Made de from that, did you play book 6? What did you think of it?

THE RIDE NEVER ENDS
book 6 was actually what made me go "hm this probably wouldve been cooler if i experienced it myself" & start avoiding spoilers. AND IIRC IT GETS LONGER TOO DOESNT IT TwT (even still im shocked by the amount of ch6 i apparently wasnt spoiled on lol)
im bellyaching about the sheer length but as someone with a degree in humanities its Weenie Hut Juniors by my standards lmao ive just got my feathers ruffled that reading it took all morning orz but yeah its not too much of a chore especially when the writings THIS good- ill try not to go into too much detail but theyve been juggling cool fast-paced story action with some BIG lore drops & its just *chefs kiss*
HUGE highlight for me has definitely been the character writing- theyve pulled out damn near everyone so far & its a TALL task writing-wise since having so many people running around means some are probably gonna fall to the wayside & just be there To Be There with nothing else to offer- but just about everybody's been at peak characterization & had a fun opportunity to shine, from the shroud brothers to even the professors
OK ONLY SPECIFIC EVENTS ILL DESCRIBE for example jesus christ when riddle was being captured & he got stunned but was so pissed about it he FOUGHT TO GET BACK UP & SET THE WHOLE PLACE UP IN FLAMES & HAD TO BE STUNNED A SECOND TIME (the only person who had to be stunned twice btw) i was like YES KILL KILL BITE MAIM KILL THERES MY BOY THE ABSOLUTE MADMAN LOCAL BOY LITERALLY TOO ANGRY TO DIE LETS FUCKING GOOOOO
and there were times like that for just about every character where i was like LETS GO THATS MY FUCKING BOY even for characters im usually not that crazy about like vil & leona!! i just need to stress the character writing has been SO GOOD & its been SUCH a treat that we get to have this!!! while also moving the plot along in cool & active ways!!!! AND learning crazy lore stuff!!!! all at the same time!!! so yes overall ive found book 6 to be not JUST good but SO good that it reminds me of what hooked me on this game in the first place Holds Up The Gay Little Culinary Crucible Sign That Says 10

Rip My Heart Out: Part Two
A/N: This was highly requested (tysm) so here she is. By the way, I really doubt Luke would ever do any of this; this was just for the sake of the story line. I also don’t know why I brought Calum into this lmao. And lastly, thank you all so much for your sweet comments/asks/messages. I appreciate you all and do know that I read everything, I just suck at replying. Enjoy!
Here’s Part 1
Paring: Y/N, Luke Hemmings, & Calum Hood
Word count: 1,704
Warning(s): swearing, violence?

Luke was right, your only job here was to find good angles of the band and press a button. You were a fool to think you ever meant anything to Luke Hemmings, lead singer of 5 Seconds of Summer. Luke Hemmings, the guy who had thousands of girls throwing themselves at him. Why would he ever care for you?
It was hard to understand why he had done this to you. You knew your suspicions had a good chance of being true, but you also had high hopes that they weren’t. Except they were.
Luke was so damn good at pretending that what you two had was real. All those times he acted like it bothered him when you talked to other guys were just a part of his game. He knew that if he acted like he cared, he would have you wrapped around his finger (holy shit I’m annoying). The funny part was, that's exactly what had happened. You fell for it.
Ever since that night Luke completely ripped your heart out, you dragged yourself everywhere. Luke’s words caused you a great amount of pain and he walked around untouched. To your dismay, he still spoke to you and you still responded. You didn’t want anyone to find out what happened between the both of you so you acted like it never occurred. Luke took that as a weakness, he knew you wouldn’t cut off all connections.
He used you and you were so unaware.
Michael nor Luke ever confronted you about that night, you were thankful for that. Michael might’ve not asked you why you were crying because he bought your lie, but Luke never checked to see if you were okay because he didn’t care.
...
You thought you were pulling of the image of being okay, but Calum could see right through it.
As you were about to take a picture of Michael, Calum called for you.
“Y/N, can I borrow you for a second?”
“Sure Cal, what can I do for you?” You cringed when you realized who exactly used those same words.
“Are you okay?”
Calum caught you off guard.
“Why wouldn’t I be?” Your heart started to beat fast.
“You already used that on Michael.”
“What are you talking about?”
“You know exactly what I am talking about Y/N. You’ve been acting weird lately, you know you can talk to me.”
“Look Calum, I appreciate you worrying about me, but I’m fi-“
“It was Luke wasn’t it?” He interrupted.
You froze in your spot as you hadn’t told anyone about that night.
“He told you? What did he tell you?”
“He didn’t tell me anything, but the way you isolate yourself from us tell me everything.”
“I am not isolating myself Calum.”
“Y/N. You wouldn’t be the first of the many girls Luke has done this to.”
Calum Instantly regretted his choice of words and you felt like throwing up.
“There was more girls before me or while he was leading me on?”
The thought of Luke being with other girls while he had you believing there was something between the two of you made you sick. You ran off into the nearest bathroom, not allowing Calum to answer your question.
“Calum please just leave me alone.” You looked at him gasping for air.
“Y/N, breathe.” Calum comforted you.
“Was he screwing other girls while he was with me?”
Calum sighed and looked down as he knew that what you had asked was correct.
“Oh my god!” You cried. “Two years, he led me on for two fucking years. Now I know why he never bothered making it official, I was just his fuck toy. How was I so stupid?”
Calum had seen Luke do the same exact thing to many other girls, but Luke had made the biggest mistake doing the same thing to you. You were someone special to all four of the boys and Calum couldn’t let Luke get away with it.
...
You had begged Calum for two days to let it go. You appreciated that Calum cared for you, but Luke didn’t deserve to know that you were still hurting.
Calum refused to let it go.
There was still an hour till the show and Calum used it to talk to Luke.
“Luke, I need to speak to you now.” He spat out rudely.
“Woah mate relax. What’s with the tone?”
“Why?” Calum questioned without context.
“Why what? You’re gonna have to be more specific Cal.”
“Why Y/N?”
As soon as Calum mentioned your name, Luke new exactly what he was talking about.
“Aw how cute, did she come crying to you? She’s not worth the effort mate,” Luke leaned into Calum’s ear. “She was easy, just pretend you care about her and she’ll be whipped. I’m done with her, you can have her if you want,” he whispered and smirked.
“Luke, one more thing.”
“Yeah?”
Just as Luke turned around, Calum punched him right in the jaw and busted his lip.
Luke sneered as he felt the blood.
“Wipe that fucking smirk off your face,” Calum ordered.
“All for a bitch who takes pictures.” Luke walked away, wincing at the pain in his lips.
...
Every moment you had to spend trying to avoid Luke and Calum made your days feel like weeks. You wanted to forget about Luke; however, it was a hard thing to accomplish considering you worked for him.
“Did you get my good side?”
“Ash, you have no bad side.” You weakly smiled.
You quickly handed Ashton your camera as you had seen Calum walk into the room, but he had spotted you before you could escape.
“Y/N.”
“Oh, yes?”
“How you hanging?”
Calum tried his best not to look down at his injured hand because it would give away what he had done. However, you noticed the pain in his face and scanned his body to see what was causing it. You saw his plump hand.
“Holy shit! What happened to you?”
“I - I couldn’t get the cords to a song right, lost my shit, and punched the wall,” he lied.
“Jesus Calum, here let me wrap it up before you go out like that.”
As soon as you started to lead Calum to a first aid kit, Luke walked into the dressing room and you noticed the blood on his t-shirt and his lips. You weren’t stupid, you put 1 and 1 together and looked straight at Calum.
“Please tell me you fucking didn’t.”
You quickly exited the room and looked anywhere you could find a place to breathe. You specifically asked Calum to let it go.
“Y/N please. I didn’t mean to,” he grabbed your wrist.
“You didn’t mean to what Calum? You didn’t mean to disrespect me? Why couldn’t you just honor my request? I was willing to move past this and you just made it a living hell for me. Luke is your best friend and I refuse to come in between that.”
“If you could just hear the way he was talking about you, you would understand Y/N.” He respond, desperate for you to forgive him.
“I appreciate you looking out for me, but please leave me the fuck alone.”
...
Despite what had just happened, the show had to go on. You could feel the tension between the three of you as you took pictures of the boys playing their set. Luke kept glaring at Calum, Calum kept looking at you, and you did everything in your power to avoid eye contact.
You had made sure to leave fifteen minutes before the show had ended so that you were sure to be the first one on the tour bus. You walked in, grabbed a water, and started straight to your bunk bed until you heard your name.
“Y/N.”
It was Luke.
“Yes,” you answered nicely just in case anyone was around.
“I’m sorry.”
You knew he didn’t mean that. He assumed you would do whatever he pleased so you decided to play along with his little game. After all, most games were meant to be played by two.
“Come here,” you motioned for him to come closer.
He walked towards you and you cupped his face and leaned into his busted lips so that the two of you were inches apart.
“I’m sorry too. I’m sorry that I’m just photographer and nothing more. Sorry that you used me for sex. Sorry that you wasted two years of my life”
You harshly pushed him away and smiled when you saw his reaction after he realized you didn’t fall for what always seemed to work for him.
“Y/N wait.”
“What now?”
“So who are you gonna fuck next, Michael?” He smirked.
“Maybe I’ll fuck all three of your mates and send you a picture. You know just for fun of course, no feelings involved or anything.” You winked.
You took one last glance at him and walked back to the stadium.
...
Your four years of being 5 Seconds of Summer’s photographer had come to an end.
You had decided it was time to move along.
Before you left for the earliest flight possible, you wrote individual notes for each of the boys except Luke and a separate one for the crew. They deserve an explanation. As soon as you finished the last note, you made sure no one was in the bus, packed your things and ordered a lyft.
You tried so hard not to think about it on the way to the airport, but as soon as you were about to board the plane back home, you felt like you were doing the wrong thing. But, when you thought back to what Luke had said to you that night, you boarded the plane without hesitation.
While looking for your seat, you felt your phone buzz multiple times.
Text from Calum
Y/N? Where are you? Can we talk?
Text from Ashton
Mate.. You can’t do this to us.
Text from Michael
Y/N please think about what you’re doing. We love you.
And no text from Luke.
Tears pricked the inner corner of your eyes as you deleted the messages and continued to look for your seat.
A/N: Calum didn’t deserve that :/ Anyways, I hope you liked this piece of garbage.
Part 3!
