A/N: I found some time and decided to continue with this story. I hope you like it and sorry for any mistakes made.
Word count:  3,880
Warnings: None.
His hands were holding onto your body. You looked up slowly awaiting to see the face of an old man, like those you knew from textbooks, yet you didn’t. His eyes were gazing at you, with every blink he was pulling you more and more into his deep world. The way he looked at you was making you feel like the only person in this world. The castle drowned in silence, the shadows in the room dancing from the movements of the little fires, that were slowly melting away each candle.
Almost as a sound made from a flute, the night wind made its way inside the room, twirling around the ends of your hair, almost like they were trying to envelop the body of the man in front of you.He had a strong frame peeking from under his loosely sitting hanbok. Unlike yours his was very lightly placed onto his body.
The way his blonde hair almost mimicked the waves of the ocean was astonishing. The moon behind him created a certain balance between the silver light that it was casting onto his back and the golden locks he had. Everything about him was like the physique of a god. Even his lips were tinted in a light cherry blossom color.
Your mind returned to this land once more as you felt his hand leave your body and walk slowly back. You relaxed slightly, but didn’t move. He focused on you again when he took his seat farther away from you, almost at the end of the room, right next to the window.
“I don’t eat people.”you jolted from his words, which made him chuckle to himself. On the small table in front of him there was food, which you noticed once the sound of the metal chopsticks echoed in the room. The atmosphere was very dense, until something cut it like a sharp knife.
Grrrrrrrr
You looked at the ground, wide eyed and blushed in a very deep shade of pink. It took you a few minutes to gather up the courage to take a glance up. The man was staring at you with raised brows and a very peculiar look.In a matter of seconds he burst out laughing, which made you want to just jump out of the window.
“I see you are hungry.”he wiped away the small tear forming into his eyes and made a gesture, making you come closer. Once you reached His Highness, he passed you a set of chopsticks.
“Come on, take them.”with a trembling hand you reached out and took them, sitting down in front of him “It’s not that bad now is it?”he asked as he looked at you place a piece of food in your mouth. Nodding your head was the only reaction/answer you could give him right now. After you finished eating, he looked at you, while leaning back. Your posture was straight and very tense. He crooked his head to the side as he eyed you up and down. His neck moved to the ceiling
“You are something else.”
You had an expression that obviously was wanting an explanation to this very strange assumption.
“You beat up 4 guards, not to mention what you called me.”at the last part of his sentence your head shot up. You panicked on the inside, wondering what you said.By his look you couldn’t figure out if you insulted the emperor or not.
“I am sorry.”
“Hm?” he moved his head back to you from the colors of the ceiling. He let out a strong breath that at the end turned into a small smile as he closed his eyes for a moment, before focusing on you again “You really are something out of this world.I never said you did anything wrong, why apologize?Plus that you look like someone who likes talking, yet this is your first time saying anything to me.” waiting and waiting, he almost lost the thought that you were going to say anything, when you lips parted
“You have authority over me you Highness. I am not allowed to speak without your permission.” a sentence that you remembered from an old drama you watched a long time ago
“I am starting to thing you might be from an even farther land than I thought. I don’t know how your lords and rulers govern their lands, but I am not like that.Even the lowest of men know that they have the right to speak their mind, if not silenced by me.” he stood up and walked towards the little open space that somewhat looked like a balcony “Come.”he said and you followed him. It was obviously made for people to sit and look at the world, so you did.
“Since you seem to be unaware for our way of life, I shall explain a few things to you.” he pointed at the two buildings on each side of the castle “Those two places you already know, the court women and the healer live side by side as they are almost one and the same. On the other side we have the house where my brothers live.”
“Taehyung?”you looked down at the ground as you realized that you spoke of a prince by his first name, but the emperor smiled at you.His eyes formed little moons, and his lips such sweet and warm sunshine smile.
“Yes.My 6th brother.”
The way he was now made you relax, your posture loosed and he noticed that.
“Your Highness?”
“Mhm?”
“I only know of the 7th and 6h prince, are there more?” it was normal for emperor’s to have many children, which most of the time lead to wars in the family for the throne.
“The 7th prince is named Jeon Jungkook, he was the one who came to pick you up.I promise you, he is not a bad kid, he just acts like that sometimes. The 6th is Kim Taehyung, a very happy guy and the general of our army.I am the 5th-Park Jimin.Me and Taehyung were born in the same year, but I am October and he is December, so that is why I am the older one between us two. The 3rd is called Jung Hoseok, a prince with a bubbly personality, he is like the Sun in human form, the second brother is Min Yoongi, very sleepy, you won’t be able to see him much I can grantee that.Since I was born I have seen my brother only 12 times maybe. And the oldest is Kim SeokJin, you can meet him if you go to the kitchen. He loves food and preparing it, interesting guy if I have to say so myself.”  the emperor looked up at the sky and rested his arm onto the wooden sill, looking part, of the balcony
“My Lord, you missed the 4th brother.” he didn’t move, only the sounds of cracking wood could be noticed, until you saw his hand
“We don’t talk about him here and you shouldn’t too if you know what is good for you.As far as the people living on these lands know there are only 5 princes and 1 emperor. “
“Then why do you still say that the last is the 7th if only 6 of you live here?”
“You seemed to have gotten quite comfortable around me.”his look was piercing for a moment, before it went back to normal “We simply don’t mention the existence of the 4th.”
“Like Lord Voldemort.”
“Is that one of your leaders?”
Of course he wouldn’t know who Voldemort was, hello this is decades before J.K Rowling was even born or her parents as a matter of fact.
“Well no, he is a bad person from a um......old story.”
“I am interested to hear of it.” you were a bit surprised from his curiosity, but you proceeded with telling it to him.
“The hero in this story is called Harry Potter, a brave boy who was very talented and fortunate to escape the deadly magic of Lord Voldemort.”
“This Voldemort of which you speak had sorcery on his side!?”gasped the emperor
“They all did Your Highness.I can stop if you wish.”
“No, continue.I want to know more of this Potter Harry.” in general the books were really interesting, but the hard part was explaining it to someone who lived ages ago and doesn’t know half of the things mentioned in the stories. You had to make it understandable for him.Nonetheless you tried your best.
“Harry’s parents were killed by he who must not be named.”
“This Voldemort person, right?” you nodded and continued
“Harry lived with his aunt, uncle and cousin, which were very mean and evil. His life changes on the day of his eleventh birthday when he receives a letter of acceptance into a School of Witchcraft and Wizardry named Hogwarts, delivered by a half-giant named Rubeus Hagrid after previous letters had been destroyed by his aunt and uncle themselves.”
“These people must be locked away and executed for causing such harm to a child!” Jimin rose his hand up towards the stars
“ Hagrid explains Harry's hidden past as the wizard son of James and Lily Potter, who were once students of the school.”
“The people in your lands have very strange names.” the emperor lifted a brow
“They do Your Highness. Hagrid introduces Harry to the wizarding world, bringing him to places filled with wonder and magic.” and so you were telling him the whole story of the first book as well as you remembered it.
Time passed by fast for you, before you knew it the sun had started to rise and the all mighty emperor was sleeping like a child onto your lap.You didn’t say a word, worried that you might wake him up from his slumber. Even as he slept he looked gorgeous.
“Mmmmm.”he muffled, pulling your attention away from the dawn and to his hair.He was shining just like the bright morning sun. You noticed that a strand of his wavy hair was tickling his nose, so you gently reached out and pulled it back.
Unconsciously his adorableness brought a smile onto your lips. A slight creaking sound entered your ears.
“Court lady An!”you gasped silently and proceeded with getting up, when she almost screamed
“No!” she walked over to you and bent down to look at the man sleeping onto your lap
“I didn’t mean to stay here!I am sorry!”you panicked, who knows what she was thinking right now, in this time period anything was possible. After all those drama deaths you were scared out of your mind.Lady An placed her hand onto your lips and looked at you
“It’s ok.”she stood up slowly “His Highness has been suffering from insomnia since the age of 4.This is the first time I have ever seen his this peaceful.” fixing up her hanbok a bit she just walked out of the room without a word, leaving you there.
As you looked once more towards the morning sun, you thought to yourself, letting all kinds of things run through your head. Who would have thought that a day would come when the head of an emperor of such power would lay onto your lap.
“Beautiful.”
“It is isn’t it.”you lips suddenly parted
Looking down you were met with the same intense look as last night.
“I didn’t mean the morning.” he was still gazing upon you, making you avert your eyes.He stood up slowly ,when you got up and bowed before him.
“I apologize for staying here My Lord .I will take my leave immediately.” before he could say anything you flew out of the room and castle, hiding behind its big  walls. You slid down the cold stone and hid your face inside your hands. This place was changing you, if it was you from a month ago you wouldn’t be saying this at all. Even the way you acted and spoke had changed.Your posture was better and you learned a lot about this dynasty.
“Ah!”someone gasped and you looked up noticing the 6th “Y/N! I have been searching for you.” running to you with a smile, he helped you stand up and patted your hanbok at a few places that had gotten dirty “Brother this is her!”he said to someone standing behind him “The girl that Jungkook brought on brother’s orders.”
“She seems like a very sweet girl.”the man had brown hair with a strong red undertone to it, his eyes were radiating positivism and energy. The way he smiled was almost like the sun itself was materializing from his lips.He reached out his hand and you looked up at him.
“Sun like smile...”he looked at you a bit confused “Are you perhaps the 3rd brother?Prince Jung Hoseok?”
“Oh.”he smiled even more “You know who I am, that is a bit surprising to me.Did you tell her Tae?” he shook his head
“His Highness the emperor told me of you prince.”you bowed realizing to whom you were talking to
“There is no need for such formalities with me.”he helped you raise your head “Call me Hoseok, you have earned it, from what my brother and the servants have told me.”
“Mhm, she is really strong.”nodded Taehyung “You can call me by my first name too.We are friends after all.”he stuck his tongue out
“I heard you were in brother’s quarters until this morning. He must have really take a liking to you.I heard that all the other concubines were let go to their homes.”
“Concubines...?”
“I don’t mean it in ‘that’ way.”Hoseok panicked
“Brother be more precise when you talk about this things.”Tae looked at you and explained “Our brother has insomnia since very little and he can’t sleep at night at all. The royal concubines were princesses from far lands that were supposed to help him somewhat fall asleep. Many claimed that they had the cure, but no one had succeed in doing it.”
“Until now that is.”added Hoseok “Court Lady An let the girls go early this morning while the sun was rising, she looked a bit surprised when I say her leave brother’s room.”he patted your back “You did well.”
“Hey, Y/N?” Tae looked at you “Have you eaten yet?”you shook your head “OH NO!” both the 3rd and 6th prince grabbed your hands and pulled you inside the castle walls once more, to an open area on the last floor. It had a roof to cover from the rays, but you could see everything from there and also feel the cooling wind. Before you knew it the food had arrived and you were sitting there, waiting.”We will eat in a bit.”said Tae
“We are waiting for the royal brothers to gather up.”explained more in depth Hoseok
“Morning everyone.”someone said and you looked in his direction
“Morning Kook.” you saw him and recognized his face immediately.Standing up you bowed “Oh it’s you.”he said “Hey stop that, there is no need for it.”you looked up at him.Jimin was right he wasn’t such a bad person as you thought, he just had to keep his status.
“Yoongi come on!”someone yelled out “Stop drooling onto my shoulder!!!You have legs, use them!”
A very handsome man walked in the room and on his back there was another with interesting hair color, just sleeping.
“This is the eldest and the second eldest brother.”
“Prince Kim SeokJin, Prince Min Yoongi.”you bowed to them too
“Why so formal?”he had the beauty of a goddess “Just call me Jin, it’s shorter.”he winked and send you a very peculiar kiss, even for someone like you who comes from the 21st century.
“Yeah, what he said. If you use my full name I will fall asleep before you can tell me anything. Yoongi is just fine by me.”the princes sat down
“We won’t behead you because of that.” laughed out Jungkook as he took a sip from his tea
“I see you all are as lively as ever, if not a bit more.”
“Brother!”Taehyung jumped up “You look well rested!”
“I am.”Jimin sat down in a seat in between the two lines that were formed by the princes and you as well. His place was a bit higher up, that was to be expected after all.
“I haven’t seen you this glowing since you were a baby.”said Jin
“I feel amazing as well. Who knew sleep could be this replenishing for the body.”
“It’s normal after all. Most body functions work the best at night, a lot of your cells regenerate during that time.”
“Cells?”asked Hoseok
“Yeah. The same way a wall is build from very small stones, so are your bodies.Instead of stones we have cells.”
“Astonishing!”gasped Taehyung “You are so knowledgeable.”
“Maybe in her lands people are very well informed about the body.”suggested Jin
“Everyone knows this where I come from.”you realized soon after that what you were talking about was discovered way way farther in time.It was a better decision not to say anything more, who knows what your information from the future could do to the space time continuum “I am glad Your Highness is well rested.I hope this will continue.”you changed the subject fast
“It will. You will come tonight to my room at the same time.” you almost choked on your tea after hearing him say that “Is something wrong?”the sharpness his eyes acquired at that moment was almost freezing “No My Lord.”
Before you knew it Lady An had send the court women to get you. The whole day they were bathing you in different kinds of herbs and applying oils.
“Why are you doing this?”you asked as Lady An was observing the girls
“The emperor has shown great interest in you, so you must look the part each time you go to see him. Since this morning there are no more royal concubines, so you are the only one left that can help His Highness get over his childhood insomnia. You will be spending every night by his side until he gets better.”
“WHAT!”you gasped “That is a really long time, don’t you think?”
“Are you going against royal orders?”that question was enough to shut you up till night fell and the sweet relaxing smell of the moon lit darkness danced around the lands. You were once more left alone in front of the emperor’s room. You knocked on the doors and proceeded with walking in. This time your eyes were meant with his stopless body.He had removed the top of the hanbok and let it hang onto his waist.
“Come here, I have been waiting for you.” hesitantly you took one step after the other, untill you were up the steps in the middle of the room that led to his bed. He was laying on his side, leaning on his elbow. Jimin patted the spot next to him and you sat down.
“What story will you be telling me tonight?”he asked with his deep dark eyes engulfing you
“If we continue like this My Lord our nights will turn into those of ‘One Thousand and One Nights ‘.” you said
“What is this?”he asked and you explained
“It’s a story My Lord.It speaks of a young maiden called Scheherazade. She was a beautiful young maiden that was married off by her father to the, um...emperor of her lands.”you had to find words that replaced ones like vizier as he couldn’t possibly know of them. You explained to him why the king of those lands took countless women as wives and how their lives ended.
“That emperor that you speak of in the story is very bloodthirsty to do such a thing to all those women.”
“He was. On the night of their marriage, Scheherazade begins to tell the king a tale, but does not end it. The king, curious about how the story ends, is thus forced to postpone her execution in order to hear the conclusion. The next night, as soon as she finishes the tale, she begins and only begins a new one, and the king, eager to hear the conclusion of this tale, postpones her execution once again. So it goes on for 1,001 nights.” Jimin’s eyes were sparkling “I can tell you some of them if you would like.”he nodded
“I see what you meant.”
“What?”you asked
“Will you stay here forever if I place your life on the line?”you weren’t worried as you thought this to be a joke
“Don’t kid around like that My Lord.” as you were chuckling, he grabbed your wrists in his hands and pulled you onto the fluffy bedding you were previously sitting on. At this moment his eyes were serious, dark and scary.
“Don’t take my word lightly. Your life is in my hands since you live on my lands. What if I were to say the same thing as this emperor in your story. Will you obediently come to my room every night on your own like Scheherazade did? Will you question my will or any of my demands towards you?”
“Y-Your H-Highness...”you stuttered
“I heard what you said today to Court Lady An. I want to you to know something and remember it well. If I wan’t to keep something I will, I can be a very scary man if I have to.” his gaze was piercing, cold and very terrifying. His grip was strong and was almost cutting the blood circulation in your hands. The eye smile he had was gone ,only thin slits were letting some of his irises peek through, making them look darker than the night sky.
Even though you were trembling and were scared out of your mind, there was something in you that couldn’t let you run out of there. You relaxed your body and he let go of your hands, shocked. In a way to him it was though you were letting yourself be taken. You pulled your hands out of the whole he made with his fingers and you cupped his cheeks.
This man. you thought to yourself He has lost a lot of things in his life. you gently and slowly pulled his head onto your chest without even thinking.
“What are you doing!?”he tired to pull himself up, but your lips parted slowly and you started to sing, a song that spoke of far lands and peaceful nights. Almost like you called upon it, the wind entered the room and the candles went out. Only your voice could be heard. Almost immediately he stopped pushing and relaxed onto your body.He could feel all the tension leave his soul. It was like all the pain he had locked inside himself was carried away by your song.Your hand was running through his hair, hypnotizing him even more.
The smell of burned candles was covered up the scent of blooming cherry trees that the wind carried inside the room, calming the emperor’s heart even more. The moon light was caressing his soft skin, like he was her lost child. Your song put to sleep even those around the castle who weren’t yet resting. Your voice continued to dance till the morning sun asked the silver moon to step aside for the golden light to take over and bathe the world in light as shiny as diamonds. No one entered the room, no one could even if they tried. The emperor was sleeping and you were singing with closed eyes.
 He was calm.

At Least 19 Central Banks Give Way to Monetary Easing As Economy Slows
At Least 19 Central Banks Give Way to Monetary Easing As Economy Slows
In a coordinated fashion, more than 18 central banks worldwide have or plan to cut interest rates, sparking a domino effect of monetary easing. It’s been 10 years since the world has seen central planners orchestrate such harmonization in an attempt to save the economy from a deep recession.
A Large Number of Central Banks Slash Interest Rates
Economists have been saying for a while now that the global economy is headed for a severe wakeup call that could be worse than 2008’s financial crisis. The news started heating up at the beginning of 2019 and more than half of U.S. economists from the National Association for Business Economics (NABE) said they believe an economic downturn is coming by 2020. Financial forecasters think in the midst of a macroeconomic storm from elections, trade wars between the U.S. and China, and a no-deal Brexit that it’s only a matter of time. Tumultuous geopolitical events have caused the world’s central banks to awaken from their slumber and start slashing interest rates. As the end of the year draws near, many central banks have started a rate cut frenzy.
Usually, when the economy is consistent and considered ‘strong,’ central banks keep interest rates higher. On the other hand, when the economy doesn’t look so hot, central banks cut rates so smaller financial institutions can borrow at a better rate. The concept is derived from Keynesian economics, the economic theory of total spending in order to stave off inflation. The goal of interest rate cuts is so the smaller hive of banks below the central banks can give the savings from better rates to consumers. However, instead of trickling down to the people, the excesses usually stay with the monopoly. While keeping the hard assets to themselves, the banking cartel also starts to lend at an alarming rate. They don’t care if individuals and organizations don’t pay up and they know they will have to deal with delinquencies and foreclosures. At the end of the day, all those issues just give the bankers another way to pillage hard assets like homes, land, boats, cars, and anything people can’t afford. Unfortunately, this cycle continues every few decades and generations who haven’t even been born yet are left with more debt.
Traditionally when central banks cut rates en masse it is a warning sign that the economy is likely headed for troubling times. In the past, people have always hedged their savings by using safe haven assets like gold to escape the wrath of rapid inflation and fiat currency devaluation. Nowadays, precious metals and cryptocurrencies are both benefiting from the doom and gloom financial forecasts. The following is a look at central banks that are currently planning for monetary easing and stimulus packages or have already approved financial inducement and slashed interest rates.
Japan
The Bank of Japan (BOJ) has an accommodative stance toward monetary easing these days. In July, BOJ Governor Haruhiko Kuroda explained to the press that he was positive about keeping long-term interest rates at 0% and short-term rates to -0.1%. When negative rates were first introduced in Japan in 2016, the move was considered shocking. The following month, after the Federal Reserve cut rates this year, Deputy Governor Masayoshi Amamiya said the BOJ was also fully prepared to offer more easing. One of the central bank’s board members also mentioned that Japan’s banks might start charging fees for savings accounts as well. This September, the BOJ is considering deep negative interest rate cuts to respond to global risks facing the economy.
BOJ Governor Haruhiko Kuroda.
The U.S.
The Federal Reserve has already cut the U.S. interest rate by a quarter-point in July hoping to spur more lending and spending. When the Federal Open Market Committee and Fed Chair Jerome Powell sliced the rate for the first time since the 2008 financial crisis, the group noted economic “uncertainties” remain. Now reports detail that Fed officials will lower rates by another quarter-point by the end of September. U.S. President Donald Trump has encouraged the Fed to cut rates even lower. “The Federal Reserve should get our interest rates down to zero, or less, and we should then start to refinance our debt,” Trump declared on September 11 on Twitter. “Interest cost could be brought way down, while at the same time substantially lengthening the term — We have the great currency, power, and balance sheet.”
During a conversation with Thomas Jordan, Chairman of the Swiss National Bank, on September 6, the Fed’s Jerome Powell said: “We are not forecasting or expecting a recession.”
Europe
On Thursday, September 12, the European Central Bank (ECB) approved a new stimulus package and cut interest rates. Just like the BOJ and the Fed, members of the ECB are afraid of “worrisome inflation.” According to the ECB, the deposit rate dropped from -0.4% to -0.5% and this November the bank plans to begin €20 billion a month worth of bond purchases. “The Governing Council expects (bond purchases) to run for as long as necessary to reinforce the accommodative impact of its policy rates, and to end shortly before it starts raising the key ECB interest rates,” the ECB said.
ECB President Mario Draghi’s growth and inflation projections have been dreary.
China
The economy in China has been floundering according to economists and the country has also been dealing with a trade war with the U.S. China’s People’s Bank of China (PBOC) revealed on September 6 that the bank would cut its reserve requirement ratio by 50 basis points. The PBOC also announced that a few specific banks might be entitled to a ratio reduction of 100 basis points if they qualify. China’s new bank cuts will start on Monday, September 16 and the PBOC claims the cuts will provide roughly 900 billion yuan ($126.35 billion) into the Chinese economy. Like Japan, China has an accommodative stance toward monetary easing and this is the third time this year the PBOC has made changes and the seventh time since the financial crisis in 2008.
The head of the PBOC just got his job last year as China named Yi Gang its first central bank chief in 15 years. Yi Gang is very comfortable with monetary easing tactics.
South Korea
In a surprise move in mid-July, the Bank of Korea (BOK) announced reducing the country’s benchmark interest rates. The BOK also told the press that economists predicted rapid inflation forecasts and slashed the seven-day repurchase rate from 1.75% to 1.5%. “Economic circumstances have deteriorated since April … With the rate cut, we took into account the effects of Japan’s trade restrictions,” BOK governor Lee Ju-Yeol explained during a press conference. Seoul has had conflicts with Japan and just like China and the U.S., the two countries are locked in a trade row.
“As low growth may continue for a considerable period of time, the Bank of Korea will support economic recovery by maintaining an accommodative monetary policy,” Governor Lee Ju-Yeol has stated in the past.
Russia
The Bank of Russia has been a friend of monetary easing and rate cuts making its third interest rate reduction on September 6. Bank of Russia Governor Elvira Nabiullina and members of the board told the public that “If the situation develops in line with the baseline forecast, the Bank of Russia will consider the necessity of a further key rate reduction at one of the upcoming board of directors’ meetings.” Russia’s benchmark rate was trimmed down to 7% from 7.25%. Russian forecasters believe the inflation rate of 4% could drop to 3% and the Minister of Economic Affairs Maxim Oreshkin believes the bank should continue easing even further.
Russian President Vladimir Putin with finance minister Maxim Oreshkin. Oreshkin wants deeper interest rate cuts.
India
In August, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) decreased rates for the fourth time in 2019. The rate cut this summer was the largest since 2010, shaving 35 basis points, and the RBI will now lend to banks at 5.4%. Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman stood by the rate cut and insisted that a “significant rate cut would do a lot of good for the country.” Members of the RBI and government officials plan to meet this October and the country could see further rate cuts in the near future.
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman doesn’t have issues with monetary easing and announced yesterday the RBI and the government would fund the real estate and export sector while also offering a ₹10,000 crore special window for unfinished development projects.
Thailand
Central bankers in Thailand are scared inflation is growing out of control and surprised the world on August 8 by cutting repurchase rates from 1.75% to 1.5%. The Bank of Thailand cited slow economic growth, trade wars, and economic uncertainty. The trade war between the U.S. and China was highlighted during the announcement. According to reports, five panel members voted for the cut and two wanted the interest rates to remain unchanged. Two weeks prior to the quarter-point cut, the seven members of the central bank committee unanimously voted to keep the rates untouched.
(Left to right) Supant Mongkolsuthree, chairman of the Federation of Thai Industries, Predee Daochai, chairman of the Thai Bankers’ Association, and Thai Chamber of Commerce chairman Kalin Sarasin. “Additional measures may be needed to cope with the stronger baht,” Supant Mongkolsuthree said on September 5. “Those measures include imposing a withholding tax, outbound investment promotion and tapering the bond supply. These are ultimately the regulators’ decisions.”
10 More Central Banks Participate in Monetary Easing
All of these banks are just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the large number of other central banks participating in monetary easing. Other financial institutions include central banks from England, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Mexico, Hong Kong, Indonesia, South Africa, Turkey, and the Philippines. Despite decades of poor central planning, these financial institutions retain full power over the monetary system. The people have absolutely no say in how the system is adjusted, tightened and eased.
However, as the years pass, more individuals and organizations are growing tired of the banking cartel’s practices. A great number of people have sought alternatives like cryptocurrencies so they can protect their wealth from the financial system that’s clearly rigged. Individuals who are sick of bailing the banks out and paying for their mistakes believe that at some point the scales will tip. It merely takes enough people to opt out of the monopolized monetary system. At the rate at which people are learning about a new wave of monetary innovation, at some point there will be a mass exodus whether banks and governments like it or not.

With that being said, avoid falling into the trap of assuming hot tubs are dangerous.
Adverse health effects are extremely rare, and the common myth that anyone with hypertension or heart issues can’t enjoy a hot tub is false. Studies show individuals can stay in the warm bubbles for 10 minutes with little or no effects on their blood pressure, and even individuals with heart issues can enjoy the warmth for small periods.
Always drink lots of water to stay hydrated, speak to your doctor about any health conditions and avoid alcohol before soaking if you worry about adverse effects.
If you keep these small facts in mind, you’ll find the benefits far outweigh these small measures.
1. Reduces Stress
That soothing warm water actually releases endorphins. Yes, those are the chemicals that make you happy.
When we submerge in warm water, it increases the circulation in our skin, encouraging endorphins. It also improves breathing because of the water’s pressure.
Deep breathing increases oxygen levels throughout the body and stimulates the nervous system, which encourages feelings of calm. This comes with a whole bunch of beneficial health effects, including reducing stress. According to the American Institute of Stress, deep breathing for half an hour a day reduces anxiety.
If you want to add to the relaxation even more, throw in some calming bath salts. Just be sure you choose ones appropriate for your hot tub!
As Dr. Susanne Bennett says, “A bath is virtually a psychological act. It is about stealing time away from the daily rush, for the sake of relaxation, solitude, sensuality, retreat or luxury.”
2. Minimizes Arthritis Pains
According to the CDC, 23% of adults in America have arthritis.
Arthritis can lead to aching, painful joints. Hot tubs come to the rescue here, too.
Warm water therapy has been used in various forms for centuries, and it still stands up to research today. A hot tub’s warm water loosens the joints by providing 360-degree support for limbs, taking the weight off the sore joints.
Studies indicate it takes only 20 minutes to receive the full effects of warm water therapy on arthritis. Keep your hot tub’s temperature between 92 and 100 degrees Fahrenheit for maximum effects.
While you’re in there, consider some stretches or basic exercises. Research indicates you can minimize the pain from arthritis by up to 40% by doing this two to three times a week.
3. Helps Circulation
Hot tubs also increase circulation. The water’s heat opens the blood vessels, allowing blood to circulate more freely.
Good circulation helps pretty much everything in your body:
The heart Muscles Arteries Organs It even promotes cell growth and blood pressure. You get the memo.
4. Promotes Detoxification
The past few decades have seen more patients suffering from symptoms of toxicity: hormone imbalances, obesity, fatigue and more. These symptoms are linked to chronic issues, such as cancer, that can lead to complications down the road.
Jumping in your hot tub encourages the detoxification process. The warm water stimulates detoxification through lymphatic flow. The lymphatic system is a network that rids the body of toxins.
If the warm water wasn’t enough to clean your skin of dirt and grime, it also boosts this system and causes you to sweat, contributing to detoxification. The result is a “fresh” you with fewer toxins than you had before.
This means the likelihood of experiencing a toxic symptom (which leads to further complications) greatly diminishes.
5. Creates Lustrous Locks
We all want that shiny hair the models have in the commercials. You know the ones: they twirl and their hair looks magical.
Hot tubs might help you here, too.
Hot tubs reduce oil production. Oil production leads to greasy hair and itchy scalps. In producing less oil, your hair is rejuvenated and retains the glossiness we all want.
6. Glowing Skin
But your hair isn’t the only thing that feels the hot tub’s effects. The water’s heat causes us to sweat, which (as we’ve discussed) rids our body of toxins. However, this has another benefit: healthier skin.
Those toxins that cause pimples and other blemishes are released from your pores. This process only works with mild or moderate sweating, which is exactly what a hot tub induces.
7. Better Sleep
The very thing we love about hot tubs (the warmth) is also the element that lets us sleep better.
Studies show if you take a warm bath before bed, you’ll experience a restful slumber and fall asleep quicker. When we leave the warmth of a hot tub, our body temperature drops as we interact with the cooler environment.
Our bodies immediately respond to this by slowing down our heart rates, digestion, and other metabolic functions. This signals the brain that it is time for sleep.
All it takes is five to 15 minutes in the hot tub for a night of good shut-eye.
8. Bye-Bye Lower Back Pain
About 80% of Americans will experience extended lower back pain at some point in their lives. It’s also the leading cause of missed work in the US.
But if you have a hot tub, your back reaps the benefits. The heat relaxes the muscles, which minimizes muscle spasms. The increased circulation we discussed earlier also gives your body access to the injured muscles, permitting faster healing.
The jets stimulate muscle relaxation just as a massage does. Between these two features, studies have found spa therapy leads to better mobility and less pain than medication.
Don Benedict, who played handball competitively, experienced the benefits warm water can offer the back. After undergoing three surgeries, his spinal cord nerves became compressed. He was in constant pain.
Benedict’s solution was simple: he now visits a hot spring three times a week. The results are amazing. Benedict told CNN the water reduces and sometimes eliminates his pain for six to eight hours.
But you don’t have to go to a hot spring to enjoy these benefits. Just get a hot tub!
9. Boosts the Immune System
Want to kick those colds you get each year far, far away? A hot tub may be the answer.
Studies indicate hot baths cause inflammatory responses similar to exercising, which helps protect us from illness. Furthermore, elevated body temperatures increase certain immune cells’ activity, allowing your immune system to work better. As you may have guessed, this is why we experience fevers when we are ill.
The particular cells that are elevated destroy virus-infected cells and tumor cells. Coupled with the hot water’s ability to rid the skin of dirt and promote detoxification, your body experiences a one-up against those nasty cases of flu that plague you every year.
10. Get In Some Cardio
Hot tubs also work the heart.
More academics are studying passive heating to investigate its benefits, but the evidence is slowly unfolding: it’s great for health. Research in Finland found that going to the sauna regularly reduces the likelihood of heart attacks in men. Other studies indicate it causes arteries to become more flexible.
Soaking in a hot tub increases an individual’s heart rate while lowering their blood pressure. The water’s pressure on your body and the increased rate cause your heart to work harder, giving it a nice cardio exercise.
For this reason, people with heart problems are advised to discuss soaking lengths with a doctor.
11. Promotes Weight Loss
If you’re interested in burning some calories without putting your body through torture, a hot tub is right for you.
An hour-long dip in a hot bath results in the same number of calories being burnt as a half-hour long walk. This is due to the rise in body temperature, which consumes energy.
A hot-tub soak or power walking across town? The choice is yours, but we have a feeling we know your answer.
12. Aids Blood Sugar
Research into passive heating also shows a correlation between hot tubs, saunas and warm bathing with blood sugar.
A 1999 study demonstrated hot tub therapy’s effectiveness on individuals with type 2 diabetes. After three weeks of therapy, the individuals experienced improved body weight, better control over blood sugar and less dependence on insulin.
New investigations believe these results are due to heat shock proteins, which are molecules created by cells in response to stress. Passive heating raises the level of heat shock proteins, which improves blood sugar.
13. Headaches
Temperature therapy is a go-to for anyone who experiences regular headaches or migraines.
The heat from the hot tub’s water can relieve strained muscles, which sometimes cause headaches. These particular kinds are known as tension headaches. They affect one-third of men and half of women in developed countries, making these the most common headache disorder.
By relieving the tension in the shoulders and neck, the stress upon the head is reduced. Further, stress headaches are usually associated with high levels of anxiety or emotional pressure. Sitting in a hot tub relaxes the muscles and the mind, resulting in a pain-free head.
Even individuals suffering from migraines can experience the benefits of a hot tub. Nearly 1 in 7 people around the globe suffer from migraines, and the best way to get a handle on one is to nip it before it becomes a full-fledged monster.
Migraines are reduced or eliminated with calm environments, temperature therapy, adequate sleep and plenty of relaxation. A hot tub offers all of these things.
14. Aches and Pains
The benefits aren’t limited to your back and head. All aches and pains can find relief in the bubbling isolation of a jacuzzi.
One study showed immersing legs in warm water for 45 minutes reduced or eliminated all aches and pains associated with exercise. So if you’ve been on your feet all day at work, this is a great way to alleviate the agony your body experiences.
The water’s ability to “hold” you and ease the pressure on joints, the increased blood flow and the warmth all lead to a body that just feels better once you waltz out of the tub.
15. Mental Health
Who doesn’t want to unwind after a long day at work or a stressful week?
Your mental health is just as important as your physical body. Balanced social, emotional and psychological states create an overall better lifestyle. They even impact physical health.
A 2003 report, for example, found a clear connection between depression and arthritis pain. Those suffering from depression experienced more bodily pain than those who did not.
Mental health also leads to improved productivity, financial stability and a longer life. So relaxing in that jacuzzi after a long day isn’t just for your aching feet; it’s also for your peace of mind.
Literally.
And even if you can’t afford a built-in hot tub, inflatable ones have hit the market. It’s a great way to pass time with friends or simply find some quiet after a stressful week.
