Thinking about how my middle school obsession with Sanders Sides was probably because each of the characters individually expressed different autistic traits that I could relate to at the time
Logan - Missing Social Cues
Roman - Hyperfixations
Patton - Overly Emotional / Sentimental
Virgil - Touch / Eye-Contact Aversion
This was before they introduced Remus and Janus, and I can’t really attribute traits to those two anyway, but the original four deffo provided some good representation that I needed at the time

Vampire Logan au where he owns a blood bank.
No one’s sure exactly how long he’s been around, if you ask anyone, they’ll simply say he’s always been there. Logan and his blood bank. It’s gained notoriety for paying better than anywhere else for donated blood and is far cheaper and faster than going to a proper lab for blood work. Whenever asked about his methods Logan would smile and say he’d perfected his craft years ago.
If asked how the blood bank was able to stay open while not seeming to be able to turn a profit Logan had an explanation for that as well: he has a vineyard up in California, his family has had for generations that makes more then enough to keep him comfortable and the blood bank open and cheap.
The secret to how well and accurate Logan’s tests are? He’s good at tasting what’s wrong with blood, he’ll drink it and slowly narrow down what’s wrong until he has the answer, waiting a few days to give the illusion of proper testing going on.
The vineyard does make wine and has for decades but if you know were to look you’ll find the secret selection of blood, packaged the exact same as the regular wine and delivered to even the most difficult of places all of Logan’s clients are more than happy to pay for his services especially as he was part of the Sanders coven.
When the industrial revolution began Logan quickly came to realize that times where changing. With humans creating new technology much faster and much more advanced than ever before hunting would need to adapt as well. Founding the vineyard first it’d take in victims like usual and take their blood before dumping them some miles away in a random town. As modern medicine advanced it became less and less necessary until finally blood transfusions were discovered and the blood bank opened under the guise of new medicine that’d save lives.
I did save lives, just not the ones people particularly wanted to be saved.

The Sides living together headcanons
Okay I’m kinda hopped up on pain pills because I just got my wisdom teeth out so if a lot of this doesn’t make any sense, I apologize
Okay so we’re gonna forget about canon for a sec because from my understanding, Thomas set it up so that they all have separate rooms (the living room? Or maybe they all have their own version of the house? idk) and I know a lot of people (including myself) enjoy the idea of the light sides living downstairs and the dark sides living upstairs, or they all have a hallway with their doors
But.. if they all shared the same house without any kind of barrier, then here's what I think that would look like
Since Patton is the father figure, lots of fans took on the idea of him being the best cook (and to some extent, I agree) BUT
I think Logan would also be a great cook since it’s science
So maybe he and Patton would switch off on cooking dinner for everyone
Janus helps sometimes
Remus and Roman are not allowed anywhere near the kitchen for obvious reasons
Virgil does a lot of the cleaning since it helps ease his anxiety
But everyone is careful to use products Remus won’t be allergic to
They have a movie night once a week
It takes forever to pick a movie, so they came up with a system to vote throughout the week
It works pretty well
But just because a lot of things tend to go smoothly, that doesn’t mean there isn’t senseless bickering all the time
No, seriously- ALL THE TIME
Logan is usually the one to calm everyone down, but he gets tired of that, so when fights break out, he simply leaves for his own sanity
The others pick up on that pretty quickly and try to keep the fighting to a minimum when he’s around
Since living with other people is so intimate, they learn a lot about each other early on
Like what ticks each of them off
And how far is too far
Most of the stuff they learn can be used against them, but Patton sets up rules to make sure no one calls someone out on something that’s too personal
However, since Janus embodies self preservation amongst other things, they all learn how to take better care of themselves
And how to set boundaries to keep themselves
Speaking of Janus, he makes everyone have a spa day with him at least once a month
They all paint each other’s nails, do their hair, face masks, etc.
One day Virgil decides he wants the purple hair back
And he asks Logan to do it for him
But Janus overhears and then they all end up with colored hair
So all of them under one roof is a bit chaotic
But they wouldn’t have it any other way
I know a lot of these were kinda vague, so I’ll probably do a pt.2 when my brain clears up

So this episode has given us wonderful information such as...
Virgil can be summoned by an adrenaline spike
Roman sleeps for over 11 hours in one sitting
Janus is canonically cold-blooded (and roman knows this)
Remus named his shower drain "Joanne's Fabrics"
Both of the other dark sides have already known this
Janus and remus had to "come all this way" for the video
Logan doesn't usually plan Secret Santa, someone else does
Logan voluntarily wore a Santa hat and invited the dark sides
Logan called roman a "master of (almost) all rhythms"
Patton knows very little to nothing about remus as a side
Virgil arguably knows logan the most of all the sides
And I think that's beautiful
