i do have to say that, if there's a theory that game changer's got an ARG based around sam looking at his hands when he says "i am your host, sam reich" he does do it earlier seasons, so either this has been going on for longer than we thought or he wasn't lying in the discord.

rewatching s4 right now and he does it in Don't Cry, Sam Says*, Noise Boys** and Survivor (Part 1). it doesn't happen in Race to the Bottom, Like My Coffee, Secret Samta 3, and The Official Cast Recording. Survivor (Part 2) does not have an intro so it does not count.

i don't know if this means anything. i was just binge-watching shit and remembered that this is something going around, so i thought i might bring it up if anyone wanted that information. i didn't notice any common threads (though katie does say "sam's a magician" in survivor part one) in tie color or something else, but. well. you never know. i'm just having a good time watching a game show.

Twenty-seven songs are yours Yet you still want for more?

I made some lyric posters for CCCC! (cause I was bored in class lol) They came out a lot like actual posters and Im honestly quite proud of them.

[I have not tested them as phone wallpapers yet BUT feel free to use these as phone wallpapers! Otherwise ask permission (shovel)]

Tiny things Im happy about (cause I wanna yell about stuff, itll go into the read more but theres Easter Eggs in there about stuff that literally writes itself but I couldnt fit in and hints to some of the deeper symbolism I used):

I started this because I wanted to make something really skeletal and visceral for Heart and Mind and it just went from there

Yes that is the Entire Reason why I used realistic body elements I had to separately import that heart in

Each of them has an element represents them - its the only element that is in front of the lyrics

Speaking of, Whole is special in their represented element (hint: Whole is only a medium for songs)

Having to make up something for Soul and Whole thats, yknow, a body part (or not in the end for Whole)

The lyrics in each poster is something that the character has said about themselves, said in reference to themselves in the songs or represents a view that they hold (mostly)

Speaking of I believe I represented almost every song/motif possible? I know I skipped Taken for a Ride - I think thats the only song not represented in at least one poster actually. huh. It is in the post though (I did that before I realised I didnt include Taken for a Ride)

Does this make the posters album posters instead lmao

The lyrics are also in order of song appearance!

The names of some of the fonts I went through are: Give you Glory for Soul, and Kollektiff for Whole. If the fonts weren't too small I wouldve kept them qwq the joke literally writes itself

Speaking of fonts, Souls final font is literally empty, zoom in and youll see that its made of only lines and no fill

The electric and acoustic guitar are flipped in the Whole poster. Thats cause uhhhh I planned it I dont have to make amends hahaha (I done fucked up thats why and Im lazy to fix it now)

Ironically, Heart and Mind were the easiest posters

Soul was meant to have a grey background but it was so fugly I just couldnt let it sit

Whole was a last minute addition, there were only supposed to be three in this series

I started Whole's poster expecting to lack lyrics. I have been proven VERY WRONG he has the smallest font size (and I thought Soul had a lot)

Whole is also the only one with coloured lyrics; HMS have their lyrics in black/white/grey

Mind has the least lyrics about himself (cause he spends so much of his songs dissing Heart lmao)

Canva doesnt have noose images :( /j/j/j

I absolutely forgot some of the tiny things but Im just happy about it and want to dump it out :) Maybe someone else would appreciate it too

i know that gale gets the Old Man treatment because he's a human with grays and creaky knees and pouts about his beauty sleep but astarion is 200 years his senior and already has white hair and wrinkles of his own too so like. he is Quite Literally Older. and that all could be used beautifully in the land of fanfic (or art!). :)

as such i would love to see the younger (but acts like they're older) bf x older (but acts like they're younger) bf dynamic with them more often. please give me astarion teasing gale for acting like a retired wealthy dowager already at his age and gale getting all >:o!!! and pointing out that astarion is quite literally older than him tyvm. by quite a bit btw. in case he forgot. and then he goes to tug one of his white curls but astarion bats his hand away before he can do it because How Fucking Dare You.

and you can add other angsty things, too. like maybe gale is younger but more accomplished vs astarion who's older but has nothing or not as much to show for it. gale loses his job (gale's folly) and thinks his life is over before it's already begun, or that he's wasted so much of his life and waaah who will ever want him now (insert more catastrophizing here), and astarion who is older, been there done that already and 10x worse, and is very much Not Dead and still living his life how he wants now no matter what anyone has to say about it, just blinks at him like Are You Fucking Stupid (affectionately).

or whatever else. my point is that astarion is two hundred something and gale is thirty to forty something and as such i would love to see gale not be the old geezer bc compared to astarion he's basically a spring chicken. i mean, astarion calls wyll a child or something of the sort in one of their banter lines, and the difference between 24 and 30-40 is much less than the difference between 30-40 and 200+. so, like. pls.. gimme, gimme... 🥺🤲

Yamtop gets wound up and like has to just bite chairs sometimes and it doesn't mean the chairs need to be bitten it usually means she hasn't dug enough holes and she needs some more offleash goblin time

So when you're like this relatively inoffensive thing on the internet has got me really angry and I wish to bite it. My advice is go do something enjoyable and enriching like dig a hole

Due to turning 32 and the world repeatedly nuking my ass with ailments so I don't become so powerful I overthrow god, I was recently diagnosed with PMDD. It explains the mood swings, the very bad thinky thoughts that last me 7 to 10 days, but the biggest thing that it explains is why it feels like something is consistently clawing its way out of me in ways I haven't experienced since my first couple periods in middle school. And it's every time I have my period.

Today it's particularly bad

My husband, the comedian, says it's because I got implanted by something after the Ospreay/Danielson match. We've decided it is Good Wrestling Spectation Disease.

So like. If any other wrestling fan gets bad cramps, no you don't. You have GWSD.

I need to learn to meditate

I have to stop being externally dependent on moods and events for peace. I need to learn to quiet my thoughts without external aids. I need to be able to calm myself. I want desperately to be able to just sit and do that. It would be good for me in so many ways

Everything is getting worse and traditional prayer is hard and mostly sends me spiralling into panic attacks or trauma induced nausea

Send me your fave books/lectures/resources/etc on meditation. Esp for big dumb idiots who don't know how to do anything.

clothes shopping as a fat person is such a hostile environ. i need to go in there with a machete

#don't mind me just had a lengthy experience trying to find good fitting board shorts for swimming. eugh #the lady working at the fitting rooms asked me very nicely what size i was looking for after the third time in there #and then was like. ah. we don't stock over a 16 #not in a mean way just yeowch #but then the men's sizes go up to like 48“ waist which is so funny ○_○#anyway i did find some cute ones but god it's legitimately a bad bad trigger to try and pull on something that doesn't fit #and that in itself feels bad lol. smile #weirdly since the ritty i have been having less trouble with the lingering ed/dysmorphia from literally a decade ago but this just really #eugh.#i've even been eating healthier lately and getting back into cycling since my brain will fucking let me now #idk man i think society has some problems around bodily variation
