requires you to have two witnesses who are not related to you. You should contact the local authorities or a reputable wedding planner in your chosen destination to find out the exact requirements for your situation. Next, you need to plan the details of your wedding ceremony. This includes: - Venue: You should book your venue as early as possible to secure your date and time. You should also visit the venue beforehand or ask for photos and videos to make sure it meets your expectations. - Officiant: You should choose an officiant who can perform your wedding ceremony according to your preferences and beliefs. You should also check if they speak your language or if you need an interpreter. - Vows: You should write your own vows or choose from some existing ones that reflect your feelings and values. You should also practice them beforehand or have them written down somewhere. - Music: You should select some music that suits your theme and mood. You can hire a live band or a DJ, or use your own playlist. - Decorations: You should choose some decorations that enhance the beauty of your venue and match your color scheme and style. You can use flowers, candles, lanterns, ribbons, etc. - Dress code: You should decide what you and your guests will wear at your wedding ceremony. You should consider the weather, the culture, and the formality of your event. Finally, you need to enjoy your destination wedding ceremony in 2023. You've worked hard to plan it, so now it's time to celebrate it with your loved ones. Don't forget to take lots of photos and videos to capture the memories of your special day. We hope this guide has helped you plan your perfect destination wedding ceremony in 2023. #destinationwedding #weddingplanning #weddingceremony #weddingvenue #weddingdecor #weddingphotography #weddinginspiration #weddingideas #weddingday #weddingstyle #brideandgroom #brideandgroomtobe Read the full article

Mamma Mia! I can't believe that I had the chance to DJ in Italy this past fall, it is one of the most amazing places to visit, let alone DJ.
The beginning of this year started it with a bang in the Bahamas. Not once, but twice. Officially became a Bahama Mama, with three island parties under my belt, then followed up with a gig in Turks and Caicos! But who knew there was a bigger opportunity waiting.
I wouldn't have imagined that this year an opportunity to DJ in Europe would have come up. I am already thrilled to be a successful female DJ in L.A, a DJ in NY, and a DJ in Miami / Palm Beach and beyond! But the thought of appearing in Europe so soon blew me away.
I was booked for a total of 3 events at the most bellisimo villas in Lake Como. The first event was at Villa Sola Caboti facing Lake Bellagio. I am trying to set the scene for you, as it was truly breathtaking. I was driving on the one road, going who knows where in the middle of Lago di Como, and I had to stop when I saw a picture-perfect villa wedding happening in front of me. Then it hit me this is the wedding party you will be djing for in just a few hours. Even thinking about it now, fills my little heart up. That was party #1.
The next two events I dj'd were for another couple, who had an elaborate all week wedding celebration at Villa Pliniana, in Torno, overlooking the western side of Lago di Como. Breathtaking but in a different way, Mamma Mia x2!  The couple is actually from Orange County and I DJ'd their welcome party one night and their wedding after party a few nights later. Such a fun crowd, I felt like I was family by the end of it.
I am so grateful that both couples trusted me, flew me to Italy, 6,000ish miles from LA to DJ their weddings. How unbelievable? Italy will always have a very special place in my heart, as I have spent much time there but to have the chance to take my musical passion to such a magnificent location left me speechless. We rocked those parties! They had the time of their lives and so did I!
At one point I was djing and eating freshly baked pizza, and I thought questa è la vita! This is the life! I can't wait to see what destinations and musical adventures are in store for me in 2023!

Verona Brunch Club in Swissotel Clark Launches Fun & Trendy Italian Sunday Brunch
There’s a new fun and chic Sunday brunch that makes traveling all the way to Pampanga worth it! Swissôtel Clark has just launched the Verona Brunch Club, an exciting Sunday affair at the signature Ristorante di Verona. This is the newest dining activity in Clark where guests can enjoy a complete eat-all-you-can Italian brunch experience together with overflowing bubbly beverages, good vibes and trendy beats. So grab your glass of Mimosa and let’s get the party started!
Swissôtel Clark is redefining your ordinary brunch with the launch of the first-ever Verona Brunch Club last October 9, 2022. Ristorante di Verona is located at the 5th floor of Swissôtel Clark, one of the newest hotel destinations located inside the Clark Freeport Zone. It is part of the Hann Casino Resort complex which also includes other hotel brands such as Marriott Clark and Widus Hotel and Casino. The Hungry Kat was invited to try this newest gastronomic experience and I was more than happy to travel all the way to Pampanga to be one of the first few guests of the Verona Brunch Club.
The Verona Brunch Club is exclusively open during Sunday from 11:30 am to 3:00 pm and offers an upscale brunch dining experience inside the bustling Clark Freeport Zone. I was here during the restaurant’s opening day media launch last June (Read: Ristorante Di Verona at Swissôtel Clark Features Fun and Authentic Italian Cuisine) so it is so refreshing to be back at one of the best Italian restaurants in Pampanga and Manila.
Ristorante di Verona also boasts of a spacious al fresco space, giving off an exclusive vibe with overlooking views of the Zambales Mountain Range. Guests can enjoy free-flowing champagne and a variety of carefully crafted menu selections here or inside the restaurant.
A live DJ performance is on deck to liven up your brunch experience at Ristorante di Verona. Be drifted away by the upbeat music while enjoying a number of table games with your friends. There’s even a designated game master to provide a fun and interactive afternoon.
Be transported to the timeless and contemporary place of Verona, Italy as you enjoy an authentic, flavoursome, Italian brunch. A great Sunday brunch always starts with bubblies, so the Verona Brunch Club includes a free-flowing selection of wines, sparkling wines, rosés, sangrias, beers, Italian and international cocktails, and other non-alcoholic beverages.
Nothing beats a brunch with booze, so guests and customers alike can have a sip of their favorite champagne or mimosa, or choose from the specially concocted wines or cocktails to suit your palate. All of these are unlimited so we had to pace ourselves since we had more than three full hours to relax and enjoy all of these.
There’s a gin cart that goes around offering your own customized glass of Gin and Tonic. Choose which gin you want as your base then add some cocktail ingredients to create your own concoction.
My favorite beverage that afternoon was the Chandon Spritz, which was what we actually offered to the guests during our wedding three weeks ago. This light and refreshing sparkling wine is the perfect Sunday brunch companion to keep the conversations and the laughters flowing.
Start your brunch with some freshly-baked breads paired with your choice of balsamic vinegars. The restaurant houses a 25-year old Balsamic Vinegar of Modena used mainly as an ingredient for reductions, following all the rules of a century old tradition. Verona Brunch Club lets guests order anything they want from the brunch menu so it’s almost impossible to try every single dish, but I’ll try.
I love eating oysters so the first item I ordered was a plate from the Oyster Bar. It offers three types of La Boudeusse Oysters that you can request as a set. These can be prepared as Fresh Oysters, Rockefeller Oysters, or Baked Oysters with Cheese.
Salad lovers can ask the servers for a Caesar Salad or a Seafood Salad to start the day on a healthy note.
You can sample the delicious Beef Carpaccio Crepe with crispy parmesan cheese, arugula, pine nuts, cocktail sauce, and balsamic lemon reduction to whet your appetite.
They have a Charcuterie Board and a Cheese Board as well. The ham board comes with prosciutto cotto, caccioterino, nduja, and spicy salame while the cheese board has a combination of grana padano, pecorino sardo, sweet gorgonzola, and taleggio cheese.
Mini Pizzas can also be ordered which are small enough to share for just two persons. You can try some of their flavors such Quattro Formaggi, Mare e Monti, or Spicy Salame.
Then have a warm bowl of Mushroom Soup or Seafood Green Pea Soup to warm your bellies before the heavier set of dishes arrive.
Since this is an Italian brunch, there always has to be pasta. There are several pasta options to choose from including Spaghetti Carbonara, Gnocchi Tartufo, Tortellini al Brodo, or even Beef Lasagna.
I decided to order the Risotto al Funghi or Mushroom Risotto, but you can also try the Risotto ai frutti di mare or Seafood Risotto.
Verona Brunch Club’s extensive menu selection offers brunch classics such as Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon, You can also try it with prosciutto di San Daniele.
There’s Egg Omelette or Scrambled Eggs that you can have prepared with cheese or vegetables. Another option is the Poached Eggs with vegetable frittata.
If you like pastries for brunch, go for the Waffle with Summer Fruits drizzled with strawberry compote and chocolate ganache. There’s also the very interesting Butter Waffle with double-dipped chicken, spinach, carrots, and chili honey.
Pancake lovers won’t be left behind with the Fluffy Pancake Stack topped with butter cream and drizzled with maple syrup. You can also be wild and have it stacked further with caramelized banana and mascarpone cheese.
After all those filling dishes, it’s now time for the main courses. The Wagyu Double Beef Burger is a very meaty burger served with truffle fries.
There’s also the Porchetta which is big enough to share with the entire table. This crispy pork is served with marble potato, carrots, and green peas cream.
Seafood lovers should order the Pan-Seared Salmon Fillet with star anise beurre blanc sauce. This is best paired with any of the other meaty main courses for a fantastic surf and turf combination.
The highlight of the Verona Brunch Club is the Beef Tenderloin served with hasselback truffle potato, carrots, asparagus, and Ristorante di Verona’s very own Balsamic red wine reduction sauce. The steak is cooked medium but you can have it done according to your preference.. Best of all, you can order another serving if you still want more.
We had a few items from the dessert menu to end our Sunday brunch. The Mascarpone Cheesecake is a sweet and decadent option but there’s also the Candied Banana mille fuille, Fruit Tarts, or this very artsy Swiss Chocolate.
The Verona Brunch Club is available starting at P3,888+ per person with free-flowing food and non-alcoholic beverages. You can upgrade it with alcoholic beverages for P4,888+ or with champagne at P8,888+ for a complete bubbly dining experience. Verona Brunch Club is also open for kids aged 6 to 12 years old for P1,944+ per kid. After our hearty brunch, we proceeded to our rooms for another relaxing staycation at Swissôtel Clark before heading back to Manila the following day. It’s always so refreshing to visit Swissôtel Clark in Pampanga and I’m excited to come back for our next adventure here.
