I've made it my personal mission to learn to draw armour AND give each of the knight a unique looking outfit
So here are the results
Starting with my fave
Aarons armor is based on archers
His armor is more fabric than metal because he wouldn't need a lot of protection being a long ranged fighter and all plus metal is too heavy for flying
I considered basing his helmet on archer ones too but all of them look so ugly so i just turned his headphones thingy into a mask
Next is lance who's armor is based on well lancers
In all the pictures there was a ponytail thingy on the helmet but when i looked up the helmet by itself there was no ponytail
So i decided to add it anyways cause you know he's extra
Here is where it started getting tricky cause unlike the other 2 i can't exactly look up macer or axer
So i found other ways to make armor unique and since macy is a princess i gave her the fanciest armor
I was considering giving her golden armor but if anyone on the team is gonna have golden armor it's definitely lance
Next is clay
Clay is probably a traditionalist so i just gave him the default knight armor
He's probably the most covered in metal second to macy
Lastly is axl who tbh i just bullshited
I had no idea what to do i just went by the vibes
If anyone has better ideas for his armor pls tell me

So, at what point are we going to revisit the definition of subtext in relation to tv shows using romance tropes for same-sex "friendships"?
Because if the storytellers are going "put this nugget of queer culture in there but don't out rightly say it's gay," shouldn't that count for some level of text and not just subtext? because it's in the text. they know what the codes mean and they're using it to lure dissatisfied viewers into their stories only to choke later on and say "ooppsies, it was just subtext."

How many of your Sonic OCs have met the main cast or really any of the canon characters?
Cynthia and Sabrina are basically the only OCs that regularly interact with the main cast.
Talon, Hannah, Greg, Tyler, and Ava are friends with the main cast through Cynthia, but aren't as close to them.
Cynthia's and Talon's parents are acquainted with some of the main cast, but they don't know everyone involved. Aaron and Flare (Talon's parents) have also met Eggman in the past because their former jobs (military soldier and spy, respectively) involved them trying to take him down.
Downy and Cashmere became friends with Hannah and later became acquaintances with some of the main cast through her. Both of them also work under Honey the Cat as models. :)
Mecha Cynthia is a robotic clone of Cynthia built by Eggman, so she knows him and the other Eggman affiliates, in addition to having fought the main cast (though still mainly Cynthia) before.
Eva is Cynthia's counterpart from another dimension and has actually met some of the main cast while on a revenge-bent trip to Cynthia's dimension to kill her.
If you count the main casts' counterparts, then she knows roughly the same counterparts as Cynthia knows. Sable never left that dimension so never met anyone, but if this is counted, then she knows the main casts' counterparts, too.
Barry absolutely idolizes the main cast and has actually met a few of them in his quest to become a part of the team. (Though they won't take him in as a part of the team because of his extreme immaturity, but he still hasn't given up on trying. lol)
Scar, Archie, Tina, Peter, Rémy, Judy, and Shana have met the main cast, but only the first two are all that close to them. They've all also had run-ins with Eggman.
It's debatable if Sonic and Tails have actually met the other dinosaur folks, considering they met them through basically getting sucked into Scar's memories instead of time travel or physically meeting them in-person, but if it counts, then those two have met the other dino folks.
Bubbles has met the folks in Meropis, since that's where she's from. She was also friends with Undina.
Dr. Xenon has likely treated at least one of them at some point, but that's as much as he knows.
Everyone else, if anything, has heard of at least Sonic, but has never actually met the guy. They know of him in the same way that you know of famous people like, idk Kanye West or Arianna Grande. Never actually met them, but you know who they are because of their fame.
Much like that, if it counts, Sonic's heard of only Kelsi (reporter) and Violette (bounty hunter) due to their own fame while on his travels, but again, never actually met either of them.
I think that's it, though.
