This is not an ask, but in transformers prime Optimus is usually portrait as strong but gentle at the same time. But he usually doesn't act as brutal and violent as his bayverse counterpart. Even ratchet from tfp got pretty mad and told him off in that one episode, that Optimus is too soft and doesn't strike when he needs to. That so many lives on cybertron during the war could have been saved if he was more aggressive twords the Decepticons. Do you think the war would have gone differently in the prime show if he was more hostile twords the cons?

I love the differences between each version of Optimus Prime or maybe I have unhealthy obsession with regardless.. but not going into that conversation.. Transformers Prime Optimus is definitely softer but I mostly think that comes from a place of not wanting to be like Megatron or the Decepticons, he has mentioned it before. I don’t remember exactly what was said but it was when Ratchet interrogated a lower class Decepticon. Optimus Prime strives to be a better person and that isn’t done through needless cruelty, he is a leader, not a boss or warlord. Decepticons are known for their aggression and brutality, it would be rather ironic if you fought against that by using the same means.

Optimus has morality and integrity, he is doing his job but not over doing it. Looking at the autobots, nobody fears him but they respect him. Looking at the decepticons many of them fear Megatron, while also respecting him. Optimus Prime is a noble man and simply wants to be better.

Personally I think the war would either gotten worse, as fighting fire with fire does, or wouldn’t change but that’s just me!

Hello! So um, I did purpose to draw a scene from your book ( to the stars || OP x reader ) and here you go! I did two version; one with where I put my OC there cause it's easier for me to imagine the scene, and the second one with the bald Y/N people usually drawn. To be honest, I am not good with drawing bald Y/N cause I feel the urge to make it looks cute and comedy thing like.

We Need To Talk :: Optimus Prime x Human! Reader Rating: G Summary: You a petty human confess your feelings to Optimus Prime. And you wanted to talk to him. Until he opens up. Words: 584

You were sad that you can't even fuse with Optimus, considering you weren't a prime or a bot like him. He begins to laugh after you found out you were unable to fuse.

"I know! That's the problem! I'm just a human." You said looking down. The godforsaken Prime continued to laugh.

"That's not a problem! I love humans! You're all so funny!" Optimus said. You grimaced at the Primes words.

"Look... these last few months have been great-" You started.

"Oh, yes." The prime said seductively.

"...but I'm getting a little worried about the future." You started.

"Oh! Just ask Primus." Optimus said.

"I'm starting to wonder if you... respect me?" You asked the prime.

"Oh, you're hilarious, Mrs. (L/N)." Optimus laughs.

"Oppy, please!" You begged the Prime continued laughing.

"Can you just-" You started. Optimus kept laughing more.

"-TALK TO ME FOR ONE SECOND!? LIKE A REAL PERSON!?" You shouted. The Prime abruptly stopped laughing, startled and shocked. The track on the record then changed into a more somber tune.

"... I'm... not... a real person... I thought... Haven't we... Is this not how it works?" He asked you.

"Oh... oh boy... this is so weird, you really are an alien..." You started laughing hysterically, tears in your eyes.

"Why are you laughing?" Optimus asked you, You then broke down into tears, still laughing

"Why are you crying?" He asked you.

"How are we gonna make this work?" You asked.

"Fusion?" The Prime asked.

"No, us. We're really, really different."

"What do we do now?" He asked.

"... Let's just... talk." Prime then placed you on his hand.

"I barely know you." You said.

"That's a good thing." He said.

"We really rushed into this." You said.

"Everything on Earth seems fast to me." He states.

"Do you... miss your home planet?" You asked.

"No, never." Optimus responded. "How'd you end up with, uh, Harpo, Groucho, and Babyo?" The Prime quickly realized you are referring to the autobots. Who had been watching the two this whole time.

"Huh? Oh, them? Those are long stories." Bumblebee, in plain sight, waved at You and Prime. Ratchet peeked out from behind a hand rock, behind ducking back in hiding with Arcee.

"What are they doing?" Ratchet asked.

"Shh." Arcee states.

"Have you... loved... other humans?" You asked.

"Have you?" Optimus asked.

"Yes." You said.

"Yes." Optimus confirmed.

"Have you ever been... in love... with a human?" You ask

"How would I know?" Optimus asked.

"It's torture." You said. Prime placed you down away from you, his faceplates sweaty from nervousness.

"Oppy..." you said.

"(Y/N)?" Optimus questions

"Is this torture?" Optimus asked.

"The worst." You said.

"I'm so sorry..." Optimus said.

"Huh? No, don't be!" You said.

"What!? Why not!? Oooh, I'm so confused..." Optimus said. You chuckled.

"Me too!" You said.

"Well! U-uh, this is good! We've got one thing in common!" Optimus said.

"Ha!" You laughed.

Prime lifted You off the stereo, and both of you began dancing and laughing again.

"Why are they still dancing!? I-it didn't work!" Ratchet said.

"Yes it did." Arcee said. She noticed something about you.

"What!?" Ratchet noticed too.

"It worked." Arcee said.

The record tune changed to a jazzy one.

"[I think this one's my favorite.]" Bumblebee states.

Ratchet is saddened "... I think Optimus is (Y/n)'s favorite too.

You and Optimus continued dancing and twirling.
