what advice do you have for building a classy, dark energy, femme wardrobe on a budget?

I LOVE these expensive brands I see (YSL, Balenciaga, Jimmy Choo, etc.) but I'm trying to save money for more important things right now.

(plus I can't afford lots of super high end brands on a regular basis, as I'm sure most of us can't lol).

How can I "find dupes" for lack of a better term for these bougie brands I love, or what tips do you have for looking classy and highend on a budget (fashion wise anyway)?

Hi love! I would say the main thing to do is pay attention to fabrics and stitching of garments.

Overall construction matters considerably more than the name on the tag when it comes to building a "high-end" wardrobe. Some fabrics to look for include: 100% cashmere, Pima/Supima cotton/organic cotton, merino wool, genuine leather, and/mulberry silk.

Pay attention to the stitching/buttons or accents on garments. Make sure there are no gaps or loose threads. Look for lined or double-lined items. Darker garments tend to look more expensive. Stick to neutral colors and classic silhouettes for a more "elevated" look.

Personally, my favorite way to save money on high-end clothes is to use sites like TheOutnet or YOOX and shop the sales sections of designer retailers like Farfetch, Luisa Via Roma, Saks, FWRD, etc. to get the same quality of clothing for less.

Having been in the fashion industry for more than 2 decades you pick up tips & tricks on how to shop better , how to make better clothing choices, what to invest your money on and what items to buy second hand. i shop wisely i dont shop alot, i shop second hand, sample sales, designer resale platforms, past season shops and i shop in the sales. if you keep scrolling you find me in a trench coat Mac, which was picked up at a local charity shop @oxfamgb, it was basically unworn with zero sign of wear in immaculate condition & cost me £50. It’s impeccably made from British brand Aquascutum, and a style I know I will always wear. my leather bag is from the @theoutnet an online store selling a selection of past season designer items where I often find designer bargains I’ve had my eye on previously but couldn’t afford the original price tag. my dress is from it girl favourite cool Copenhagen Skall Studio brand where items are lovingly hand made and designed to stand the test of time, I snapped up this beautiful tunic dress is n the sale.

My FMP customer is a mental health nursing graduate. Forelle has formerly lived in Rome, Italy where she was born. Her family wanted what was best for her and due to her aspiration to step inside individuals minds and clearly understand what they they go through and educate individuals, she and her family moved to London, England where she studied at Harley Therapy as a Psychologist and digs deep into researching, diagnosing and most importantly treating the psychological problems and the behavioral dysfunctions following from mental and physical health.

I'm convinced that Forelle would be the perfect model for my FMP fashion , as she understands the feelings and thoughts that float around individuals minds when afraid plus once their darkest phobias appear. This means that she can truly perform the vibe and emotion necessary for every phobia through simple movement. i have been commissioned to design and produce a piece for a well known horror film that is surrounded around clowns and an evil shape-shifting being directed by the one and only Andres Muschietti, an argentine filmmaker who has managed to achieve wide recognition with the 2013 film Mama. Therefore my overall aim is to produce a eerie and creative collection that links to certain fears and embodies the blood-curdling feel of previous films. As many haven't got a single clue who Forelle is , she was found through social media by her mind blowing vocals and passion for her career, but that wasn't. Her unique look brought attention by many as she has coily short and ginger hair with stunning evident freckles that appear all over her face and due to her African background and looking the way she does is a shock itself , African x Italian wow! For this film , Florelle will be the main character that pairs with the well known clown , Pennywise as she brings through her vocal skills to lure children and blind them by her beauty and innocence as she stars as an innocent birthday party clown. From age 10 , Florelle has had a large dream to star in horror films and learn about why the mind becomes afraid and shuts off when danger is close by. She also caught Muscheietti's attention with her large following on social media and the passion that shines through each post as she presents her skills to the world, her fashion sense and aesthetic also surprised him , from high street brands such as Theoutnet and Santinni, he knew she had the correct taste for his upcoming movie , she will soon blind people with her extraordinary skills and abilities in the upcoming IT film 3 .
