Hello sweetie! It took me a week and a half, but I did iiiiit. I published it here.

I see people have a lot of questions on the subject and that they are a bit afraid of asking them. I love talking about my disability, and I don’t mind questions at all. The media usually do us dirty, so how could hearing people know better? What I don’t like is simply when people imply that my condition is sad. I don’t live “despite” my disability, I live “with” it. And if I’m sad, or angry, it’s because society doesn’t always meet my needs regarding accessibility.

Louis froze. The fork nearly slipped from his hand. So this was it then. The jig was up. He sounded like a total creeper. If the roles had been reversed….Louis wouldn’t blame H for never wanting anything to do with him ever again.

33. Has there ever been a fic that had a significant impact on your life?

The first fic I ever read was And Then a Bit by @infinitelymint . This was my first experience with fan fiction, and it absolutely blew my mind. I’ve gone literal years without reading anything but fan fiction after reading this one. I had no idea before this that fan fic could be better than published novels. So this was the beginning of reading fan fiction for me, and reading fan fiction reignited my own spark for writing that I had set aside for years.

Dystopian AU and Awful First Meeting

Okay so I’m thinking...a sort of society where the resources are very limited and almost all of them are funneled into the upper class. Louis is from the upper class and part of a pretty prominent government family. Harry is from the slums but has some privilege because he’s in the military. One day one of Louis’s family guards is discharged because it was found out that Louis was sleeping with him. So Harry is assigned in his place, and immediately, they don’t like each other, because Louis is upset that his boyfriend got sent away, and Harry dislikes Louis because he’s spoiled and also Harry just in general has great distaste for the upper class because of all the things he saw and struggled with in the slums. They fall in love eventually, but then Louis’s family has to go into hiding when there are revolts in the slums and they try to overthrow the upper classes, and Harry has to choose if he’s going to go with Louis or return to his old neighborhoods to fight for a cause he always wanted to support.
