कोरोना के बीच कॉलेज की फाइनल ईयर की परीक्षाएं करवाने के खिलाफ दायर अर्जी पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने शुक्रवार को फैसला सुना दिया। कोर्ट ने यूजीसी की 6 जुलाई की गाइडलाइंस को सही ठहराते हुए कोर्ट ने कहा कि, स्टूडेंट्स बिना परीक्षा दिए प्रमोट नहीं होंगे। हालांकि, मौजूदा हालात में डेडलाइन को आगे बढ़ाने और नई तारीखों के लिए राज्य यूजीसी से सलाह करके फैसला ले सकते हैं।'

यूजीसी अंतिम वर्ष के छात्रों की परीक्षा आयोजित करने की योजना बना रहा है

यूनिवर्सिटी ग्रांट्स कमीशन (UGC) ने एक प्रेस रिलीज हाल ही में जारी कर घोषणा की है कि, भारत में 560 विश्वविद्यालयों ने यूजीसी के दिशानिर्देशों का पालन किया है और इस साल अंतिम सेमेस्टर के छात्रों के लिए परीक्षा आयोजित करने की योजना बनाई है।

UGC ने कहा, “560 विश्वविद्यालयों में से परीक्षा के संबंध में जिन्होंने अपने निर्णय की घोषणा की है उनमें से 366 विश्वविद्यालय अगस्त या सितंबर में परीक्षा आयोजित करेंगे, और बाकी विश्वविद्यालयों ने पहले ही परीक्षा आयोजित कर दी है। 945 विश्वविद्यालयों में से 755 विश्वविद्यालयों से प्रतिक्रियाएं प्राप्त हुई थीं। 755 विश्वविद्यालयों में से 560 विश्वविद्यालयों ने या तो परीक्षा आयोजित की है या परीक्षा आयोजित करने की योजना बना रहे हैं”
