My daughter's order for next week - travelling to Alps. A hooded cowl Not very suitable for skiing (I guess) yet for walks in cold and freezing weather quite practical as it can be on/off the head and neck is still kept warm 😉
Seems to look good. Waiting for my daughter to come home from school and give a feedback..I hope she'll be satisfied 🤗

Yesterday (Sunday) I was too lazy to start a new "big" project - a knitted blanket so I decided to do some "order" in rests of yarns in my yarn boxes. Result is this loop in diagonally knitted garter stitch

My weekend "knitting errands".
Finally I completed the toe up sneaker socks - Pattern from @tanja_steinbach (Christmas/Weinachtsmuster 2020) yet these are not green but powder rose.
And a small #knitted #amigurumi #fish for my one year old nephew. I'm sure he'll enjoy that contrary to real 🐟 this one isn't "voiceless" 😅😅😅

Yarn is UNITED SOCKS from Katia Yarns. I love it. The skein weight is 75g and colours are great for fair Isle or colour stripes etc. I used it also for the socks depicted on the picture - I've been knitting them while sitting in the train

A circular needle on the blanket is the one with broken cable. Thanks God I managed to replace it without losing my work (30 rows with 15 squares x 11 stitches). I have 3 more full rows to knit.
#Entrelac #knitting can be a great #adventure and #challenge if having many squares and many rows to #knit. The weight of the #blanket and the fact that "broken" needle has been my favourite for years might have caused the cable broke. Luckily I succeeded and replaced it. YET, I'm grateful for many projects I've knitted with that needle I had to replace.
