Fun things that have happened to me in the past few weeks! - Singing "you remind me of the babe" "what babe?" With my God mother back and forth and getting the words verbatim -finishing Wintersong (it's not what I was expecting but still deeply important and lovely, y'all should read it) -Seeing all my writer mutuals dole out powerful passages and lyrical snippets! -redoing most of my portfolio -Getting my godmother's husband into The Adventure Zone -In depth conversations about the prequel star wars movies with my fave twelve year old sort of cousin -getting validation from the internet about my art -getting validation from the internet about my writing -new comfy walking shoes! -understanding my caffeine threshold very clearly so I never repeat the level of espresso in my body right now -getting to meet Karla Ortiz, Matt Rhodes, and many many many more amazing artists this weekend -helping family friend pack for an oversea move -my room received a deep clean. Washed floors and everything. -reading Samantha Youssef's drawing syllabus and feeling more equipped to deal with succinct and informative gesture drawing -sitting outside at a cafe reading the above book for hours with the intent to relax and learn. -an overwhelming amount of love for and from friends and family. -rewatching Trollhunters and adoring it for the fourth time. -Mandy's Salad. Montrealers will know. -midnight McDonald's run with a bestie -finished watching Victoria with another bestie -increasing my meat intake to aid my iron deficiency -getting to pet my friends cats
