Hi there! I’m E || @walksinstarllight on Tumblr. She/her, they/them, aroace and cas-coded through and through. I've only pretty recently gotten into Supernatural, but it has definitely carved its own place into my heart. I adore all of these characters (Cas especially), and I want to help give them the endings they deserve. I'm the Sera Gamble of the Wayward Writers (but better), and I'll be doing mainly plot and meta stuff here (that is, when I'm not screaming about fanfics), but I'm hoping to try my hand at writing as well. This project, and the people here, already mean so much to me, and I'm so glad to be a part of the Wayward Road.

I'm C's Wine Sis, she's the dark to my twisty (greys ref), and I spend a ridiculous amount of time in the voice chats with Sonia and Erin just pissing about (they're great writers btw). According to the latest uquiz, I'm dean-coded, but I like to think I'm closer to end!cas. I'm 19 and in my first year of uni so this is me, banging a few gongs before the lights go out and I'm plunged into the real adult world (where I'm sure I'll continue as normal and it'll be no big deal, but I like to dramatise). I've been watching the show since S10 and I am obviously not ready to let Sam, Dean, Cas, and the rest of our babies go. So I'm here and I'm just really excited to hang out and get creative with the rest of Wayward Writers - write a lil love, write a lil pain. Of all the spn writer aliases we Waywards have adopted, I'm the Robbie Thompson lmao (the crypt, chronos, etc). I've worked with some particularly dope people on this project and we have some big brains - erin is our resident brain cell - in our ranks, so I can assure you peeps this is gonna be a wild ride on both our ends, in the best way.

I have no clue where I stand on it lmao) my tumblr is @carlgrimeschildsoldier I've been a supernatural fan for like 10 years now it's been a long decade I joined this project just to have some fun (not to say I don't take this rewrite seriously cause ofc I do) with rewriting, I love coming up with ideas and I've been really getting into writing due to all this which is awesome! My tumblr is @tesghosterone and I've been watching the show sort of on and off for about 4 years. My job here is mainly for plot ideas and writing, but I'm trying my hand at meta and lore as well (when I actually have the braincell, that is). I spend most of my time here making my memes, drinking tea, creating Spotify playlists for random things and characters, and throwing random ideas around about subjects that make me sparkles feel things sparkles. other than simping for fictional characters, I am also my Gabriel's (not the archangel) biggest fan <3 I joined to do the characters (i.e. sam) justice and try and fix the plot inconsistencies that bugged me and turn them into something beautiful, and yes i am bitter about the special kids' arc in season 2, and the treatment of a number of minor characters (cough rufus turner and bela talbot cough). Hi we’re Intro and Outro! Our tumblr @'s are @internetintroverts and @yourfinalbow , respectively. We do almost all of our work on the project together, which is why we’ve been dubbed “The Chaos Twins”, and we're the official Bucklemming of Wayward Road. We also spent 30+ hours writing Phantom Traveler and that episode has pretty much scarred us for life. But it's ok because time flies when you're- Sorry that 1x04 reference just slipped out. Right now we co-run some Tumblrs together and drink a lot of chocolate milk at 3 am while we try to get work done. It has recently come to our attention that some of our team members are receiving hate, both anonymously and in their DMs. Please do not go to them because they're having fun on this project. If you have a problem, take it up with @yourfinalbow or through the official Tumblr. Attacking or sending hate is both rude and childish, espcially when that member is a minor. We are trying to keep this a fun and positive enviorment, and the people receiving hate are finding it legitimately upsetting. So please grow up and be professional.

We want to make a disclaimer that the point of this project isn’t to hate on Supernatural. We’re doing this because we really enjoy and love this show, which can be seen from just how many hours we’re putting in to it, but we recognize that there are some things that fans would have wanted to see, that they simply didn’t get to. If you don’t like our take, you don’t have to read it. It’s just like any fanfiction. You scroll through Ao3 without leaving hate comments, so you can do the same with us. (That doesn’t mean we don’t want to hear your thoughts and opinions. We’re open to ideas, because we want to write what the fandom, the part that’s actually invested and is going to read it, wants.)
We also want to make the point that the views of our team members, Supernatural related or not, aren’t a true reflection on the project itself. Thank you for reading, and we appreciate all the support we’ve gotten over the past few days! Stay tuned for more content.

I wanted to message you to tell you I hate this whole thing. I haven't had a good nights rest since I found out about this project. It has consumed my life in ways I didn't know was possible and honestly fuck you. Oh also, expect a message from HR b/c of the emotion damage this has caused me. Anyways, I'm buying coffee for everyone at the next office meeting. Is there anything else you guys want?
One Very Berry Hibiscus Starbucks refresher, a "lemon ice tea thing", one ice caramel swirl, Erin wants a water, a vanilla latte with almond milk, one Strawberries with crème Frappuccino, a Starbucks steamer with a shot of pumpkin and cinnamon, K isn't in her office right now but go with something chocolatey and very caffeinated, then we need a Caffè Americano with 10 sugars, I haven't looked online so I don't know if it's still in season, but one pumpkin spice latte, if not then a toasted white chocolate mocha, (which I think is also seasonal so if that's not available either, go with an Iced Cinnamon Almond milk macchiato), and then two cups of hot chocolate with 8 shots of espresso (each) for Intro and Outro. Oh! And get a chocolate chip cookie for Pandemic please. Thank you LayLay!

Hey just found out about this and while the fanfic idea in and of itself isn't my cup of tea, I really think it's great you guys are creating something to help satisfy you in a way the show didn't. I don't ship destiel and rather liked the finale, but I have a lot of respect for how considerate y'all are being. Having your fun and not hating on the actors, writing what you want to happen but being extremely nice to those who disagree. Hope the fic turns out well! Good luck!
Thank you so much! We realize that not everyone has the same opinions on ships, the finale, or the show in general, but we really are trying to make this as inclusive and positive of a place as possible. Even if you don’t ship Destiel, you might enjoy what we’re doing with say, Amara, and how she relates with angels and souls. It’s really not just about ships in the project, it’s about attempting to do things that the show just didn’t have the time or resources to do. (Due to budget or the fact that it has to actually be filmed.) So yeah, thanks again!

Well, they're definitely going to be on AO3, but there may also be a seperate website just for this project. Whether or not this happens depends on whether we can find people who are capable of setting something like that up. But yes, hopefully they will have their own website :)

Hi! I'm excited to see what you do with this project 😊 hopefully this isn't rude or intrusive, but are you worried at all about any copyright issues the show/network may slam you with? Maybe this is just coming from ignorance of how fanfiction works, but I would hate to see such an awesome idea being taken down due to any legal issues that may come of it. Especially if what you are posting is scripts of the show. Again, sorry if this is too intrusive! If you feel comfortable answering me you can do it privately if you prefer!
Hi! This isn't rude at all, don't worry. As far as I know there shouldn't be any copyright issues - we're basically just making fanfiction, which is completely legal since I'm pretty sure it falls under fair use/transformative work/something like that. I'm not exactly an expert on legal stuff (so I may have to edit this later if it turns out I'm incredibly wrong about this lmao) but the people we have who are familiar with that kind of thing have assured us that it won't be a problem.

If you are still taking asks, is Chuck going to be human then god takes over or is he going to be god right from the start?
Honestly we haven't got to planning when Chuck comes in yet - for the most part we're doing things in order from season 1, and although we obviously have some ideas for later seasons I don't think we've really thought about this question. The best answer I can give you is that in my opinion I think it'd be more interesting if he was initially human.

Hi! I saw your last post & I wanted to let y’all know how psyched I am for Superiornatural! From what I’ve seen everybody involved is super passionate about the project and dedicated to doing right by the story and characters we all love so much. Like a lot of fans I was really disappointed by the finale, and after all the backlash around that + all the examples people were pulling from previous seasons where the writers/showrunners dropped the ball again and again I left feeling pretty disillusioned with the entire show. The only reason I didn’t fall into a grief spiral over watching the jenga tower of this thing I’d loved for years topple over was that I heard about your project. Watching everyone come together to say ‘no. we’re not giving up on this story.’ and get to work picking up the pieces has been amazing. Just the knowledge that it’s not over & we still have the chance to see the show done justice by ppl that actually appreciate it has brought me so much comfort, & I can’t wait to see the project completed. :)

I completely get how you felt after watching the finale and the events afterwards because I had a very similar feeing happen to me. I went into the finale thinking that after it was all done, I’d be ready to do a complete series rewatch. But after the finale, I decided I wasn’t ready and that it hurt too much. And then this project was created and it gave a lot of people, a place to talk, to vent, just to go all in on this show we are so passionate about. A show, like you mentioned, we weren’t ready to give up on.
We hope that once it’s completed and published, we did everything we could to do right by these characters and give them everything they deserved and more. You put a smiley face so now I can put a smiley face and I don’t have to worry about it being awkward. :)
