我把心意都放在椪餅上了
在台南並不是所有食物都好吃，今天來戰椪餅。
克林台包做的椪餅已達到致災性的難吃。
吃萬川號的椪餅，會讓我很想坐時光機回到咬下去前的那一刻。
我也問為什麼？！有品牌的椪餅都不好吃？
我把知名店家的椪餅說成這樣，簡直是背骨的椪餅大反派！
但是襯職的反派人物都是因為執著另一面不為人知的苦衷，壞只是每個人都可能有的狀態，人不會固定在這樣惡毒的狀態（應該啦）。
我的執著是水仙宮市場裡一間看起來很平凡的點心舖：友福西點麵包。沒有行銷資源、沒有品牌知名度，賣著自己家裡做的可愛椪餅，我們家都是吃他們的椪餅。
友福的椪餅滿大的，放在手心上感覺得出來底部的重量感。餅皮的顏色是要出去玩太開心忘記防曬的後果，壓碎的時候有慢動作的效果，咬下去的每一口感受到椪餅底部恰好厚度的黑糖，不可思議的完美濕潤度。
這就是友福的椪餅！！

破掉的椪餅不會請朋友吃
椪餅薄薄的上半部很容易破掉，這也是為什麼我很執著讓他不破掉，想像從台南帶到台北，為了要讓椪餅不破掉，而調整行李打包方式的心意。
這都是為了在要吃的的時候才壓碎椪餅，我覺得這是品嚐椪餅的重要步驟，雙手輕捧感受整顆椪餅上薄下厚軟的手感。
雖然有一種壓扁版本的椪餅，但那就無法感受到自己壓碎的那一刻，我強烈譴責這種沒有膽量的椪餅 😤

友福西點麵包退休了
這次回台南依照慣例要吃椪餅，有想過這可能但沒想到是現在：老師傅退休不做了。在普濟街市場的攤位也整個收了，我的心也暗了。不只是椪餅，友福消失了。
未來還不知道要怎麼面對，我現在只能忍著血糖無法上升的痛苦寫到這裡。
