UNPOPULAR OPINIONS THAT HAVENT BEEN SAID
1) Your “Kpop idols should be able to date, have sex, smoke, drink, yada yada yada” is not a fucking unpopular opinion. It’s a fact. Now drag that shit outta here.
Tumblr media
2) Whitewashing an Idol’s picture isn’t bad unless the owner of the fan site can’t accept the fact that their faves are a little darker than their preferences.
3) I can’t stan NCT. Not because they have too much members but because some outshines others. Like even NCT fans complains about this as well. Not up for another heart break seeing one in someone’s shadow.
Tumblr media
4) I can’t stand TT.
5) Quit tryna introduce KPOP to America.
Tumblr media
6) Fans need to stop kissing asses just because someone praises their faves. Like boi, sorry to bust a cherry, but they just using your fave’s name for retweets and likes.
Tumblr media
7) Chanyeol can spit fire. Some of y’all just mad.
Tumblr media
8) The War is the Best Album of EXO yet.
9) Is it just me or The Olympics keeps bringing up the EXOOlympics? Like we get it. EXO bringing bops and all but are you just doing it for the retweets?
Tumblr media
9) Music award shows ain’t shit. I’m not discouraging anyone from voting but most likely, the award will be handed to another group. Oh, and another thing. They probably chose the winners before setting out the stupid polls and crap.
Tumblr media
10) Some Idols are ignorant but that doesn’t mean you go threatening them like bunch of monkeys with their panties in a twist. Educate them.
11) Mina and Sohye from IDOL Producer 101 shouldn’t have gotten in the group. I felt that there were some other girls who had more potential. Now, I’m not stepping on their talents. I’m sure they’ve improved and stuff but for Mina, I didn’t think she deserved an A along with her other two fellow members during the “audition” or whatever. She just didn’t stand out to me when it came to singing. And for Sohye, I felt that she needed more practice but I guess. The group was already established.
11) Not to mention, what pissed me off about one of the episodes of IP 101, was when the girls had messed up their performance compared to their rivals and still won because they shed some tears. That wasn’t fair.
Tumblr media
Some people seriously need to stop tagging 30+ Kpop groups that aren’t related to their post. And to those that are like, “there’s something called skip past it” boi, watch your fave’s tag be bombarded with other groups when you just wanna chill with your faves.
Tumblr media
12. Lately, reading some of the opinions are so boring. They’re literally about the same crap. I don’t wanna hear the stan loona, ___ overrated, cute concept should be more appreciated, ___ lightstick is bad/good. Like....some of you seriously share the same brain.
Tumblr media
13) just gonna share the same brain with some of y’all but Red Velvet has the best Fandom name and best light stick.
Those are some of my unpopular opinions. Don’t get triggered.

Third Reich artists: Leni Riefenstahl
The Third Reich artists, like Leni Riefenstahl, played an important role in spreading Nazi propaganda. All artistic branches were culturally valuable. Some of them flourished during Hitler's regime, and one of them was Leni Riefenstahl.
Who was Leni Riefenstahl?
Helene Bertha Amalie "Leni" Riefenstahl was a German dancer,  actress, film director, photographer, and writer. In the early days of her career, during the Weimar period (from 1919 till 1933), she was one of the few female film directors. She directed in 1932 her own film The Blue Light (Das Blaue Licht). In the 1930s, she directed her first propaganda films: Triumph of the Will (Triumph des Willens) and Olympia. These two films were technically innovative and some of the most effective propaganda films during the period. They brought her worldwide acclaim and attention. Even years later George Lucas used some of her monumental techniques. However, most of her works, especially the film Triumph of the Will, negatively affected her reputation after the war. Being involved with the Nazis greatly damaged her career; she was also a friend with Hitler as well. Hitler and Riefenstahl also collaborated on a few Nazi movies. Some people claimed that her visions played a key role in the Holocaust. The police arrested her after the war and released soon after because they classified her as a Nazi sympathizer. They hadn't had enough proof to accuse her of being associated with any war crimes. She strongly denied that she had known something about the Holocaust. Aside from directing, Riefenstahl also pursued a photography and writing career. Later in her life, she wrote a few books about the Nuba people, as well as her autobiography.
Childhood
Helene Bertha Amalie Riefenstahl was born in Berlin on August  22, 1902. Since her early childhood, she loved art and started to write poetry and paint. She was interested in swimming and gymnastics so she decided to join school clubs. Aside from her interests in arts and gymnastics, Riefenstahl's love for ballet and dancing seemed to be the greatest. It took her to the Grimm-Reiter Dance School in Berlin, the place where she achieved brilliant results.  Riefenstahl became one of the best students at the school.
Early years
After having attended some dancing academies, Riefenstahl became famous for her unique dancing skills. As a dancer, she got a chance to travel all around Europe. Her dancing career did not last long, unfortunately. After a few foot injuries, she had knee surgery which hugely affected her dancing career. In 1924, while on her way for a regular check-up, she saw a poster for a film. The film was The Mountain of Destiny (Der Berg des Schicksals), which inspired her to pursue a film-making career. She spent lots of time in cinemas, watching movies and attending film shows. After she met Arnold Fanck, the man who directed Der Berg des Schicksals, she started her acting career. He featured her in one of his films after witnessing her acting skills and learning that she admired his work.
Leni Riefenstahls acting career
Arnold Fanck gave her a role in his 1926 film, The Holy Mountain (Der Heilige Berg). Riefenstahl took roles in several other films and learned editing techniques and acting from Fanck. It was one of Fanck's films that brought her fame in many other countries.   The movie was The White Hell of Piz Palü (Die weiße Hölle vom Piz Palü) in 1929. A few years later, in 1932, Riefenstahl produced and directed her own film, The Blue Light (Das Blaue Licht). Béla Balázs and Carl Mayer were her co-writers. Even though not well-received, the film won the Silver Medal at the Venice Film Festival. Riefenstahl blamed critics, mostly Jewish ones, for their criticism. The film saw its second release in  1938 when Sokal and Balázs, both Jewish, didn't get their credits. Many believe that this happened at Riefenstahl's behest. In the Blue Light, Riefenstahl plays the role of an innocent peasant girl. The villagers hate the girl, believing she's diabolic and they cast her out. She gets protection from a glowing mountain grotto. Leni Riefenstahl once stated that she had received many invitations to move to Hollywood and make films there, which she refused.  In 1933 though, she appeared in other Arnold Fanck's films, which were German- USA co-productions. She filmed S.O.S Iceberg, the only English language role film she ever had. She wanted to live and work in Germany.  Upon seeing the movie the Blue Light, Hitler became interested in her. He was convinced she portrayed the perfect German woman and wanted to meet her instantly.
Directing propaganda movies
Before she got a chance to meet Hitler in person, she heard him speak at a rally in 1932. His talent for giving public speeches fascinated her. Riefenstahl captivated Hitler as well as she fitted his ideal od Aryan woman.  After they met, she got an offer to direct The Victory of Faith (Der Sieg des Glaubens). This was a propaganda film about the fifth Nuremberg Rally in 1933. Triumph of the Will The second propaganda film she got a chance to direct was Triumph of the Will (Triumph des Willens). This was another film about the party rally in Nuremberg in 1934. Many believe this is one of the greatest propaganda films in history. The motion picture of the film was an innovative and epic work of propaganda film-making. Riefenstahl became internationally popular and recognized. According to Riefenstahl, she agreed to film Triumph as the last one for the party. Lowlands Riefenstahl then continued to direct a film based on Eugen d'Albert's opera, Lowlands (Tiefland). She received the production funding and shot the film between 1940 and 1944. It was a black and white film, considered to be the third most expensive films of the Third Reich. For this film, Riefenstahl employed Romani from internment camps for extras. Unfortunately, the way people treated them on set was inhumane. After shooting the film, those Romani ended up in Auschwitz. In one of her interviews, she denied any attempt to create Nazi propaganda. She told to be appalled that Nazis used Triumph of the Will for such purposes. Olympia in 1935, Hitler invited her again to film the 1936 Summer Olympics in Berlin. She accepted, believing the International Olympic Committee commissioned the film funding.  The truth was that The Third Reich secretly funded the film. This film was Olympia, an immensely successful film for its aesthetic and technical achievements. Riefenstahl was one of the first filmmakers who used tracking shots while filming a documentary. To follow the movements of athletes, she placed a camera on rails. She also took slow-motion shots, panoramic aerial shots, underwater diving shots, high and low shooting angles. These shots were pretty unheard of at the time. Her work on this film influenced modern sports photography.
Leni Riefenstahl visiting  the USA
Riefenstahl visited the USA to secure the commercial release of the movie Olympia. At the time, Hitler was one of the greatest men and she defended him fiercely. Little did she know then about the brutality he had been preparing.  While she was in New York City, Kristallnacht took place in Germany. Again she defended Hitler and his actions. She carried out her mission in the USA. Olympia played at the Chicago Engineers Club and it received great appraisals.  She met with many great names in America: Walt Disney, Louis B. Mayer, Henry Ford, and others. She had a chance to live and work in Hollywood, but she preferred to stay in Germany.
World War II
The Nazi's violence during WWII shook her confidence in the party.  Following German troops for film-making, she saw the execution of Polish civilians. The very same day she witnessed such violence, she left the set to meet Hitler. She made an appeal against such actions. However, she did not object to filming the triumph parade in Warsaw a few weeks later.
After the war
After the war,  Riefenstahl tried to separate herself from the Third Reich regime. She stated how she only created work and it happened that the Nazis commissioned it. For her, it didn't mean she worked for them and their purposes. She was never a member of the party, but only their sympathizer during their early years. This association with the Nazis made it difficult for her to regain position in cinematic communities in Europe, especially Germany. Riefenstahl chose still photography. In the 1970s published an illustrated volume on the Nuba people, the primitive tribe of Sudan.  Later in her life, she became interested in underwater cinematography. Years that followed after the end of the war were isolation years. She lived in Munich, where she died of cancer on September 8th, 2003, at the age of 101. Her burial site is in Munich at Munich Waldfriedhof. People will probably remember her more as Hitler’s favorite film director, and not a great artist. And she was one indeed, the first female film director with international acclaim. Not well known for her work, she does deserve more attention.  Just like many other artists during the Third Reich, she was manipulated and used to advertise its propaganda. They weren’t all aware of how it would end. They did what they did best, create work that would live long after they’re all gone. The work that tells the story of their time.
More about Leni Riefenstahl?
If you are interested in booking my Third Reich tour, be sure you’ll get a chance to come near to the manipulation of folk and artists in those dark years. There are plenty of sites that exhibit the great works of art, the Third Reich art. There are places that witness the mistakes of our past.  Visiting concentration camps, in my opinion, honors the Nazis and their propaganda. What we can do is to see works of art as they tell more about the whole society. These works tell about mistakes, good deeds, and they can help us learn.  We don’t need more discrimination, more hatred. What we seek is love and peace for everyone, no matter their race, sexuality, or religion.

Kitesurfing 101
Author:  Kenji Murapa
What is Kitesurfing?
You’ve probably come across kite surfing at some point, even if only on the internet. Kite surfing is an action sport that relies on a wind powered sailing kite to propel a manned board or skis across water and sometimes hard terrain. It is both a recreational activity and a professional, competitive sport.
It’s what many would call an “extreme sport”. An inherently fringe and somewhat dangerous activity with a relatively high skill ceiling. Crazy, mop haired adrenaline junkies darting through eternities of salt sprayed air with no reservations and even less hesitation.
This is true in a sense, kite surfing can be edgy and dangerous, but if you take a deeper look, you’ll soon find that in essence, kitesurfing is a natural and rewarding relationship between man and the elements.
Another aspect of kitesurfing that makes it so intriguing is the fact that it’s actually a fusion of several other extreme sports. Take windsurfing, wakeboarding and paragliding, mash them together and you have a portal to a wind powered dimension.
Even more curious is the real history behind the sport.
The History of Kitesurfing
Kite surfing as a popular sport has only been around for just over two decades. Many consider 1996 the year of the kite. This is when kitesurfing became accessible to a mainstream public as a recreational activity.
Before this however, kitesurfing has its humble origins all the way back to the 19th century. As the world began to industrialize in the 1800s, a man named George Pocock had an idea.
Because manufacturing and production for a new modern world required larger and larger shipments of, well, everything, the issue of how to efficiently transport them soon emerged. On land, horse powered haulage was the only way to get by. And by sea, boats and ships.
When it came to the horses, they were generally effective, but being living animals, they required constant inputs and management of constant...outputs. This meant horses became a general burden and in order to compensate for this, a tax was imposed on owners of horses and carriage services.
Back to our buddy George Pocock, who after realizing he didn't want to pay tax (don’t we all) he decided to find a workaround. He took his inspiration from the sea.
Noticing the power and efficiency of wind, a free energy source, he decided to apply it on a smaller scale. Instead of massive sails and spinnakers, George went for the humble kite.
He used the kite to efficiently propel carts of goods and bails across land and water. He employed the same four line system used in modern kiting. So despite it not being a sport at the time, George Pocock basically invented kite surfing.
Kiting Today. What's The Vibe?
Today, kitesurfing is a major action sport. In 2000, Red Bull established the Red Bull King of the Air in Maui and since then, it happens every year in Cape Town. South Africa.
Other developments in the kitesurfing include it almost becoming an Olympic sport. After a 2012 vote which allowed kiting to replace windsurfing at Rio 2016, the decision was reversed.
We might still see kiting in a future Olympic games, but for now, that idea is dead in the water. As a consolation however, kitesurfing featured as an official event at the 2018 Summer Youth Olympics.
Because of the popularity of the sport and it’s rise as an illustrious career, many stars have emerged from the community.
Kitesurfing hotshots: Meet the Big Fish.
Because it’s an extreme sport, kiting tends to attract and produce some crazy characters. The funny thing is, the top athletes in the field tend to be more sane and composed than most. Allow an introduction.
Ruben Lenten.
Ruben is a Dutch mega-loop lover. He’s as brave and adventurous as you could imagine a top tier athlete in such an insane world would be. He won the 2005 Red Bull King of the Air and is considered one of the forerunners of modern kiting.
His greatest victory however, was winning a battle against cancer. His life stands as one of the most inspiring hero stories in modern action sports. Catch him on Instagram.
Paula Novotna
This Czech born water baby has been at it harder than most. Considered one of the kiting world’s most progressive riders.
Having been a junior European and European champion, as well as regularly placing on the podium in global comps, Paula is a gale-force to reckon with.
Bruna Kajiya
This Brazilian pro is a true force of nature. She is the 2015 and 2016 world champion and has a reputation worthy of worship.
Her position in the community has not only made her a role model and inspiration to her peers, but she’s also used the platform to inspire young girls in discovering the magic of kitesurfing. See more of her on Instagram here.
Keahi de Aboitiz
This Australian megastar has been kiting since he was 11. He soon began taking on the big leagues, appearing in freestyle comps around the world.
His appetite for adventure sees him chasing the stoke around the world. Riding big wave competitions and hunting for the biggest swells nature can produce.
Location, Location, Location: Where to Kite?
Two things you need to consider when deciding where to kite. These are community and conditions.
Firstly you will need the right conditions, namely the windy variety. You also need the right kind of terrain, which in most cases means no terrain at all, but instead, the deep blue sea. Secondly you’ll need a community that supports kite surfers and sustains an economy for kitesurfing to be viable in that place. So here are the best places to Kitesurf.
Cape Town, South Africa
Cape Town is the home of the Red Bull King of the Air. The famous Big Bay spot on Cape Town’s west coast receives a crazy amount of wind.
Cape Town also has a thriving kiting community, further backed up by one of the worlds most established water sports communities.
Maui, Hawaii
Probably the most popular kiting spot in the world, Maui has a time-honoured legacy of aquatic action sports in general.
The lush, tropical setting is constantly bathed in strong trade winds, making Maui ready when you are. Maui was also the location of the first ever Red Bull King of the Air.
La Ventana, Baja, California
Nothing quite as charming as a sleepy surf town with an element of insanity embedded in the fabric of the community. Welcome to La Ventana.
La Ventana is also a place of learning and has a robust community of surf and kitesurfing instructors. This makes it a great place to dip your toes in the water.
Gear Up!
With all that out of the way, the last, and certainly not the least thing you’ll need is the correct gear. First we look at the kitesurfing gear checklist. These are the essentials you can’t go without.
Kite
Bar
Board
Pump
Wetsuit
Life Jacket
Helmet
Safety System
Harness
Booties

MARATHON RUNNERS IN INDIA
Tumblr media
Marathon is a long-distance race, completed by running, walking , or a run/walk strategy. There are also wheelchair divisions. The marathon has an official distance of 42.195 kilometers (26.219 miles; 26 miles 385 yards 0 feet 0 inches), usually run as a road race.
As marathon running has become more popular, some athletes have undertaken challenges involving running a series of marathons. Also, we have all watched and marveled at “Bhaag Milkha Bhaag”, applauding the determination of the great athlete Milkha Singh. But our nation has produced several gems in the running discipline over the years. Let’s see some Marathon runners of India and their achievements
BUDHIA SINGH (PRODIGY)
Though he shares his last name with the flying Sikh, Budhia Singh is far from his contemporary. He was born in the year 2002 and is the world’s youngest marathon runner. Yes, you read that right; he is currently just 12 and has already participated in several marathons.  Budhia Singh, completed his first marathon at age three. He trained under the coach Biranchi Das, who saw potential in him. In May 2006, unfortunately, Budhia was temporarily banned from running by the ministers of child welfare, as his life could be at risk.
His coach Biranchi Das, discovered the boy’s peculiar talent when one day, he punished him for being mischievous by telling him to run. However, he forgot about Budhia running and later, upon remembering came back to find him still running after five and a half hours.
Budhia was interviewed by several national and International media organizations, with an Emmy nominated documentary funded by HBO and BBC on him, titled Marathon Boy being made on his life. He entered the Limca Book of World Records in 2006 for running 65 km from Puri to Bhubneshwar.
MAJOR D P SINGH (DISABLED)
Life seemed to have come to a standstill for Major D P Singh when a shell exploded near him during the Kargil conflict, resulting in him losing his right leg. He, however, refused to let life hand him a hard hand, rising from the ashes like a phoenix to become the blade marathon runner of India. Singh required 10 long and painful years to recover from his crippling injury. But he didn’t give up hope. After fitting a blade to his amputated leg, he began practicing and training for running marathons. Since then, there was no looking back for this fiery man, who has participated in every edition of the Delhi Half marathon, even clocking a commendable 2 hours 40 minutes at the event.
Singh continues to be an inspiration to athletes across the country and the world with his cheerful demeanour and steel-determination.
FAUJA SINGH (AGE OVER 100)
With this name, a hat-trick of Singh’s has officially been completed in this list so far. Fauja Singh is widely popular in the global running community as the centenarian marathon runner. He is a British-Indian and was born in the year 1911. At the age of 100, he managed to accomplish 8 records in day for his age group. They were in the 100, 200, 400, 800, 1500, the mile, 3000 and 5000 meter events. In 2011, he also became the world’s first 100 year old person to successfully finish a marathon, completing the Toronto Waterfront Marathon in a little over 8 hours. In 2013, he competed at the Hong Kong marathon at the age of 101.
He was one of the torch bearers for the 2012 London Olympics and he received an award of British Empire Medal (BEM) for service to sports and charity. Fauja SIngh is a living testimony to the fact that age is no bar for fitness and sports.
ASHIS ROY (AGE OVER 80)
Close on the heels of Fauja SIngh is another man whose age is no hurdle for him when it comes to running marathons. Ashis Roy recently completed the 13.1 mile run in the Navy Air Force Half Marathon in Washington, his 23rd half marathon and his 138th marathon so far. At the ripe age of 82, Roy was easily the oldest participant in the event, but that did not deter him from finishing the full length of the race successfully, clocking a time close to 3 hours, 28 minutes and 40 seconds.
Proving to the world that no age is too late to begin exploring ones passion for running, Roy started participating in marathons at the age of 52. By the time he attained 75 years of age, he had managed to compete in a staggering 82 races and completed his 100th marathon in January 2010. Roy is a retired Wing Commander of the Indian Air Force and by 2013, he had finished his 115th marathon in Mumbai. He has also authored a book titled The Joy of Running.
LALITA BABAR
Currently the national record holder in the 3000 m Steeplechase event, after clocking a time of 9.35.37 at the 2014 Asia Games in Inchon, South Korea and breaking Sudha Singh’s record, Lalita Babar is one of the top long distance female runners in the country today.
Babar, who earlier focused on marathons and managed to complete a hat-trick of winning the Mumbai Marathon in 2014, decided to switch to the 3000 m steeplechase event in order to boost her chances of winning a medal. Her decision turned out to be handsomely rewarding one as she clinched the bronze medal in Inchon, apart from setting a new national record. Babar, who hails from a humble family in Satara, Maharashtra is employed as a ticket checker in the Central Railways and is currently the next big thing in women’s long distance running in India.
MILIND SOMAN
Milind is an avid and a very strong sportsman. He has been an international level swimmer. He started representing Maharashtra from the age of 10 at various age groups before going on to represent his state at senior level where he went on to hold the national swimming championship (senior men’s) title for four consecutive years (1984-87) before giving up competitive swimming in 1988. Soman represented India in swimming in the inaugural South Asian Games (then known as South Asian Federation Games) in 1984 held at Kathmandu where he won a Silver medal.
In India, he has been a Limca record holder for running 1,500 km in 30 days time, for Greenathon and also the ambassador of Pinkathon, India’s biggest ‘women only’ marathon. In 2015, Milind completed the Ironman challenge in 15 hours and 19 minutes, in his first try. The triathlon includes a 3.8-km swim, a 180.2-km cycle ride and 42.2-km run raced in that order without a break which the participants are required to complete within 17 hours to win the title of ‘Ironman’. 2017 NBA Playoff Preview
There are more exciting teams to watch in this year’s playoffs than just the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors.
With the playoffs starting this Saturday, most of the sports world is predicting the two teams to meet once more, especially since this is the third straight year the Warriors have won 65 games or more, Kevin Durant, Steph Curry and Klay Thompson play in the bay, LeBron James is playing at a high level for the Cavaliers and the Northeast Ohio team is fully equipped with three of the top 25 players in the game—LeBron, Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love.
But the playoffs are loaded with 14 other teams that are must see TV.
Let’s keep in in the East. The Boston Celtics are a fun team to watch, especially with the grit, skill-level and tenacity Isaiah Thomas exhibits on a nightly basis. Standing at essentially 5’11, Thomas has produced one of the more prolific seasons in a decorated Boston Celtic history, averaging, 29.2 points, 5.9 assists and 2.7 rebounds. No, he is not the old Isiah Thomas from the Detroit Pistons that dominated 1980s, but he is an astonishing cross between former Philadelphia 76er Allen Iverson and Steph Curry of the Golden State Warriors.
Traveling down the Eastern seaboard to the nation’s capital, the Wizards are demonstrating they are a remarkable team to watch. Former Kentucky Wildcat and current point guard of the Wizards John Wall is an all-around point guard who fundamentally displays why he is one of the top point guards in the game. His frame of 6’4, which imposes superiority over smaller point guards around the league, ball handling ability, excellent feel for running an offense, athleticism and defensive prowess are among the tools he has in his arsenal.
Wall’s averages of 23.1 points, 10.7 assists and 2.1 steals are gaudy, but he is assisted by his sidekick in Bradley Beal, who is a poor man’s version of Ray Allen.
Taking a trip north of the border, the Toronto Raptors have remerged as one of the top teams in the East after a slow start earlier in the year. Led by Villanova-product Kyle Lowry, this team can make some noise in the Eastern Conference.
Lowry provides relentless drive to get to the hoop, excellent three-point shot making ability and a great feel for leading his offense into getting good shots. His 22.7 points, 6.9 assists and 4.8 assists a game will carry the team to at least to a second round appearance. And, with the skilled and athletic DeMar DeRozan, this team could make it back to the Eastern Conference Finals, especially since they proved last year they could take the Cavaliers to a game six of the conference finals.
The Atlanta Hawks are an intriguing team to watch for the simple fact they lost Jeff Teague to the Indiana Pacers and Kyle Korver to the Cavaliers, but they are still a scrappy team that can give teams fits.
Led by Dwight Howard and Pau Millsap, this team likes to bang inside. Their perimeter players of Dennis Schroder, Kent Bazemore and Tim Hardaway Jr., though, operate outside the paint.
One thing comes to mind when thinking about the Milwaukee Bucks: the Greek Freak. Giannis Antetokounmpo is truly a next generation superstar. Right now, he is a star still trying to find out how to use his athletic gifts; he can handle, pass to set up his teammates for good shots, rebound amongst the trees in the middle and can play outstanding defense because of his 6’11 frame.
Jimmy Butler is the engine that makes the Chicago Bulls nowadays. With a tough defensive mindset, Butler can also score in bunches with his 25 points a game. Butler will have to be the player to watch as Dwyane Wade has just returned from his elbow injury. It will take Wade—a three-time champion with the Miami Heat—a few games to get back on track.
It will be interesting to see how Rajon Rondo performs, however.  Once considered one of the best point guards in the NBA when playing for the Celtics just a few years ago, Rondo now tries to find himself alongside Butler, but he is still a very good passer, defender, rebounder and floor general.
Paul George is a superstar player in the NBA as he tries to lead his Indiana Pacers to a deep playoff run. George is a prolific all-around player with his ability to score at will, handling superiority, passing, lock-down defense and leading capabilities. Before his gruesome injury in 2014 at the summer Olympics in which he broke his leg, George was consistently challenging the Miami Heat—backwhen LeBron James was on the team—in the Eastern Conference Finals.
His team, though, is just not as talented as they lost key players David West and Roy Hibbert, who were two low-post anchors used to challenge virtually any team three to four years ago. Lance Stephenson just came back, so maybe this will help the Pacers win a few more games in the playoffs.
Heading out to the Western Conference, where many would presume the competition is a lot stiffer, there are many intriguing teams—much like the East—that have real shots at making a deep run in the playoffs.
The San Antonio Spurs are the second best team in the Western Conference, and it has a lot to do with their deep team, as well as Pop’s tactical coaching strategy, one that employs the offensive system to continually move the ball, make hard cuts and play great defense, which, of course, is basketball 101.
Spurs small forward Kawhi Leonard is an MVP candidate. His 25.7 points per game is the highest scoring average of his career, a feat that has many folks who follow the NBA in awe. Leonard—after his 2014 NBA Finals MVP year—has really developed himself into not only a great defensive player, but a great offensive player, one that can handle the ball with the best of them, can shoot well from mid-range and can pass the ball in precision.
Let’s not forget the Spurs acquired LaMarcus Aldridge last year. Aldridge is a sensational post-up player, and, of course, can score at will. With Tim Duncan retired, the Spurs will lean on Leonard and savvy veterans Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili, two players that helped Duncan win four titles in 11 years.
For years Mike D’Antoni was the laughing stock of the NBA because his philosophy is run-and-gun, shoot a lot threes, but play no defense. After being in the NBA’s basement as the coach with the Los Angeles Lakers and an assistant coach with the Philadelphia 76ers the past two years, D’Antoni has reemerged as a mastermind, a perception not bestowed upon him since his day with the Phoenix Suns when former Phoenix Sun’s point guard Steve Nash was winning MVPs.
D’Antoni switched this year’s MVP candidate James Harden from shooting guard to point guard, and it has worked as the Rockets currently are the third best team in the West. With his stubbly and thick beard, Harden combines his extraordinary dribbling ability with his innate gift to shoot threes and draw contact from defenders.
The Rockets will be a tough out for any team, and Harden’s 29.2 points, 11.2 assists and 8.1 rebounds averages are worth the price of admission.
For the first time since the 2011-2012 season, the Utah Jazz will be in the playoffs. But this time they will be led by former Butler prodigy and current Jazz star Gordon Hayward, a dynamic small forward who can handle the basketball, shoot the three and has a knack for finding the driving lanes.
One aspect that is worth watching about Hayward—besides his 22.5 points per contest—is his instinctive ability to probe the perimeter off of screens, and know when to make the right play for his team. He has underrated athleticism as well.
Chris Paul and Blake Griffin are always a doozy to watch, especially when Paul is able to hook up with Griffin off of pick and rolls. Last year, both Paul and Griffin were injured in the first round against the Portland Trail Blazers, as Paul suffered a broken hand and Griffin with a quad injury.
It’ll be interesting to see how these players respond after such unfortunate circumstances last year.
Ever since Kevin Durant left last summer to join the Warriors, Oklahoma City’s Russell Westbrook has taken the NBA by storm. Yes, he is averaging a triple double with his 31.7 points, 10.4 assists and 10.7 assists. Westbrook on Sunday just set the all-time triple doubles record with 42, passing Oscar Robertson.
Westbrook plays at a hundred miles an hour and he makes a lot of plays for himself and his teammates. With Westbrook going 100 percent of the time on offense, it will be a tragedy for anyone to miss Oklahoma City’s run.
In a stunning turn of events, the Memphis Grizzlies actually pulled off a win against the Warriors on Feb. 10, and that is in large part due to the play of Zach Randolph, Marc Gasol and Mike Conley. The trio has been together for half a decade, but they are still going strong.
Randolph’s low-post game is fantastic, while Gasol’s post-up and mid-range ability and Conley’s ability to handle the ball and switch gears to get to the rim are fun to watch. If this team gets past the first round, the Warriors should be perturbed.
Damian Lillard and C.J. McCollum of the Portland Trail Blazers are among the best guard combos in the NBA, which means they are must-see television despite them flirting with a losing winning percentage.
Lillard is this generation’s Isiah Thomas, but not the one who currently plays, rather the one who won two championships with the Detroit Pistons in 1989 and 1990. McCollum has off-the-ball skills like former Celtic and Heat great Ray Allen. He is also a very good shooter on and off the dribble.
These two players will give fits to any player in the playoffs.
As we count down to the NBA playoffs, remember, these 14 other teams are must-see television despite the likelihood the Cavs and the Warriors will meet again for the third straight season.

Bulgarian Tribulus Review: Don’t Buy Before You Read This!
What is it?
Bulgarian Tribulus is a male enhancement product that is designed to help improve users’ performance sexually and athletically. Their advertising claims that it has shown benefits for improving the size and strength of users’ erections, their desire levels, and the quality and quantity of semen that they produce during orgasm. In addition to other sexual benefits, such as preventing premature orgasm, Bulgarian Tribulus also is supposed to be helpful for improving athletic performance and recovery time.
Our panel of men’s health and sexuality experts rate Viritenz as the most effective male enhancement product available. Its complex and potent blend of herbs and chemicals has been shown to work for a wide range of users and needs. Click here to see if Viritenz will be effective for you.
Do You Know the Best Male Enhancement Supplements of 2017?
Bulgarian Tribulus Ingredients and Side Effects
Bulgarian Tribulus only lists one active ingredient in their product. Other than a handful of fillers that are used to help make the pill solid and cheap to produce, the singular ingredient in Bulgarian Tribulus is:
Tribulus Blend
Tribulus Blend: A combination of extracts taken from both the fruit and from the aerial parts of the tribulus terrestris plant. Tribulus is originally from North America but can be grown in any climate that is dry enough to fit its needs and it is used by cultures worldwide.
Tribulus is globally known by many names including caltrop, cat’s head, goathead, devil’s weed, and quitiba. It’s also often called tackweed or, most commonly, puncture vine, thanks to the long sharp spines that protrude from the exterior of the fruit. People have used its byproducts for centuries in medicine and therapeutic blends to help treat conditions such as:
Eczema
Anemia
Flatulence
Blood pressure
Diuresis
It is best known, however, as an aphrodisiac that can have a number of beneficial effects for men’s sexual health, which has earned it another nickname: “nature’s Viagra.” There are some products that advertise tribulus as a testosterone enhancement aid, however that has been shown to be inaccurate.
One of the reasons that so many people were ready to believe that tribulus increases testosterone is that it’s effects on the body are very similar. Like testosterone, tribulus has a profound effect on libido levels. The frequency of sexual thoughts and fantasies and the level of arousal all increase, as does the frequency, size, and strength of users’ erections.
Tribulus has also been linked to improving fertility levels in men. The quantity of semen that is produced with every orgasm is increased, as is the density of the sperm within the ejaculate. The sperm themselves also seem to be healthier and show increased movement and mobility.
Some people worry about the safety of taking puncture vine because of its intimidating appearance. While it’s true that ingesting the outer layer and spines of the fruit can have serious health effects on people, including the collapsing of lungs in some cases, these are not the parts of the plant that supplements are made from.
The aerils and the inner fruit of the plant are safe for the vast majority of people. Tribulus has been tested for safety in studies lasting as long as eight weeks of daily consumption, and users have yet to show and serious side effects or health consequences. It is one of the most highly recommended products according to our team of researchers.

EDITOR’S TIP:Combine this supplement with a proven male enhancement pill such as Viritenz for better results.
Bulgarian Tribulus Quality of Ingredients
Even though our research team recommends tribulus so highly, they are somewhat skeptical about the fact that it is the only ingredient in Bulgarian Tribulus’s proprietary blend. If you had to make a male enhancement product with only one ingredient tribulus would be one of the ones that would be considered, however there is no reason that a supplement only has to have one ingredient.
As effective as tribulus is, it only affects the body one way. Other additives can attach the problems of erectile dysfunction, lowered desire, and seminal quality as well, and when combined with tribulus the effects of both products can be magnified.
L-Arginine can be extremely helpful with improving circulation, which is also a major component in being able to achieve and maintain erections. Maca powder can also increase the frequency of sexual thoughts and the density of their receptors in the brain. Plenty of other herbs and chemicals can also be beneficial to the arousal process, however none of them are included in the Bulgarian Tribulus blend.
The issue with this is not that Bulgarian Tribulus won’t be effective, it’s that it won’t be as effective as other products, or as effective as it could be for some people. Everyone’s body works differently, has different needs, and processes chemicals in their own ways. More diverse ingredients increase the likelihood of a product working for any given consumer, and increase how effective that product may be. Deciding to use a tribulus-only blend seems to needlessly limit the effectiveness of a product and the size of the client base that it will work for.

The Price and Quality of Bulgarian Tribulus
Bulgarian Tribulus is sold through quite a few different outlets online, and it can also be purchased in some physical locations such as GNC stores. This is the price that is quoted through the homepage of their manufacturer, Ultimate Nutrition:
1, 90-capsule bottle (30-day supply) of Bulgarian Tribulus herbal supplement capsules: $17.49
This price is well below the average market price of most male enhancement supplements, which makes sense given their limited ingredients list. Users with more money to spend may choose to use Bulgarian Tribulus as a secondary supplement paired with a more diverse blend, however that approach is neither efficient nor cost effective.

Business of Bulgarian Tribulus
As mentioned above, Bulgarian Tribulus is one of the products offered by Ultimate Nutrition, a supplements and pharmaceuticals manufacturer specifically geared to athletic and work-out supplements. They list their contact information as:
Phone Number: (860) 409-7100
Address: PO Box 643
Farmington, CT 06034
Email: Ultimate Nutrition does not publish an email address publically, however they do have a customer comment form on their website that can be used for electronic communication purposes.
It should be noted that Ultimate Nutrition has been involved in a number of lawsuits in the last few years. They have been sued for improper labeling, misleading advertising, and for including unlisted ingredients in their products, and there are other cases that are currently still in progress.
They were also sued by a former Olympic swimmer who was banned from the sport when he tested positive for steroids after taking Ultimate Nutrition products. He won and they were forced to pay out a settlement of over $500,000.

Customer Opinions of Bulgarian Tribulus
The opinions of customers about their experience with Bulgarian Tribulus vary wildly.:
“I’ve used other tribulus products in the past and had positive results, so I was surprised when I got Bulgarian Tribulus and it did absolutely nothing.”
“Totally worthless. Save your money for something that actually has an effect.”
“Maybe this will work for old people or people with disorders or something, but for me it didn’t do anything. I’ve got way better stuff that I could’ve spent that twenty bucks on.”
The most common report from past users was that it was ineffective. There were few reports of side effects or negative experiences beyond general lack of effects.

Conclusion – Does Bulgarian Tribulus Work?
Our review team has studied the ingredients that go into male enhancement products, the clinical data about their effects, and the reports from the consumers of different brands. In their experience, some individuals will react better with certain ingredients than others and that a certain amount of trial and error may be necessary to find a product that is effective for their specific body chemistry and need areas.
Single-ingredient products like Bulgarian Tribulus make it much less likely that they will be effective for any given user, and if they are effective it is questionable to what degree. Our team recommends that users pair Bulgarian Tribulus with a more complete male enhancement product, or just find one of the many supplement blends that combines it with other additives lime L-Arginine or maca root.
The most complete male enhancement product on the market is Viritenz. Their blend includes tribulus, L-Arginine, maca, and several other highly potent ingredients.
This ensures that their supplement affects all aspects of men’s sexual potency – erections, libido, stamina, and more. Click here to see everything that goes into Viritenz’s blend.
