Karaoke Bar&Cafe🐉

On this lot, I found a very cozy and atmospheric cafe, the interior of which I found on Instagram, as well as a karaoke bar with 3 floors. On the ground floor there is a bar, a TV area and a toilet, on the second floor there is a karaoke bar and on the third floor there is a small place where you can smoke hookah. I hope you and your families will enjoy your time here. I also wanted to say that, I`am using my own preset for the Gshade, as well as the lighting from @softerhaze, so I don't know what it will look like in your game.

Conservatories for Zebrasimmer

Here are my entries for the Zebrasimmer conservatory challenge by my lovely friend Zebrasimmer_ on Instagram. For this challenge we got to decorate a sims version of her real life conservatory. I had so much fun with this that I ended up making two builds! I hope you like them!

The warm, cozy boho inspired room, is the one I made first. It's divided into two sections, a cozy boho inspired lounge area and a gardening area with some nice raised grow boxes and everything you need for your garden.

The lush one was the second one that I made. This is my personal favorite. I feel like the light coming through the glass roof looks so good with the white and green! 😊

Sulani shops&yoga

On this lot, I have placed two shops and a yoga room, and you can also have coffee and bubble tea or something to eat here. In the first store I have placed clothes, or rather bathing suits for men and women, and in the second store you will find everything from flowers, bicycles, pillows, cups, sunscreen, inflatable mattresses for swimming, jewelry and cosmetics, and much more.
