oh man !! the first video game i ever played was banjo-kazooie on the n64 !! and it means so much to me 🥺 my favorite childhood memories are of my brother, mom, and i sitting in front of the television in the dark, eating pizza and passing the controller around, taking turns 🥺 and i still love it so much !! i love the different worlds and their environments and the music 🥺 so fun !

The Green Clawed Beast of Indiana.

It was August 21, 1955. The Ohio can look intimidating and sometimes a bit frightening. However, the big river is only about 15 feet deep at Evansville, and after it turns north and makes the big loop downtown and heads south, it's moving at only about a mile an hour. That made the Dogtown area of the river very smooth and welcoming on that hot summer day.

Naomi Johnson paddled in the calm water about 15 feet from the shore while her children sat with her friend, who was catching a few rays on the shore. The scene couldn't have been any more peaceful. And then it happened.

Naomi suddenly arched her back and began splashing the water. Something had wrapped around her knee! It felt like a very large hand. She would later describe it as "hairy and claw-like." Whatever it was pulled her under the surface, where she kicked it away and bobbed back to the top of the water. She took a huge breath and screamed just before the creature again latched onto her leg from behind. Naomi was able to grab an innertube that the ladies were using as a float. As she tried to climb on board, Naomi pulled away from the creature's grasp and made it the few feet to the shore.

Naomi Johnson was safe, and when medical help arrived, she was treated for cuts and scratches on her lower leg, but authorities could not remove a strange blue-green stain. The impression was approximately the size and shape of a large hand and remained on Mrs. Johnson's leg for several days.

A short time later, a man claiming to be an air force colonel came to the Johnson's house and instructed Naomi to never speak of the incident. There have been no reported sightings since.

Proving a weird point today but it seems among twitter/tumblr and in the Urband Legends and other stuff written, there is this idea Bernard was some super close friend of Tim during his appearances akin to Ives. However.......I’ll let these panels speak for themselves. This isn’t to say he hated him but it’s pretty clear he REALLY didn’t like Bernard that much and he was the kind of friend people wonder why they are friends with in the first place.

A local urband legend:

The devil's casino

A long time ago, in the capital city, there was this huge casino in the upper class side of the city. It was reserved only for the most elegant and important events. And on one of these events there was Linda.

Linda spent days looking for the best clothes, shoes and accesories to look her best for the next big event. Tho her mother asked to not go because she was really sick and bedridden, Linda sneaked out through her window with her friends who were waiting for her.

It was beautifull starless night, but no matter, the lights of the casino illuminated the whole street. Linda was the prettiest woman in the event, a lot of men aproached her asking for a dance. But she didn't accept, saying she was "waiting for the best man around".

And alas, a handsome well dressed gentleman appeared, wearing the upmost fanciest suit, adorned with real gold pieces. The gentleman asked Linda for a dance and she accepted immediatly. They danced and danced for hours. But then... Linda felt something burning on her back, checking it out she noticed a stain on her dress so she excused herself and went to clean it up, but when she checked throughly...

The man's hand was plastered on a dark silouetted on her back. But she decuded to dissmiss it and go back to the party. She continued to dance with the man, until a foul smell started to plague the room. Screams rang out as the smoke filled the scene. Linda tried to run away but the man held her in place, dancing amongst the flames.

To this day, that casino's remains are still visible, just outside the city's limits. And if you get close enough, you can still smell the aroma of brimstone emanating from the air.

I'm backk with a little bit of content finally (and hopefully won't be too radio silent if my art block will leave me be now lmao)

I joined in on a massive group collab with the @everyonehundredproject !! And my two characters that I did were the lovely Tsubomi and the urband legend client (which is an iconic episode that I rewatched to draw her)

I added bgs to them and added more fun effects since I didn't want them to look weird with everyone else's, but I hope you guys like them! I'll be posting then to my Instagram and Twitter too since I use those platforms more!
