This easy & quick recipe needs, π₯ 2 cups Raw Mango, diced π§ 2 tablespoons Sea Salt π¨ 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder πΈ1 teaspoon of Asafoetida πΉ1 tablespoon each of Mustard, Fenugreek, Fennel & Nigella Seeds πΈ1/2 teaspoon of Red Chilli Powder To make, π Add the diced raw Mango, Salt, Turmeric, Asafoetida & Red Chilli powder to a clean jar & toss well. π Dry roast the seeds on a low heat until aromatic. π Cool well & coarsely powder (I use my heavy granite mortar & pestle). π Mix the powdered spices into the mango pieces. Vegan Mini Frittata These tasty little morsels are 5 ingredients, gluten free, nut - free, oil - free, baked & of course vegan. β’ Other chopped veggies of choice (Peppers, Onion, Corn..) β’ Salt/Pepper to taste β’ Other spices if desired ββββββββ METHOD π ββββββββ β’ 1οΈβ£ Cook pasta as per instructions on the box & drain out excess waterπ§ . β’ β’ 2οΈβ£ In a separate pan, add the rest of the ingredients, slowly pouring in liquids (stop when reached desired consistency) π₯£. β’ β’ 3οΈβ£ Mix on low to Medium high heat π₯(just to heat the sauce up & blend all the flavors, cause it tastes so much better warm). β’ β’ 4οΈβ£ Adjust seasonings to taste π
