The Revelation: Part Ten
The Revelation: Part Ten
AFTER TAKING A BREAK from the seven seals to focus on the Rapture, we return to the opening of the third seal. Prior to this, the twenty-four elders inaugurated the opening of the seals with a song of affirmation: “Worthy are you to take the scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation” (Rev.…

Bruce dies in the Past
So! When Bruce was sent back in Time and got stuck in the Past, he was never saved. Tim failed to bring him back to the future, and Bruce was stuck in the Past for the rest of his Natural Life.
Then he died, came back as a Ghost, and regained his Lost Memories.
He didn't really know what to do, he was stuck Millenia in the Past, his Family won't be born for Literal Ages, and most of all he is Dead. He doesn't really have alot of options.
If you go with the Idea that Batman is a Liminal, then you could say that his Obsession was Protection. And that Obsession was focused primarily on Gotham and his Family.
So what is a Ghost to do when the object of his Obsession had been ripped away from him? He breaks a little. Bruce kind of goes Insane.
He decides that if he is going to he stuck in the Ghost Zone, he may as well protect it as if it were Gotham. So, he finds the quickest way to do that...by becoming the Ghost King.
So, he finds the Castle of the Ghost King, and challenges him to Single Combat. And he manages to Win. But the King needs to choose their Title, and he doesn't think he wants to include the name of Batman in the distant Past. It may affect the Future.
So, he chooses the name, Pariah Dark.
Bruce Wayne, is Pariah Dark.
He started as a Good King, but gradually he let his Broken Obsession get to him. Becoming King did nothing to fill the void in his Core, so he fell more and more into Insanity. It didn't help that he became the King in such a vulnerable emotional state. The sudden Power Increase caused his mind to fracture even more.
The Seven Ancients didn't seal away Pariah Dark just to save the Zone, they also did it to save Pariah himself.
Then one day, Pariah's Seal is Broken and he is presented with a Portal to the Human Realm. A Human Realm where enough time has passed that Gotham finally exists again. He may have gotten a little overexcited, he'll admit.
Thankfully, Danny was there to knock some sense into him.
He took the Throne and the power associated with it from Pariah, leaving him as just Bruce Wayne again. The existence of Gotham and his Family in the present world helped mend a few of the Cracks in his Core, and for the first time in Centuries Bruce Wayne felt somewhat whole again.
...
Basically, Bruce dies in the Past, goes Insane because his Liminal Obsession was broken, and becomes Pariah Dark when he takes the Throne of the Ghost Zone.
Unfortunately, his Broken Obsession was only aggravated by the sudden Influx of Power, and he went Insane. When Danny took the Throne from him, he took the power that was clouding Bruce's Mind and helped him heal a bit.

The Scroll with Seven Seals
1 And I saw on the right hand of the One sitting upon the throne a scroll, having been written inside and on the back, having been sealed with seven seals. 2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming in a loud voice, “Who is worthy to open the scroll, and to break its seals?”
3 And no one in heaven, nor upon the earth, nor under the earth, was able to open the scroll, nor to see it. 4And I was weeping loudly, because no one was found worthy to open the scroll, nor to see it.
The Lamb is Worthy
5 And one of the elders says to me, “Do not weep. Behold, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, has overcome to open the scroll and its seven seals.”
6 And I saw in the midst of the throne and of the four living creatures, and in the midst of the elders, a Lamb standing as having been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God having been sent out into all the earth. 7 And He came and took it out of the right hand of the One sitting on the throne.
8 And when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls being full of incenses, which are the prayers of the saints. 9 And they are singing a new song, saying,
“Worthy are You to take the scroll and to open its seals, because You were slain, and You purchased to God by Your blood, out of every tribe and tongue and people and nation, 10 and You have made them a kingdom and priests to our God; and they will reigna upon the earth.”
The Lamb Exalted
11 And I looked, and I heard the voice of many angels around the throne, and of the living creatures, and of the elders; and their number was myriads of myriads and thousands of thousands, 12 saying in a loud voice:
“Worthy is the Lamb having been slain, to receive the power and riches and wisdom and strength and honor and glory and blessing!”
13 And I heard every creature which is in heaven, and upon the earth, and under the earth, and on the sea, and everything in them, saying:
“To the One sitting on the throne, and to the Lamb, blessing and honor and glory and might to the ages of the ages.”
14 And the four living creatures kept saying, “Amen.” And the elders fell down and worshiped. — Revelation 5 | Berean Literal Bible (BLB) The Berean Literal Bible © 2016 by Bible Hub and Berean Bible. The Revelation: Part Eight
The Revelation: Part Eight
AS WE MOVE THROUGH the seven seals—which John MacArthur(1) identifies as the SEAL judgments of the tribulation—it is worth reading Matthew 24 where Jesus explains what will occur as each seal is opened. The seven seals closely parallel the signs of the approaching end times. In Matthew 24, Jesus spoke of three distinct periods: (i) the time of false christs, wars, famines, pestilences,…

Boboiboy Seven Seals of the Apocalypse AU
This is just an idea, but hear me out-
Solar: Conquest. They wear a lot of white and use range. Light can travel very fast and covers large surfaces quickly, revealing what's hidden. There's the thing with Rek'taka too
Blaze: War. He's very prone to battle, short tempered, like war. Already had something to do with conflict from his debut
Duri: Famine. Can also fill in for Pestilence if you count that as a horseman. Rimba and King Balakung both needed to eat a lot to use their power.
Ais: Death. The color of Death is described as pale, but I saw it as a bit bluish in most art, and Ais's main color scheme is light blue. Ais sleeps a lot, sleep is technically a demo of death when you think about it.
Halilintar: The martyred soul(s). He is Boboiboy's main go to option when it comes to fighting, as a consequence, been through lots more. Has the highest "death" count out of all the elementals. Guy can't catch a break.
Gempa: Celestial Signs, the collapse of stars. He has the power to control the earth, and if strengthened, could probably mess with celestial bodies. It had something to do with Hali and Tau too, as they're both elementals of the sky, and both left him behind.
"If the sky has taken away my brothers, I'll simply bring it down"
At this point I think you already knew that the elementals aren't in their right mind.
Taufan: The Silence. This boy here, generated so much angst (what is wrong with this fandom). I just wanted Ori Trio to reunite, even if they're a little insane right now. The final silence is about God sending angels down to wipe the slate clean. Taufan's power has wide range, efficient for cleaning up multiple enemies.
As for the Lamb/Lion of Judah, I decided to make them 2 seperate entities, Boboiboy being the lamb that sacrificed himself for the elementals's sake, and Rek'taka making everything worse.
Whoever read to the end of my rant, thank you

Tag Game + 7 Lines
The very lovely @startrekfangirl2233 tagged me in this! I have been told that I need to share seven lines from a WIP. This will be from Part 1 of the series I’m working on called A Gun Amongst Daggers!
But something about this Hangman made her curious and she didn’t yet know if it was a good thing or a bad thing. “Is that so? So what makes a fly-boy like you better than most people in the room?” she asked, giving him a teasing look.
A grin crossed Jake’s face and he was so sure that he was in. “Attended Top Gun twice, two confirmed air-to-air kills, plus my good looks and endless amounts of good old-fashioned Southern charm, sweetheart.”
“Wow. Two whole kills all by yourself? That’s pretty impressive,” Bear nodded, schooling her face so as to not burst out laughing. “Little ole me only has about 60 confirmed kills, but I’m sure it’s much more difficult in a plane.”
Jake, who had been grabbing the beer bottles from Penny, froze. “I’m sorry, 60?”
So Bear is now living in Hangman’s mind for a while! Catch the teaser drop some time in the next two weeks!
No pressure tags: @blue-aconite @bobby-r2d2-floyd @cassiemitchell @mayhemmanaged and anyone else who wants in!
