Meet PawPurby, the possum Furby! He’s based off of the iconic plot-armored possum pet/attorney at law, PawPaw Gump, from Not Another DnD Podcast.
The pepto pink of his hands/tail/nose are intended to be a nod at his fantasy leanings. He features fully possible tail, 4 freaky little hands, and a sculpted “beak.”
My furby commissions are currently open for a limited time only! DM me for details ;)
Definitely channeled Moi Meme Moitie as well as my OC Margeaux for this one. As much as I love pastels and bright colors, I really enjoy this kind of palette just as well!
As for props, I'm glad I get to show off my cool teacup set I got from an antique store while back, as well as a perfectly sized frame I found while cleaning the other day.
I took way too many photos and it was really hard picking which ones to post without making this "do you love the color of the LPS" lol trust me this is only 10% of them.
hey doll people, do you guys have any tips on how I could possibly fix my Biff Dr. Girlfriend figure?
venture bros fans do not spend more than 40 dollars on these figures cause they are just going to fall apart I say this with love. My mutuals' figures are also falling apart... 💔😭
She is strung together with two rubber bands (left and right side through the torso) connecting her arm to her leg.
That little connecting hook broke, so I rigged her up with wire- except it snags on clothing :( so it isn't a great fix. I tried gluing the original plastic hook back together with e6000, but it immedately snapped again.
It also looks like her other hip joint might snap eventually so. maybe that will open up more options?
she broke because I 100% stressed the joint too much by dressing her in silly litte outfits im sorry ... every figure is a fashion doll to me... but i would like to fix her so the metal doesn't snag on clothing! It doesn't matter what the fix looks like cosmetically
And now my sweet Jojo is done!! I'm so so happy with how she turned out, and shes definitely my favorite clown so far :3 My mom suggested using magnets to attach the ball, and I'm very pleased with how it worked out!
Another customized Sylvanian Families house, this one for my washed up dark wizard bunny Hyden!
This one was a much bigger project than the rose-themed Rococo house I made for Ambroys. I’ve been chipping away at this thing for around two months. Phew!
If you’re curious as to what the building looked like prior to customization, as well as some notes about the project, see the pictures and extra info under the cut:
Most of the furniture was repainted or sourced from weird locations (check out the hand-painted books and tiny pile of skulls on the bookshelf), the thorny vines on the exterior had to be made by hand, and, as it turns out, the Creamy Gelato Shop I used as a base... had no door. I had to source another building’s door in a similar size from a spare parts seller and do some creative modifications on it to make it fit. Also, @kwillow had the great idea to turn the inside into a flat wall with a giant portrait of himself (from his younger, handsomer years) hanging on it. Had a lot of fun with that bit!
Here are some pictures of the Creamy Gelato shop before getting renovated into a dark wizard’s gloomy manor:
