I created Smurfgraphite since last year and well.. I still don't really know what she is supposed to be yet, but when I made her, she was meant to be sort of my smurfsona, with some of her own personality. She still is since she shares some of my mindset.

Here I made some artworks for her in the official style and the 1981 style (though one without filter and the other with just a blur)

My ideas for her aren't completely confirmed yet, but my current background for her is that:

She is an artist who enjoys drawing and has an active imagination. Before the events of "Smurfs: The Lost Village" she used to often prefer being alone and staying inside of her own home. She has a sister figure named Smurfpigment, the one she talks to the most. After the events with Gargamel, Graphite decided to talk and be more open with the other Smurfs. She plans to make more smurfy friends from then on.

However, if ever the 1981's universe also had Grove Smurfs and then the boy and girl smurfs met, I personally believe that 80s Graphite may not like 80s Brainy very much, finding him a little too mean and egotistical. ^^;; (in the Lost Village to 2021 universe, she likes him though.)

I did some outfit practices. Pictured below is Huggable in a dragon onesie, Winter in a butterfly dress/outfit, Crocus in overall shorts +sweater, and Thorn in a polkadot dress.

Huzzah for inconsistent art style!! I'm only allowed one (1) consistently good piece of art per drawing sesh, and Winter in his lil butterfly outfit is it.

Credit for the outfit challenge goes to UnknownSpy (obviously, their name is on the outfit challenge picture). I don't know any of their social medias, the challenge was posted in a discord server I'm in.

I have attempted to mimic the 1981's style last year. Took me a little while to get it to look as close as possible to like the old cartoon. Most of these are made in Ibis Paint, but the one with Brainy being choked by Graphite is drawn in Krita, filtered in Ibis Paint.

I'm not an expert at making it look like the old cartoon so maybe I'm close but not 100% there yet 😭😭 like with the Brainy-Graphite one. But I think I'm proud of everything else, especially the first drawings.

Here's some of the same artworks with little to no filter. Maybe this is what the 1981 show might look like if it was remade today?? I dunno XD

I don't know if I show weird for offering this, even if no one asked for it, but if anyone wants to, I could share a guide/tutorial on how I make it look like the old cartoons using Ibis Paint. Maybe I might not give the best tips on how to do it, but there doesn't seem to be any guides on how to mimic the style so I thought maybe I could share what I did.
