At the shaoshan collective, we do our best to remain professional when discussing geopolitical issues, however, there is this man neither of us can in good faith be professional about, the president of Serbia, Aleksander Vucic.
First and foremost this man is built like an alien and by his understanding of geopolitics he must be one. He is a coward, a double-faced snake, an incompetent, a corrupt bastard and most importantly he is a fucking coward.
He sees his people being besieged and harassed in Kossovo and does nothing, he begs the EU and Nato for scraps and he doesn't even receive them, and despite having the backing of 2 major powers, one of which is set to become the new dominant power in the world, he'd rather beg the dying international order of America capitalism that join the multipolar world, he is a betrayer of his people and his allies and deserves nothing vot to get couped. There is no reasonable explanation for his behaviour, not even being under siege by his neighbours is enough at this point to reasonably justify his actions,he is either a fool or a corrupted bastard

Chinese President to visit France, Serbia and Hungary in May
Chinese President Xi Jinping will visit France, Serbia and Hungary from 5 to 10 May, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman said on Monday.
Bilateral relations with France have maintained good growth momentum, and the two countries have maintained strategic ties and practical cooperation, ministry spokesman Lin Jian said, discussing Xi’s trip to France. Lin also added:
“China looks forward to working with France to further enhance political mutual trust, solidarity and co-operation.”
He also said Xi will hold talks with Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić to exchange views on bilateral relations and discuss the modernisation of China-Serbia relations.
Prime Minister Viktor Orbán is seeking to expand economic ties with China, including by increasing Hungary’s participation in the Belt and Road Initiative, which includes further railway modernisation projects as well as funding for a new oil pipeline linking it to Serbia. Xi Jinping is expected to arrive in Hungary after visiting France and Serbia.
Meanwhile, Fan Weiguo, director of the Asia-Europe Bureau of Xinhua News Agency, told the media that NATO committed wild crimes by bombing the Chinese Embassy in Belgrade in 1999. Weiguo stated:
China has not forgotten and will never forget it. These are NATO’s savage crimes.

Sırbistan Cumhurbaşkanı Aleksandar Vucic, Kosova’nın kuzeyinde çoğunlukla Sırpların yaşadığı Kuzey Mitrovica’da yolu kapatan silahlı Sırpların polise ateş açması ve bir polis memurunun hayatını kaybetmesi üzerine başkent Belgrad’da basına açıklamalarda bulundu.
Sırp halkı için çok zor bir gün olduğunu belirten Vucic, “Bu gece bir grup Kosovalı Sırp, Banjska’da iki kamyonla barikat kurdu, ardından Kosova polisi geldi ve barikatları kaldırmak istedi. Bir çatışma yaşandı ve çatışmada bir polis vuruldu, bir kişi de yaralandı. Olayın ardından çatışma devam etti” dedi.
Vucic, uluslararası kurumları birçok kez uyardığı durumun gerçekleştiğini ve Kosovalı Sırpların, Kosova Başbakanı Albin Kurti’nin “terörüne” artık tahammül edemediğini savunarak, şunları söyledi:
“Bir polisin ölümüyle sonuçlanan olayı hiçbir şekilde haklı çıkarmak istemem, yaşananları kınıyorum ancak 3 Kosovalı Sırp da öldürüldü. Kosovalı Sırplar, çember içine alındı ve kanlı çatışma yaşandı. 2’si ağır yaralı. Bir kişinin daha öldürülmüş olabileceği şüphesi var. Kosova polisinin yaralı bir Kosovalı Sırp’a yardım etmediği ve onu ‘gülerek’ ölüme terk ettiğine dair de kanıtlarımız var.”
“KOSOVA’NIN BAĞIMSIZLIĞINI ASLA TANIMAYACAĞIZ”
Yaşananların tek sorumlusunun Kurti olduğunu iddia eden Vucic, “Tek istediği savaş ve çatışma. Sırbistan’ı NATO ile çatışmaya sürüklemek istiyor. Uluslararası kurumlardan bir an evvel Sırp Belediyeler Birliğinin kurulmasını talep ediyorum. Bu şekilde Sırplar kendilerini sürgün edilmiş hissetmeyecek, böyle çatışmaların da önüne geçilmiş olacak” değerlendirmesinde bulundu.
Vucic, “Halkımıza barış ve sakin kalmaları çağrısında bulunuyorum, daha fazla kan dökülmesini önlemek için elimizden geleni yapalım” ifadesini kullandı.
Gelecek günlerde yeni kararların alınacağını belirten Vucic, “Sırbistan, Kosova’nın bağımsızlığını asla tanımayacak isterseniz hepimizi öldürün. Konuşmaya her zaman hazırız ancak Kosova’nın bağımsızlığı asla” dedi.
Vucic, saldırganların üzerindeki üniformaların Sırbistan polisi ve ordusuna ait olmadığına işaret ederek, “Her şey hazırlanmış bir planın parçası. Yaklaşık bir buçuk saatte 460 özel birlik askeri toplandı. Hem de pazar günü. Her şey hazırlanmıştı” diye konuştu.
NE OLMUŞTU?
Kosova’nın kuzeyinde çoğunlukla Sırpların yaşadığı Banjska’da yolu kapatan silahlı Sırpların, sabah saatlerinde polise ateş açması sonucu bir polis ölmüş, bir polis yaralanmıştı.
Kosova Başbakanı Albin Kurti, ülkenin kuzeyinde ağır silahlı yaklaşık 30 kişilik grubun Kosova polisine yönelik saldırılarını sürdürdüğünü açıklamıştı.
Banjska’da bulunan Banjska Manastırı ve çevresine sığınan silahlı grup, Kosova polisi tarafından kuşatılmış ve bölgede gün boyunca çatışmalar sürmüştü.
NATO’nun Kosova’daki Barış Gücünden (KFOR) yapılan açıklamada, “KFOR, Banjska’daki durumu yakından izlemeye devam ediyor ve KFOR birlikleri bu bölgede, gerektiğinde yanıt vermeye hazır durumda bulunuyor. KFOR Komutanı, AB, Sırbistan Genelkurmay Başkanı ve Kosova’daki kurumlar dahil olmak üzere tüm uluslararası paydaşlarla yakın ve sürekli temas halinde olup, çözüm bulmak için yoğun bir şekilde çalışmaktadır” ifadelerine yer verilmişti.
