You're going to say something about a sequence of events, aren't you? Seconds sliced off a clock, marching one by one off into infinity. Go ahead, use your metaphors: A line. A loop. A flat circle. Heard someone say time was like water once. At least that was novel.
The Vex, they're the closest to understanding it. They've got distance from it. If time's a river, then we're fish and they're diving birds. What's wet mean to a fish? What's it mean to an osprey, who's never fooled by refraction on the water's surface?

With your thoughts on orc breeding out of the way- who would best to worst dad?
Oh man, this is a hard question! I will try with some of the Uruk/Olog boys i like the most, and hopefully my reasons make sense xD
1- Bruz the Chopper. Yes, I think -Bruz would be a good father. Despite what he did to Talion, he seems to be so genuinely nice for an orc. He is all smiles, very casual, treats you like a friend.... So idk, something tells me he would be good with children! He would know how to connect to his children and train them into nice warriors!
2- Azog the Defiler. OK SO HE ISNT IN THIS GAME BUT- Isnt Bolg his son?? this mean this orc DID breed, he IS a father. Now- I havent finished the hobbit triogy, but his son looked to be quite capable and respect him a lot. Also, he does lead other orcs, and i think orcs father are more like leaders for them, sooo yeah! Then again, I think he woud be a good father in ORc standards... in human though...
3- Ratbag. My poor boy Ratbag... Dont get me wrong, I think he would try. Very hard... But he simply isnt the brightes or most resposible in my eyes. Like... I can see him having to practically abandon his children in times of need- and he would say something like "They need to be independant!!!" Or something- he would feel AWFULL but like... they are orcs! Orcs need to face hardships on theri own to grow! Or something! BUT that said, he would def teach them all he knows. How to be sneaky, how to stay alive, how to befriend people stronger than them... And maybe, just maybe... He can get others to train his children so they become more than him- better, stronger, smarter! He would be one proud papa.
4- Bolg. Since i mentioned Azog i fee like i must mention his son too. Sadly I dont have much more to add to him. I think He coul be an ok father, if he follows his own fathers footsteps, but still, something tels me they both would be cold parents. They want their orc children/ tribe to be fierce, strong. No weakness would be allowed. So im sure they would be pretty toxic... I think he woukd get rid of any weak children he has...
5- Vog the Eternal. Im so sorry, but I cant think of Vog as a good father. He goes to the end of my lost simply because i just... I just cant! If anything since he is a necromancer, if any of his children dies he would be like "I can bring them back- STRONGER!" Wich isnt a good thing to say as a dad...

I did VOG for the first time in ages with 2 friends and 3 randos, they wouldn't let us go through the gorgon part because we apparently didn't know what we were doing, this why i don't call for help because veterans ruin it now, they were like destinys a job not a game, and I'm pretty sure they've never touched grass.

Een Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag, ook wel strafpas genoemd, is een officieel document waaruit blijkt of u veroordeeld bent of niet. Het is voor veel mensen een belangrijk hulpmiddel bij het vinden van een baan, vrijwilligerswerk of bij het aanvragen van immigratie. Hoewel het traditionele aanvraagproces misschien fysieke formulieren en bezoeken aan overheidskantoren omvat, is er een snellere en gemakkelijkere manier: aanvragers van de VOG zouden het proces online doen.
Voordelen van online solliciteren
● Gemak: op dezelfde manier kunnen mensen nu overal en op elk moment solliciteren. Er zijn geen fysieke bezoeken nodig aan overheidskantoren of kantoren die zijn aangewezen om dingen gedaan te krijgen.
● Efficiëntie: Digitale procedures zijn veelal sneller dan die van een analoog proces.
● Nauwkeurigheid: onlineformulieren kunnen helpen problemen met de gegevens van de aanvrager opzij te zetten.
● Bijhouden: Met de app kunt u mogelijk het percentage bijhouden dat is gedaan met uw VOG-vergunning, of een soortgelijke functie.
Voor wie is VOG-opname bedoeld?
Digitale VOG-aanvraag kunt u (als niet-burger) doen als u woonachtig bent in het verzorgingsgebied van een bepaalde dienstverlener. Het gaat vooral om het gemeenschappelijke eigendom van het land/de regio, namelijk burgers en legale inwoners.
Waarom documentatie belangrijk is:
Benodigde documenten voor een VOG-aanvraag kunnen variëren, maar omvatten doorgaans:
● Bewijs van identiteit (paspoort, rijbewijs/vergunning)
● Nutsrekeningen (de meest actuele) en huurcontract dienen ook als bewijs van woonplaats.
● Doorgaans worden de kosten niet contant betaald, maar worden ze via internetrekeningen overgemaakt.
Hoe vraagt u online een VOG aan?
De specifieke stappen voor online solliciteren kunnen variëren afhankelijk van uw locatie, maar het algemene proces omvat doorgaans:
● Mogelijk vindt u de uitgiftewebsite van de overheid de meest betrouwbare optie.
● Maak een account aan. Er is een grote kans dat u een online account krijgt om een link naar het formulier te identificeren.
● Vul het onlineformulier in. Vul de gegevens in, inclusief persoonlijke informatie, medisch marihuanagebruik en andere vereiste documenten zullen elektronisch beschikbaar zijn.
● Dien uw aanvraag in. De laatste stap van deze taak is het beoordelen van alle gegevens en het bevestigen van de juistheid ervan. Goedkeuren bij online solliciteren.
● Betaal de vergoeding. Deze dienst zou in sommige staten echter gratis kunnen zijn, maar in andere staten zou de verwerking en afgifte van VOG noodzakelijk zijn. De meest gebruikelijke betaalmethode is via uw bankpas of via internet.
Volgende stappen
Direct nadat uw aanvraag voor dekking of verwerking is beoordeeld, ontvangt u bericht dat uw dossier gereed is en informatie over de status van de verwerking. Het online inschrijfsysteem van VOG houdt in dat u het formulier eenvoudig invult en ter controle opstuurt, wat het voltooiingspercentage van uw inschrijving verhoogt en het de handigste manier van aanmelden maakt. Door dat te doen, kunt u uw aanvraag zelfs snel verzenden en kunt u uw strafblad bijna meteen certificeren.

After watching episode 4 of the Quiet on Set documentary, I was wondering. Because I'm from the Netherlands, and I do volunteering work involving children, but everyone who does has to get a "statement of conduct" from the ministry of justice basically, that states if you have any criminal record or anything on different topics, and you have to pass certain ones for certain kinds of jobs. (Verklaring omtrent gedrag is what it's called you can look it up.) So I started to wonder, do they not have something similar in the US, in Hollywood? Because it seems pretty essential in the work with vulnerable groups, especially children.
