hey its time for episode 2! lets hope tumblr doesnt decide to randomly flag my rewatch post like it did for episode 1 (which i sent for re-review and still no answer lol)

insane this seemingly throwaway line was probably about the calibarn and not the lfrith as you're led to assume in the beginning episodes. and then shaddiq just outright asking rouji if its an ochs earth suit. knowing now that he had been working for the SAL/ochs earth, i wonder if he and they both started looking into aerial and shin sei separately.

i always assumed feng and guston were ordered to look into shin sei because of delling style anti-gundam fuckery but seems pretty obvious it was just ochs earth people within the SAL being like where the fuck did this possible gundam we don't have under our watch come from

so technically suletta is a delinquent character, right? right? i mean she's been arrested.

again, i just gotta wonder the extent of how shitty all these people have treated miorine for years. like yea cool, shes witty and smart enough to lash back out verbally like she does initially here about guel but man, is like all her dirt out in the open? that's a low blow and felsi knows it

we never really did get an explicit answer for how elnora was able to turn the lfrith into aerial. before notrette ended up being a big bag of nothing, her involvement seemed to have been the fan favorite for secret backer. i read some theory like in the last week saying that maybe it was delling all along and then he was unhappy that she sent aerial to asticassia and suletta ended up engaged to miorine hence the entirety of episode 2 and him trying to get the gundam away from miorine. not really sure i buy it but you could argue that later on when she tells him to call her elnora samaya while theyre talking about quiet zero that it's possible she had been collaborating with him under the prospera mercury moniker

yeah so i guess delling sending a message to miorine that she's being pulled from school and he'd choose a suitor is all because he knows prospera used his plan against him and knows aerial is a gundam, at least that is according to that delling as long time prospera financial backer theory.

second theory time: even if he wasn't prospera's backer until well after the grassley duel when aerial is actually taken to plant quetta for repairs on delling's dime, IF there was any chance aerial could be a gundam, he'd know from experience that a gundam would blow through any and all duelists, so he's being pragmatic here just in case it is a gundam

mio just so happens to get the chance to get to earth again, but we are practically a day or two into suletta's time as asticassia and this girl is so down bad that she's throwing her who knows how long plan to escape down the drain already. her immediate hesitation is once again Very Good™

it's also incredible how in your face this show is with its imagery that it really shocks me how even then so many things fly over people's heads lol

so like she definitely had just off the bat asked them to take her to the benerit group instead of earth.

there really is like virtually no fan service in this show for which i'm very much grateful for but lmao the first few episodes they really just cannot hold back from the mio leg shots, huh?

i also hate how he's basically forced miorine into a position where her trying to fight for her own autonomy is seen as acting out or throwing a tantrum. just another notch in a series of things she's spent her life being made fun of for

i really am such a sucker for girl who upends her whole life for the first person to show her kindness thing. looking at you homura.

really though, miorine could have just said fuck it and left to earth, like she JUST met this girl, but at the end of the day miorine rembran is a good girl and there's no way she was going to extinguish the first sign of light shes had thrown her way probably since her mother died

i guess not really much to say about this episode lol and nothing really that made me go "oh wow they did allude this this back in x".

will probaby watch ep 3 later tonight, now lets hit post and hope tumblr doesnt hate me and tries to flag another of my rewatch posts

the walking dead - ................. like it has to be said. i'm so sorry. it didn't even really go 'bad' for me like it did lose me for a hot minute or two there originally but like. when i rewatched i was like no actually i love it here. i love this hot mess. and i tragically fucking do. could really do with bringing certain characters back etc or just dissappearing some storylines but like. i do fucking love it.

breaking bad - i didnt even KNOW what i was in for i was just like this'll be fine this'll be chill. and then my life changed forever y'know.

it's always sunny in philadelphia - my go-to show to have on in the background, to have on when im sick, to have on when i need a laugh, to have on when im feeling miserable, to have on when i just wanna feel like Myself. can probably quote like. every episode by this point.

black sails - literally don't even need to explain this one. bs is already tumblr critically acclaimed. if i could go back in time and watch the season two last two episodes for the first time all over again, i would in a heartbeat. the girl that existed in my bedroom when watching those eps? never seen her before and i'll never be her again.

911 - listen. it TRULY is tv show of all time. u KNOW this i know you know this. u can't put eddie diaz in a tv show and not have it change the lives of millions.

lets revisit black sails again and say season two finale as a whole? but also the 'in the light there is discovery' forest speech in the series finale............................i get chills like every time. INSANE acting also idk if this is really technically 'top five scenes' worthy but uknow that line where flints like 'where else would you wake up in the morning and matter?' @ silver??? yeah it ingrained itself into my brain and now whenever my brains having a bad day and being a bitch, it just repeats that line over and over to myself. again i dont know if that makes it a top five thing but boy oh bOY it sure made an impact !

my brain is one big jumble for the walking dead and i just can't pin down one scene? so i'm just gonna take a cop out and say that part where daryl and merle are in the woods huntin when they split off in s3 or whatever after they reunite and daryls got his crossbow simply becos i still remember watching it with my mum and her being like 'oh look at daryls Arms. he's really got Muscles.' and i was like. scandalised. in a Good way. and now everytime i see him in that scene i'm like justin beiber tweet i love Arm.

that scene in breaking bad where jesses in hospital after hank beats the shit outta him in the rv and walt visits him in hospital and jesse has that breakdown in 3.07? jesse pinkman crying in a hospital bed bruised and beaten saying 'i am not turning down the money, i am turning down you.' when he's yelling 'i have NOTHING. NO ONE.' ??????????????? scene of all scenes. wait also the peek-a-boo kid scene in s2

Hey naina, tried to rewatch the cherry magic movie tonight. Got up to the nagasaki scene. It’s currently paused,,, I have cried genuinely. non stop since I pressed play? My head hurts really badly I think. I’m gonna try again tomorrow I hope you’re having a lovely day

KUROSAWA SAYING WHEN YOU DIDN’T TURN TO ME I WAS SAD AND THAT ONE FUCKIN TEAR THAT FALLS FROM HIS EYES AND THE WAY HE LAUGHS AND APOLOGISES FOR BEING A MESS I NEED A NURSE like i’m gonna. Die i’m two seconds away from throwing up my heart why would he. Why did they film a movie with such intent to tear me to the ground the way he can barely speak and has to try and gather himself multiple times with deep breaths before speaking and ends up crying anyway the way adachi looks on helplessly wondering how to comfort him and let him know how much he loves him the way. The way he tries to bridge the gap between them with understanding through touch one of kurosawa’s main love languages the way kurosawa’s eyes are so glossy and doe like as he waits for adachi’s kiss the way he says his name so softly the way adachi rests his hand on kurosawa’s knee and their hands find each other so slowly…, so softly… so tenderly… the way they can literally speak 636373 words with just their hands alone and do way more for the sake of romance and true deep mutual love than anything the way none of these are in order of how they happen because my brain is seeping out of my ears naina what the actual fuck were they thinking..,, machida keita akaso eiji and kazam hiroki you will receive my medical bills shortly i’m. PLEASE IM CRYING KFJHSDKFHDSJF ALL OF THIS IS SO REAL??????? cm crew put Smth into the nagasaki scene idk what but its insane like i will never Not be feral when i think abt it ...... kurosawas breakdown is so painful to see hes been holding everything back for So Fucking Long and imagining all the events from his perspective is crazy like think abt it. he has no idea if adachis ok or not and none of his calls go through and theyre so far apart like Imagine . the fact he wasnt like full on bawling in that scene means hes still holding back so much probs for adachis sake its so aaarhrrhGHGFGHF!!!!!!! LET HIM CRY MORE PLEASE.......

adachis side was perfectly analyzed in that meta i rbed earlier so i have nothing substantial to add but god for the 58302th time his Growth ..... even in ep 12 he had to get that push from tsuge to go meet w kurosawa but in the movie he could already tell kurosawa was putting up a front (and literally predicted it would happen as soon as he got the transfer offer) and he probs planned on talking abt it when he flied back to tokyo before the incident which is. ... .. and the look of determination on his face the entire time kurosawa finally broke down w no panic no overthinking like "I Am Going To Love And Cherish This Man So Hard" and comforting kurosawa w touch and no longer caring abt the magic that hes become reliant on for kurosawas sake. . Yeah im going to be ill about these two for the rest of my life thank u cm crew god bles <3

I like how you draw Jounouchi- judging by your content I'd assume you ship KaiJou, but I'd love to hear your opinions on other Jou-centric ships (even if KaiJou is really the only "popular" one nowadays). im gonna be so real with u rn i will ship anything if its funny. obvi no huge age gaps or incest🖕🖕🖕🖕 but aside from that i am one funny scenario away from getting into almost anything lol. (ok not entirely true, i think ships are also an easy way to engage in character analysis via the unique sides a character shows depending on who theyre paired with so like. funny and interesting. i will ship anything if its funny and interesting enough)

soooo in the context of jounouchi, who is just a fun character all around, it’d be easier to list all the ships i DON’T like with him than the ones i do (😏 <- he is a multishipper)

i love wish/dragon/feathershipping. i think each of them r super cute and canon is incredibly good at supporting each of those ships if you wanna go that route. but i also believe irate and fadeshipping are funny as fuck. generally with ships on the more uncommon side like buddy/snare/puff/wrapshipping...i am either already sold on it or just waiting for the right scenario to get me lol. and ngl all pairing preferences leave my body when i rewatch eps 169-172 and its just jeershipping power hour. i think im more predisposed to ships on the messier side (i am not immune to the urge to put jou in a situation!!!!) but honestly i just think everyone should like jounouchi. its so easy

kaijou is just my place of residence because 1. it soooo easily lends itself to character exploration. when you find a really good puppyshipping fanwork by someone who genuinely knows what theyre doing its like watching someone do advanced mathematics with their characters its insane 2. in my heart. i believe. that there is one interpretation of puppyshipping that is the funniest shit in the entire world and i will not rest until i find it
