It seemed like there were more people out and about than usual today, and from what Chenhua observed, many of them appeared to be purchasing gifts of flowers and various candies for friends and lovers alike. She knew why, of course; This particular outworlder holiday had been introduced to the Luofu many, many years ago, and it had since become a staple holiday among the Xianzhou peoples.

Chenhua watched excited groups of pedestrians pass her by, and she couldn't help but feel some of their happiness as well. Amongst the sea of chattering voices, there was one voice she recognized as it called her name. Her ears swiveled around as the sound reached them, and her head followed where the voice came from until she caught sight of the Astral Express crew member she had come to know.

"Dan Heng!" She greeted him warmly, tail swishing in response to her happiness. "I didn't know you would be visiting. It's nice to see you again!"

When he stopped beside her and held out the small red bag for her to take, she blinked. This was a gift... for her? Curiously, Chenhua opened up the little bag to see the array of assorted candies contained within. She noted with a grateful look in her eyes that none of them were chocolate-based.

"There are some Foxians who celebrate it, yes." She answered as took out one of the White Rabbit candies, looking up into the Express guard's light blue irises with a soft gaze. "This was very thoughtful of you, Dan Heng. Thank you so much. I'll be sure to make them last."

Hello there! I just wanted to quickly pop in to say that I really like your version of Fake Peppino, and I wanted to quickly share one of my little theories/headcanons for him! With that being said, here is said theory/headcanon of mine:

So, back when Pep was still Bruno, Bruno's wife, who we'll just call uhhh- "Mary" for now, was a big fan of the color of pink. Mary's reasoning for her love of pink was simple: "Pink is the color of joy!" As she would say, "It helps spread happiness and love among others!". Now, back in the present day, Pep obviously doesn't quite remember his past life as Bruno or his wife Mary anymore, however... Occasionally, when Pep see's the color pink, he will sometimes hear a women's voice in his head, however he can never quite tell what it is that she's saying, as her voice is always distance and muffled. It really confuses Pep when it happens, cause he doesn't recall ever hearing anyone that sounds like her, yet somehow, her... Her voice is so incredibly familiar to him, and he just can't figure out why.
