There is something just so funny about how drastically different WinTeams open house day ends compared to DeanPharms…

If we draw evidence from UWMA and BU we have open house day (Dean and Pharm kiss for the first time, so like it’s a big day for them) ending with Pharm meeting everyone at the dunk tanks, Win inviting everyone out for dinner, everyone going out for dinner, Dean and Pharm experiencing the biggest revelation/breakthrough in their relationship thus far due to a conversation about the red thread and, as expected, crying about it. Then to top off the evening we have the most chaste little kiss.

Then one assumes that at some point (either after dinner or previously during the day that we just didn’t see) Team and Win were invited out for drinks with the ABC’s, where there is more deep emotional conversation about proving to someone you love them… Then Win and Team end up banging in the bathroom��� just… the contrast… it couldn’t BE more different 😂

I'm sorry, did anyone else get distracted by Win's roots magically getting bleached and unbleached from one scene to the next?

Team and his Hia Win bullshit

So, we know how before Team calls Win P'Win yeah? @findthebluesky and I were talking and we realized something kind of funny.

Team might be a little stupid. Win, I think, wanted Team to only call him Hia Win in bed. Ya know, like a daddy kink sort of vibe? But uh, Team just went "Oh, you want me to call you Hia? Alright!" Not even remotely reading the room in the fact of what Win meant.

I just think that's hilarious.

This is also. a callout for me considering they literally refer to me as irlTeam...

I also thought, maybe he was doing it to be a little shit. But no. That's just me dreaming 🤣

So yeah. Team is a little dumb sometimes, but we love him anyway! <3

Wins concerns for Team etched on his face the entire 3rd episode. Man is down bad.

UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN | episode one

Dean and Wins friendship is so interesting to me, let me explain why:

As we all know, Win says that he’s never had anything that’s truly his, and I believe this sentiment can also be applied to his friendship with Dean.

Hypothetically, just for a moment, what if we imagine that Win and Dean became friends in part because Deans friendship felt comfortable, it felt safe, because he was never 100% there, never 100% in it… and to Win this is what he’s always known, being semi-detached is his comfort zone.

Win knows that Dean has always been searching for something, a small part of his mind has always been preoccupied with this notion that something is missing and he needs to find it.

On some level Win has always known that when Dean finds what he’s been looking for, it’s not exactly game over for their friendship but he understands that he will inevitably have to take a step back, as he will no longer be the primary go-to person in Deans life.

And this is pretty much exactly what happens. When Dean meets Pharm. Everything changes, he starts disappearing for short periods of time, starts passing off swim club duties onto Win and leaving early… after class and on the weekends he’s not hanging out with Win he’s checking in and making plans with Pharm first …

Pharm is, and has always been the most important thing in Deans life. Because of this, Dean was also never truly Wins to keep for himself.

Win is, quite literally, a secondary character in Deans life… and after seeing the absolute terror he grapples with when it comes to realizing he might just be the most important person in Teams life… maybe, just maybe, he’s more comfortable being secondary anyway.

Win definitely gives off “Mom Friend” energy. Especially in the way he nurtures Dean, mediates between his siblings, and is observant and aware of Team. We love a good “Mom Friend”! 🥰

He has seen Win in various states of undress, really, perks of sharing the swim team’s changing room, but somehow he looks different in the soft light of his own room. His skin has a golden shimmer to it, his tattoos a stark contrast, like the silhouette of a tree against a glowing sunset. He looks ethereal and beautiful and Team suddenly has trouble breathing.
