From what I've gleaned from fanon/fandom he seems like a decent guy who'd probably be interested in helping a member of the Batfam who was dealing with such crippling trauma. And doesn't he marry Babs in the Arkhamverse? Babs definitely cares about Jay so I think that Babs would encourage the pair to meet, and would want to help Jay as much as she could.

I think the real question would be if Jay would be willing to meet Tim. I really have a hard time seeing AK!Jason reintegrating with the Batfam postgame. At least in the near future, that is.
