It took me forever to decide which colors my Hound would wear to the wedding and I ultimately choose Camelot colors. Because my MC sees themself as a blade. They were forged by their parents, honed and refined in battle but ultimately, a sword is just a sword. Swap the sheath to make it look different, yet it still remains the same tool, always meant to be used by someone, even if that someone used to be your sworn enemy. A sword has no need for thoughts of their own, just a need for docile acceptance (numbness) (grief) (sorrow) (helplessness) of their role. Hence, their chosen colors.

Use me however you wish, they want to say with the colors.

Yeah, my MC is having A Time. They mostly wish to disappear into the void and are punishing themself for having an emotion or two. Weapons don't need emotions.

The fact that the motivation has so much sense in the context of MC's upbringing. They have been treated as a toll, a weapon, for so long that by now it is realistic for them to have that purpose ingrained in them.

I want to give your MC a hug🥺 but unfortunately they will get more angst in the story, and there will come a point where everything will come crashing down

I'm going absolutely feral over the premise, I'm such a sucker for the whole "Return to your hometown/save your family estate" tropes and then you also toss all these lovely ROs at us, to boot? I'm especially soft for one V. Ward because I am so weak for the "We used to love each other but then you left and there are all these complicated feelings now" aspect of the romance. Cannot wait to create an MC for them to have a messy courtship with (aka I am not gonna lie, I kinda wanna see MC put in so much earnest effort into wooing them and working things out while V tries extremely hard not to fall for them again but yet being unable to resist.)

kravitz brian and jenkins are twice as smart as all the THBput together, lbh, so they can get by pretty okay. jenkins is also a 2nd level cleric (he had a supportive role in the robot rematch, so i thought it’d be fitting) n can heal these New, Worse Boys up whenever!

they Were all wizards in the first fic, but      an all-magic party’s kinda boring, i thought, so kravitz got switched up to be a spellsword since they’re cool

maybe ? i’d really love to write smore roleswap but.....ideas. plus it took me four months to finish up date restate and i Can Not do that again

a lotta people, definitely, but the only ones i really have set in stone besides taako, the villain trio, and hurley + sloane/carey + killian, are magnus->maarvie, merle->jenkins, brad->julia, and juneangus. there’s a few others i’ve been talking about with pals but they’re mostly just strong maybes for rn!
