the vibes at my workplace are so horrible rn & everything is such a mess and i was so close to giving my two weeks, but the only person i could potentially train in my position is probably going to give their two weeks notice soon, and i don’t feel comfortable leaving until someone else has been actually genuinely trained in my position, because part of the problem is that no one really trained me or the person before me lmao. so ig my new plan is to approach my managers like “hey everyone in my department hates being here including me and you literally cannot afford to lose me rn but i can afford to leave, so. maybe listen to what i’m telling you we need”
