redesign for a character of mine described as "hope&despair" <3

the old look from 2018 bothered me, since he looked dated compared to the other designs, and i wanted to make him more fitting and also alot more polarizing. (hence the split colors to further symbolize his emotion)

the weapon also changed <3 went from a classical sword to a more symbolic mirror.

Walfas del eje: La milicia francesa, el ejército minúsculo de la Francia de Vichy.

Personaje: se llamó Antoine Laval. Fue un ferviente fascista francés desde tiempo atrás, perteneciendo primero a las «Service d'ordre légionnaire», compartiendo las ideas del francismo y siendo un admirador del Mariscal Petain. En 1943 se unió inmediatamente a las tropas del ejército de Vichy.

Antoine fue conocido por su formalidad, su buena relación con las autoridades alemanas, llegado a tomar cerveza con soldados alemanes.

Laval también solía ser uno de los soldados más temibles de las fuerzas vichystas. Capturando a gran cantidad de miembros de la resistencia francesa. Aparte que capturo a muchos judíos, Antoine era conocido como «la mano derecha del Carlingue». Esto al trabajar muy de cerca con la Gestapo francesa y tener conexiones con el crimen, al hacer tratos con criminales para que le den información sobre miembros de la resistencia y casas de judíos.

Murió en 1945 tras ser ejecutado por alta traición en la guillotina. Tras la disolución del estado de Vichy y la unificación de Francia. Entre 1944 y 1945, fue miembro de la resistencia francesa vichysta hasta ser capturado por el ejército francés en 1945.

Gustos: alcohol, cigarrillos, juegos de azar, ejecutar a sus enemigos públicamente, ser mujeriego, cuidar a sus hijos, el estofado de conejo.

Disgustos: la resistencia francesa, De Gaulle, los estadounidenses, los japoneses.

Sexualidad/transtornos: heterosexual, no tiene ningún transtorno.

Curiosidades: el nació en Alsácia, una región de Francia donde se habla el alsaciano, una lengua germánica muy parecida al alemán. Antoine sabe hablar francés, alsaciano y alemán con fluidez. No le agradan los mafiosos pero debido a la conexión que tenía la resistencia francesa con algunos criminales que los ayudaron a cambio de dinero, entabló amistosas conversaciones seguidas de sobornos y tratos especiales del gobierno de Vichy con ellos. Debido esto muchos criminales lo ayudaron a encontrar bases de la resistencia y de judíos escondidos en casas o Iglesias.

Antonie Pierre Laval es conocido como el miembro más letal y efectivo de la Milicia Francesa de Vichy y el líder más efectivo de la resistencia francesa vichysta.

Gensokyo Festival - Day 1 - Beginnings

This 4koma focus on the beginning of incidents, and special thanks to Reimu and her magical gohei (not to be confused with Sun Wukong’s Compliant Rod), they can now end a lot faster.

This one took less than I thought, now that I’m now editing comics in GIMP and I found a few tricks to editing raw Walfas frames into how I want them to be. I expanded gohei by making a cluster of goheis,making two otherwise identical frames, one with the gohei and one without, overlapped the two frames, deleted the area with extra shide, then plastered a shape the same color as the gohei over the lines that seemed to segment the elongated stick.I should make a tutorial about it some time.

On one fateful day, a young boy, named ▇▇▇, decided that after countless years of his emotions taking over him and wreaking havoc across the city, that he had enough and wants to stop it completely. With the help of his friend, Mrs. Universe, a rather excitable individual who seemingly came from outer space, they decide that the only way to solve this issue is to fight these emotions, deep down in his psyche as he sleeps. What ▇▇▇ didn't know from this plan though, is that what lies beyond is a world unbeknownst to him. Full of split "copies" of himself… representing emotions he suppresses deep down. What will they find in this journey of self discovery and evaluation? And will ▇▇▇ succeed? or will he succumb to his emotions that he is ashamed of?

infatuation... a positive yet short lived emotion for love and passion, to be infatuated for some people is to be blessed by the gods, as it can make the soul feel alive. yet this emotion tend to be aggressive and overwhelming in how it operates, it can feel isolating as you simply cannot think about anything else.

looking at infatuation, you might think they're just a walking lava lamp! especially with their love halo, due to the immense warmth love can bring, the halo became more flexible and fluid, it sometimes falls on top of infatuation themselves!

when this emotion is summoned, it can be really easy to lose yourself in its field, as the feeling of love is so cozy and warm... you simply dont want to go back.

but be warned, while this emotion can bring immense comfort, it can also be immensely destructive. the field you're inhabiting is otherworldly and chaotic and its incredibly easy to be lost there forever and never come back the same person. escape as soon as you can, if not, try to survive until the field runs out. as infatuation cannot stay for long before it goes back to its main spot to rest.

nothing major has changed in infatuation's design as he is perfect. just switched hues for his ribbon and added some shine to his rose-tinted heart sunglasses : )

Walfas del eje: «Ven y Mira», las tropas criminales. Le puse una máscara de francotirador, que solian usar para ocultar sus rostros y cometer crímenes. Ya que solian tener a las Feldgendarmerie a espaldas suyas, policía militar muy temible.

Tiene vegetación para camuflarse.

Personaje: éste walfa se llama Karl Von Hassen. Se quiso enlistar en el ejército en 1938 por petición de su padre, ya que era malo para el estudio y era conocido por su indisciplina y ser reacio a obedecer a la autoridad.

Karl fue arrestado en 1939 tras asesinar a un compañero de su unidad de 28 puñaladas, con el que tenía una relación muy deteriorada desde hace tiempo, por haber mojado su litera con orina a manera de broma pesada y burla.

Karl fue reconvocado para ser parte de las SS Dirlewanger en 1940 y mitigar a la resistencia polaca.

Von Hassen es un sociopata incendiario, con un enorme gusto por el sadismo y suele disfrutar fusilar civiles inocentes con su Kar98K en las calles de Varsóvia.

Fue ahorcado en 1946 tras ser condenado por crímenes de guerra y colaborar en las masacres de civiles polacos durante el levantamiento de Varsóvia.

Gustos: matar, quemar gente viva, comer comida caliente, beber cerveza, cuidar plantas, los gatos, los chocolates.

Disgustos: las violaciones, matar niños, lastimar animales, el ruido de las baterías de artillería, los aviones bombarderos, obedecer a la autoridad, la policía militar.

Curiosidades: mató a un policía militar que trato de arrestarlo por indisciplina poco antes de abandonar Polonia en 1945, le gusta la botánica, nació en Frisia Oriental en Alemania, razón que sepa alemán estándar y frisón oriental; siempre procuro asesinar a las mujeres primero para evitar que sus compañeros las violaran y debido a que algunos eran pederastas, también tuvo que matar niños para no escuchar sus gritos.

Sexualidad/transtornos: heterosexual, incendiario, sadista, sociopata.

Walfas del eje: con éste walfa de la primera división de las Schutzstaffel, comienzo mi saga de la segunda guerra mundial.

Haré un walfa de todas las tropas del eje o sus colaboradores o aliados temporales.

Personaje: se llama John Fleischer. Se enlistó en las SS en 1935 por motivaciones ideológicas. Era conocido por su frialdad a la hora de actuar, un hombre formal, educado y dedicado a su trabajo como un miembro honorable de las SS. Su bautismo de fuego fue en 1941 durante la operación Barbaroja, con el rango de sargento estuvo al mando de tropas y mando a colgar a muchos comisarios soviéticos para desanimar a las tropas enemigas. Fue un habido francotirador y ordenó muchos fusilamientos de militares y partisanos soviéticos.

Murió en 1945 en la batalla del Castillo Itter, tras ser alcanzado por el Máuser de un soldado de la Wehrmacht, no sin antes levantarse y dar su último tiro contra quien le infligió la herida mortal.

Dio un tiro perfecto en la cabeza del soldado que le disparó e inmediatamente murió tras decir: «Mein Ehre Heißt Treue».

Gustos: ocultismo Germánico, carne en termino medio, vino, ideología nazi, la música de Johan Sebastian Bach, tener su ropa limpia, ordenar matanzas.

Curiosidades: le gustaba leer sobre esoterismo, sabía hablar alemán, latín, español, francés, neerlandés y tenía un profesorado en historia. Nació en una familia acomodada de Westfalia y adquirió una afinidad muy grande por el nazismo desde su adolescencia.

Disgustos: insubordinación, indisciplina, comunistas, capitalistas, judíos, eslavos, gitanos, la ropa sucia, las armas sucias, el desorden.

Sexualidad/transtornos: asexual, transtorno obsesivo compulsivo, psicópatia.
