Ok I haven't seen anyone mention this but can we talk about the ending of episode 13 when Lena reveals that the OIAR is managing the Fears as opposed to serving one? In TMA, the Fears don'are mainly served by individual Avatars some of whom create or infiltrate groups like the Magnus Institute, the People's Church of the Divine Host, and the Church of the Lightless Flame; while others tend to do their own thing like Simon Fairchild. But in TMAGP, it seems the UK government seems to know of the Fears and is actively covering their existence up (in 004 Alice says 'this is not something you go poking around in... if you want to keep your job, or your neck.'). So while the Institute wanted to bring the Ceaseless Watcher into our world, the OIAR is not subservient to any fear (though seemingly eye and web aligned), but instead has its finger in every pie to keep that balance and prevent what happened in the original podcast.

Also, one of my favourite bits in TMAGP so far is the bit about the starkwall massacre - I love the use of retrospective delineation to make it clear that we don't know any more than what we're told about this world. It's the inconsistencies both present (tea/coffee etc) but also in the little snippets of the past that have been revealed to us like the San Pedro Square Massacre and the Institute being in Manchester rather than London that make this so enthralling for me.
