Toga felt like she might die of BOREDOM... it was raining outside and they had nowhere to go.  She slumped over Twice’s shoulders from behind, her legs turning to jelly as she let her whole weight rest on his back.

             WHO WOULD have thought a quirk like his could mix with someone who’s flames burned hotter and shined brighter than the man who left the permanent mark on his face. A long standing reminder of where he possibly could be right now or worse become a quirkless, useless, washed up thief. A reality he would rather let lay, buried and forgotten. Now he can look onto the future and with this kid coming up and showing promise it started making things feel a lot more feasible than just the usual men he has at his disposal. One could dare say he feels proud of how far he’s seen Touya go in his pursuit down this path. 

He keeps a vigilant eye on him when he sends him out to do his next few jobs. Staying perched above the buildings and keeping a feather close by in case the child seems to miss a queue, step in the wrong place or make himself out to be too obvious. He’ll learn eventually and starting small is the best thing for him. He stares directly at Touya when he brushes against an individual, managing to snag their wallet in the process, but... the person is looking suspicious. He lets out a sigh and sends a feather out to disrupt the crowd Touya is in. Sending his feather out with enough force along with two others to knock against a fire hydrate, once, twice, three times to cause an explosion of water to geyser out and give the boy a chance to escape. Or... get ambitious.

“      ‘Scuse me ! Sorry, but you can’t LOITER around out here. Unless you’re gonna come in and buy a drink, you’re gonna have to leave.      ”

Viridescent eyes stare straight through the arsonist in front of him. Why did Dabi call on him in the first place? He was there when his arms were so rudely ripped off of him. Just even looking at Dabi caused the smallest of pangs to run through his heart. Fear one might call it. 

                                  Didn’t at one point he said he had no fear. A lie now.

He was terrified. He just wanted his quirk back. He wanted to go back. To a simpler time. One where pops was still around, and Hari and him were still just stupid kids. One before it all went wrong. But it wasn’t his fault. It was her fault. If she hadn’t run on that fateful day, he would have still been in control.

                                             His voice was soft, low, defeated.

   “What. You know I can’t do anything anymore. I can’t help you with whatever you want.” 

              Robotic fingers curl into metal palm. A painful reminder of what he had lost. 

“See, the difference is you were having a medical emergency. I was being a stupid bitch.”

“You’re right - I no longer feel sorry for you.”  The bloodied mark around her neck and throat slowly healed, but not before she whacked Dabi across the back of the head with the thick leather wire.

How long had he been following her...? How long had he been there and she not know? Was it just now? Or had he been watching her for days?

Paranoia rising to bubble beneath her skin, Kaya felt her branch of sin rushing in her veins as she forced herself into a semblance of calm. Breathing a brief sigh of relief as she rounded the corner just out of his sight, she stopped and turned, waiting for him to follow her only to be suddenly faced with his prey.

He was taller than she, but Kaya was undaunted; intimidation was in her blood by now--Senji had seen to that. So, flicking up the blades on the thumb rings the Crow had given her when he'd lost his arm, her tone was as cool and collected as her stare.

Unnerve them, that was the first step.

There had been a lot of stalls across the festival grounds - some with shopkeepers even making custom gifts.  Tomura and Dabi both receive a custom-made Kokeshi doll that looks like them. The shopkeeper was a little freaked out and cried the whole time she was making them out of fear of a curse.  But the finished product is cute.

             HE LOOKS the other man over with intrigue from the request. It was something very out of the blue for him since most people were cowards to try and approach him in this fashion. But he decides to indulge Dabi. He walks over to him and grabs him by the chin suddenly without warning and brings his lips close to his. Though he doesn’t kiss him there, he moves instead to kiss his forehead and then pats him on the head.
