#my art#spamton#spamtonposting#addison spamton#spam e. mail#scopohobia tw#scopophobia#eye contact#eye contact tw#ask to tag#addsforthetherapeutic#afttp#afttp au#tagging my therapy au cuz its mostly attributed to that#because i feel in this therapy setting where spamton wants to change#the first step is rly difficult because it requires forgiving yourself while also taking responsibility#for your own actions#which is difficult for spamton because in my mind he already hates himself due to its flaws#and in my therapy au despite spamton regretting their actions it constantly berates and criticizes himself as a result#Leading to spamton to hate themself even more#Along with a sense of shame#and to me i feel like spamton would have a hard time understanding how to forgive itself#but perhaps maybe. Spamton would give it a try#For the sake of his mental health and their own personal growth#Though that’s not to say spamton spamton starts to love himself. Thats a whole different can of worms for it id imagine#But… i can imagine these small steps towards self forgiveness#Make spamton feel a little less worse abt themself as time passes#idk if that makes sense
