⚔ 𝕸𝖔𝖗𝖉𝖗𝖊𝖉 LOVES his big brother 🫂 (the only time they fight is over whose book choices are better)

⚔ He used puberty blockers when he was young & switched over to HRT once he got older

⚔ He plays quite a few instruments, his favourite is the hurdy-gurdy (initially he was completely self-taught) ... despite being naturally skilled he's still nervous when playing infront of others

⚔ Like his mother, 𝕸𝖔𝖗𝖉𝖗𝖊𝖉 enjoys drawing; & once he began growing closer to 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐫 he learned how to whittle (his goal is to recreate the dragon 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐫 made & gift it to him)

⚔ He cries VERY easily, especially when angry; if he's pushed PAST the point of simply crying, his rage becomes cold & sharp (he can be quite scary ... much like his mother) 🥲

⚔ He's an anxious person, but always tries to put on a “brave” face

⚔ When restless, 𝕸𝖔𝖗𝖉𝖗𝖊𝖉 tends to rock on his feet (it's his main way of stimming)

⚔ His favourite trial is dragon racing (really anything that involves dragons is his favourite)

⚔ He finds practice combat to be exhilarating 🤺 (it brings out a rarely seen, almost feral, side of him)

⚔ After learning the truth™ on his 𝟷𝟸ᵗʰ birthday, 𝕸𝖔𝖗𝖉𝖗𝖊𝖉 has become noticeably protective of 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐮𝐫 (ESPECIALLY when his mother is involved); he also began to somewhat distance himself from 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐚 & 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐧 😞

⚔ He's put an emphasis on learning to distance his elemental magic from his emotions (he always HATED the way his mother lets her's run wild & doesn't seem to care if anyone gets hurt)

⚔ The distance between 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐚 & him has only widened over the years (her refusal to take accountability from her misdeeds makes it impossible for him to trust her again), luckily the same can't be said for his relationship with 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐧 (since he took the time to talk through everything & actually listened to what 𝕸𝖔𝖗𝖉𝖗𝖊𝖉'𝖘 thoughts were on everything)

⚔ He's not a fan of wine; preferring mead when it comes to alcohol 🍻

⚔ He's always loved thunderstorms ⛈️

Okay, so I've been getting into IFs recently, and so I decided to draw my MCs from my favorite games! So here you can see:

Acantha du Mort from The Exile by @exilethegame. Okay first of all, it's one of the few that actually have me torn between ROs, and second of all, every second I want to see more of the plot. It's incredible, I can't wait for the next update.

Amaris Morven from Wayfarer by @idrellegames. I love the wordbuilding! It's so immersive, and unique, but doesn't get overly confusing.

Mordred Le Fay from The Bastard of Camelot by @llamagirl28. I started it for the fantasy world, but I stayed for the parents. There are some characters here that are so genuinely sweet, I love to read those parts.

I love all of them, and if you haven't played them yet I really recommend it! None of them are complete yet, though, but I know that they all have patreons, so you can get extra content there!

I didn't draw it, but I also recommend A Tale of Crowns by @ataleofcrowns. It's one of my friends' favorites, and she has high standards. It's unique, unlike any IF I've ever had the pleasure of reading. It's also, like Wayfarer, has such good worldbuilding that still avoids confusing me by referencing too many made up things, and I spent quite a while looking over the codex because the lore is incredibly interesting.

Hi! So, I've been playing IF's recently, and stumbled along Bastard of Camelot! And I decided, why not make some picrews and show of my character and dragon? (Well, one of my Mordred's, I have many seeing as I've been religiously playing this lol)

But, anywho! My mordred!

A description of my character (copy pasted)

You're rather honest, unlike what people would expect out of Morgana's child. When it comes to confidence, you're rather lacking. You tend to be cautious. You keep your calm. Kindness is seldom offered to you, but you try to be kind. Unlike Morgana, you keep your head bowed, not looking for trouble. You usually bottle up your emotions, but sometimes they surface. You're affable and friendly, greeting people with a smile.

A description of your skills

Magic knowledge: You've taken an interest in magic, outside of your own affinity.

Le Fay magic: You have a good grasp on your magic, not letting emotions influence it.

Pendragon magic: You can talk to dragons, telepathically or in their tongue, and find it easy to summon fire.

Magic of the Lady of the Lake: You're rather skilled.

Swordsmanship: You wield the sword with confidence - working hard on honing your skills till they're as sharp as your blade.

Persuasion: You've learnt that a few well placed words can get you far, but you're still working on it.

Intimidation: You can be rather intimidating, but you're still working on it.

Romance: She thought she had a crush on Gawain, but was astoundingly wrong and thus the two are now just good friends. She had found Galahad super cool and intriguing when the both of them met, and cannot seem to get his eyes out of her mind, but cannot fathom why.. (hmm I wonder-) Maybe it's because shes dead set on proving him wrong about her? (bahaha, you oblivious fuck)

Galahad:You turned his world upside down, making him question what he's been told of you.

Elaine:She considers you a friend - you've been one of the best parts of coming to Lothia.

I noticed that Mordred and Arthur have certain things in common

I realized that I'm horrible at fully understanding some work when it's written, maybe it's because I'm stupid, but at least I noticed something new when I was replaying.

In the game itself, there is already a bit of a parallel between Morgana and Merlin, in terms of controlling Arthur and Mordred (do I need to put controlling in quotes? Hmm... Nah)

But let's take it to Arthur's father (I don't remember his name-) and Morgana.

Be that as it may, Arthur's father fought a war with the entire continent just for power, he did all that with the Le Fay family, and in the end, it ended up falling on Arthur's shoulders for him to resolve.

And Morgana, crazy about revenge, had sex with her half brother, cursed him so she couldn't have any more children, and made her son the only heir to take the throne, and when this went to other people's ears, who suffers most? Mordred! Of course! It's because of the mother and father, who both don't even have the courage to speak up and admit they were wrong!

Do you understand what I say? I hope I didn't say something stupid, but honestly, that part just makes me hate her even more, my stomach turns a little just thinking about her...
