I definitely agree with the Miss Americana behind the scenes on ME! changing my opinion of the song. It’s still not my favorite (and I still think Lover would be a better album without it) but she seemed to have such pure intentions for the song and was so excited and happy while writing it that I actually do enjoy it much more than I used to
