Is this gonna be my first million dollar build?

#im going back and forth between working on the more personalized apartments and working on landscaping the lot #cuz if i work on one thing for too long my brain gets filled with bees #that doesnt happen with smaller builds but this is one of the more ambitious ones #i couldve just done the 4 personalized apartments and not done the filler ones #but the building looked better with 8 #each one has 5 bedrooms btw #with enough space for there to be another one (or 3 if you dont want storage or a laundry room) in the basement #i was watching lilsimsie earlier and she built an apartment complex with 12 one bedroom apartments #and at the end when she was pulling up the gallery page for it she was like ''the whole build is 400000 simoleons''#and at that point i was at about 550k #and was like #hahahahaha haha ha hahaha #im not even close to done yet 😭#why do i do this to myself

Your save file looks so good! Did you use another save file as your base or did you place all of the lots completely from scratch? Would love if you could share some of the creators you got the builds from! Thanks :)

Hello, thank you! I used to use lilsimsie's save file, but when I started to make my own, I saved some of her townies and lots to place in some of the worlds. Most of the lots and sims are by different creators from the gallery!

I also have my own lots placed down, there are 3 cc-free community lots I've built! (ID missamelies)

Young Mom's Tiny House

A cute, tiny suburban home for a young mom and an infant (yes, I know, the Single Mom Tiny House™...it had to happen at some point...). Built with only basegame and MyFirstPetStuff.

Also a very belated entry to lilsimsie's "SimsieLilShell" challenge...

The backyard comes with a grill and outdoor dining area, planters, a lounger and a little sandpit for the child :)

I do a bit of both. Most of my posts are in builds I’ve either made myself or downloaded from the gallery and then edited to my needs/taste. I like building but it takes me a long time so if I can find a shell or something close to what I’m envisioning I’ll definitely do that over starting from scratch. My legacy save was originally the @simsiesave so a lot of the builds are lilsimsies.

The current Borden house was built by M3CURIAS on the gallery and I spent a month on and off playing with the layout and colors.

The Carson farm was built by QU33NBR11 on the gallery and adjusted to include the new cottage living pack at the time.

This is a series where I build a home for each generation of the Not So Berry Challenge by lilsimsie. Next up is Generation Plum!

You’ve always been good at anything you tried. It’s hard to choose a career, so why not try a few? You work as a doctor for much of your life, but as an adult realize that your true dream is to become a professional dancer. You quit your job and join the entertainer career. Basically: you’re an indecisive oddball.

This mobile tiny home is for a sim ready to make a new start. The tier2 tiny home has a murphy bed for the parent and small bedroom for their kid. Lots of skill building materials are inside and outside. Built in Del Sol Valley with debug shells to make the lot smaller.

The Human Enough Challenge - 2

It’s been some busy days for Chloe Colgate.

Finishing high school early, aced it. Saying goodbye to high school playing some football and pranking a whiteboard, makes her feel so human.

Spend her last night under the stars, her house is finally built. Still needs a lot of furniture and appliances, she must sell a lot more art to make it the home she dreams of.

Johnny came over to see the house. Chloe was so happy to show him around that she forgot to change into her human disguise. So unfortunately, since they are not yet best friends, she had to erase Johnny's memory. He seems to like the new house tough.

Now high school is finished and the house is built, it's time for a part time job and working on that charisma so she can finally start flirting.

Millionaire Mogul of Magnolia Promenade Scenario Challenge

I hear so many Simmers say they never use Magnolia Promenade, and I think it's just a lovely neighborhood. This challenge will see your Sim household fully develop every lot in the New Orleans inspired district, while playing the Million Simoelon Scenario. From your mansion on the largest lot in MP your Sim will be able to look upon the empire they have built!

Additional Scenario Requirements:

Move your Sim to the 40x30 lot in Magnolia Promenade.

Build or buy your Sim’s dream house worth at least 250,000 Simoleons on the 40x30 lot.

Build or buy a restaurant on one of the lots, and get the rating to five stars.

Build or buy a retail store on another lot, and manage it until it is profitable without your Sim being there.

Build or buy a vet clinic and get the rating to five stars.

After meeting these requirements, reach 1 million Simoleons while owning and operating all four properties to become the Millionaire Mogul of Magnolia Promenade.

Notes:

Can be played with aging off or on for a legacy style challenge.

Create your own combination of Sim owned businesses, using your own completion requirements.

Mods that help your Sim run different kinds of businesses can enhance this Scenario Challenge.

The goal is to have a dream house and three flourishing businesses!
