Bean Eclipse Au has my love and seeing any post makes me very happy but now I want to get to know your Space au a little. May you give us some funfacts about the characters to get to know them better?

I'll do my best describing some things! Its been a moment where I dont know what ive said about them on here. ((The ladies, are by @nekojaf so if u want info on them you gotta ask her!))
First, We got Eclipse (yes thats his name, unless we go au hopping its-)
-He's a captain of his own spaceship (however its mostly a ship that can house just a handful of people.)
-He's self confident, he's got leadership qualities and doesn't stand down often. However can be a huge flirt (as Beige unfortunately deals with).
-I've mentioned before but Eclipse (like other models of his kind) are far more Emotive than the previous models.
-Eclipse is the reason Lunar has a collection of plushies. The guy is very good with sewing.
-He's not familiar too much with the 'Star' like SAMS' Eclipse is. At least not currently. He's far more concerned with other things.
-His relationship with Earth is rather... interesting. He may be vocal about not wanting to speak to her but its mostly cause she's like a mom who tends to baby him. (Although he can't blame her frequent check ins.)
-Most people avoid him, but that's cause he's made an interesting name for himself.
Lunar, my BOY who started this whole au actually.
-The space suit was given to him by Eclipse. Who may have taken it.
-He comes off as sweet, but don't think less of him in comparison with his brother. He's mischievous as well, and cunning when needed.
-Far better at keeping his emotions in check than Eclipse.
-Unlike Eclipse (again) he's actually rather good at y'know. Getting the girl.
-However, he is younger than Eclipse. In part not as experienced with the whole line their apart of.
-Rather handy with his shots, but better at driving. Also has a bit of a name for himself.
-Cannot actually believe how his brother acts around Beige from time to time. He's judging his brother immensely everytime. Just let her clear the hyperdrive so they can go!
Moon!
-It should not be a shock he's still a scientist in this au. (Mad scientist Sun would say...)
-But in part of that, its due to being part of a Space Camp. He's suppose to be in charge of the sciences of how rockets run. However he uses most of that to make his own things.
-It usually does end up with the kids handling it. Unless Sun gets involved. Kids love the anti gravity chamber a lot.
-Also in this AU he is still AroAce.
-However since Sun and him are under a company, they don't usually leave the Camp. They can't really.
-Moon has made a Star.
Sun, sweetie my darling.
-Although him and Moon run the Camp together, Sun mostly handles the kids. (Although, Sun more or less just doesn't want them getting hurt cause of Moon's experiments.)
-He's been having trouble with some outsiders makings noise lately but it's usually something he can handle. The dome around the place keeps the camp relatively safe (and Safer with Moon's additional technology)
-He goes by his own checklist, although the one from the higher ups isn't something he wants to fully deviate from. It's kept things running, and their own job secure.
-He may be dressed up as a Spaceman, he's uh... not actually one. At least not by astronaut standards.
-They don't talk to other models of themselves.
-Earth and Sun usually can talk for hours. However, he tries not to keep her too long. She's got others to check in.
Bloodmoon, yes it's him!
-The possibly second youngest.
-He's the only model of his type that... well Ruby's seen actually.
-An avid fan of Invader Zim, due to many movie nights he's had with Ruby. (In an effort to help him learn some things about people...without being near too many.)
-He doesn't understand why he needed clothes, unaware of his own autonomy.
-Unfortunately for everyone, WAS destroying planets and ships, destruction in his wake. No one could keep him contained. Until Ruby. But she's not really trying to contain him.
-His curiosity mainly keeps him in check, at least in regard to his learning program. He still seeks some chaos, even if it is on a isolated ship in the meantime.
-Comet Boy! Danger, do not engage.
Angel, y sweet sweett bababyyy
-Probably the oldest? He's quite a mess it's hard to tell.
-Has been passed around here and there from job to job so he's very well versed in many skills!
-Earth finding him again was a blessing. She thought she lost him. Incredibly thankful for Cosmo.
-Is far more interesting in helping Cosmo than being helped. He's survived quite a bit!
Killcode, don't you forget my giant man.
-Was made by Moon, or from Moon. In doing so, he's got a few quirks he picked up.
-Such as... He's actually less violent. However able to withstand radiation, rocket blasts, high velocity impact, mundicide... Assumingly.
-Incredibly Tall. A normal person would maybe feel incredibly intimidated by how much he towers.
-A darling cook, he mostly has to kneel for that though. Not many ktichens he's been in are for his height.
-He's a rather calming personality, has no qualms to start fights.
Earth and Solar Flare (or welll... the ACTUAL Sun)
-Two AI's made for well.. as you guess the Earth and the Sun.
-Earth is as expected to be motherly, warm, stern with her own wants. While SF has less expected results of being rather recluse, cold, to the point and selective in their interactions.
-Earth is partly why the actual planet is far cleaner. With her being actually forthright about the planets condition. It helps if theres someone who may be disappointed if you throw your trash on the ground, or company's dumping waste. She may have been made, but she more or less is her own being. Most don't mind since her main concerns usually fall with her own planets affairs. That doesn't mean she doesn't have concerns of other places.
-SF was made as a safe bet to monitor the sun. However, hue to unexpected AI developing their own personality. SF doesn't fairly speak to much anyone aside Earth. He rather feels she's better at relaying information than he is. Ironic, they find.
-Recently some reptilian android has started to make some impressions on Earth, SF doesn't normally hear her talk about individuals like this aside the 'children' she oversees.
-Earth also ended up supervising the celestial and eclipse models. Attaching to them far more than expected but due to- [The Rest is too glitched to make out.]
Well that was more typing than I thoguht it'd be.
But me and Neko have quite a bit of art.
The main inspiration for a lot of it is retro futurism.
But thank you for asking! You also got Earth in there too. My sweet lady I love her.

Mmm you every have scenario's regarding near-human Angela swimming in your head? Like how Angela could eventually potentially feel the cold and be affected by it.
The first time she actually gets sick she's absolutely suffering from the experience. The patron librarians noticing and freaking the fuck out until someone like Hokma or Roland strolls in being like "everyone calm your tits it's just a damn cold". meanwhile Angela gets to be miserably dramatic as she tries to power through the illness.
Alternatively, Angela initially not getting why Roland wasn't feeling great after the Snow Queen abnormality fight being that she couldn't feel the cold yet.
Then Angela goes on to the final realization, gets to the Frost Splinter phase and being able to feel and be affected by the cold, is immediately like "...I suddenly realize why they didn't like that fight. (=n=);" and just- *it's clear the brain worm thoughts are winning tonight*
Sorry for the ramble just your headcanons for Angela gives me a lot of joy and inspiration, I'd love to hear your thoughts on your personal near-human Angela headcanons if you have any!
ouhghg man iam Always thinking abt stuff like this yea. yeag? yea. ijust always wonder about how. weird. it must be, suddenly dealing with a whole slew of mess youve never had to. like, by all means, very trivial things, but odd nonetheless.
like, you ever think about how weird it is to stop perceiving time so slow? just, eventually, slowly but surely, there's this... quiet. this silence. and its silence, it creeps up on you-- it doesnt announce its arrival. how relieving must that have been? to stop or slow down and realize: its quiet. nothing is firing off in the back of your head-- after all, youve spent your entire life juggling anything and everything at all times-- how must it suddenly feel to truly and finally just... sit. and wait. and have nothing happen?
...and then theres The Issues. again, it must be really strange, suddenly seeing everything at full speed. processing and storing information at a much much slower rate than youre used to. and then there's the whole New Senses and New Processes thing-- which presents a state i like to refer to as the Reverse Time Dilation. congrats! everything is simultaneously so much more and so much less engaging than youre used to, which somehow conjoins into being both Very Understimulating and Very Overstimulating. at the same time. all of the sudden. so yknow, fun things.
like yeah you could explain away a lot of this but at the same time i cant help but imagine moments off-screen where angela simply has to take a moment and just turn off a while face down on the desk because Everything All The Time and also fuck she can hear herself breathing just. all the time now. that's just all the time? you can just feel your clothes on you all the time? and lying down, her breath is warm and thats nice, but also its warm and that is so, so annoying with everything else going on too.
or like, how quickly she mustve been able to come to conclusions and process information, and now she has to slow down considerably because well. the fallible human mind misremembers, makes mistakes, forgets. which is the point, but also ugh. uuuuuughhhhh.
all in all, Angela's Kind Of Annoying But Ultimately Not That Bad ... whatever that can be called.

#red's week in music#STORYTIME WITH RED GATHER ROUND KIDDOS!#was at kids club tonight and went in knowing little 8 year olds mom had her baby this morning and lil girl was now big sis if two#and knew she hadnt come from home bc her hair was a mess of someone who didnt know curls trying to do it lol#shes generally emotional and dramatic but we can all see that shes a lil more so tonight. understandably. lotsa change#well she kinda hinges on this one thing of not getting the verses said to earn a jewel bc she wasnt able to say them-- totally fine! we'll#practice and get them later! but shes distraught bc she worked on them with mum and wont get jewel so i keep telling her when we'll work on#them together and when ill listen to her and we can get it done. cool. then lesson time shes up and down sniffly and the lesson says smth#about childbirth-- bursts into disarray. i ask her if she wants to step out and we blow her nose and she keeps talking about the verse so i#tell her solutions for that and then shes working herself up so i work thru calming down and she goes from#“i think im mad” to “mom would let me do what i want!” and i know the real issue isnt the verse but thats what shes telling me so...#adult shes staying with cautiously steps in and she calms down to tell me “its not the verse... i think i miss my mom”#oh my heart i know honey i give her a hug and we talk about the sleeover shes going to have and when shes going to see mom#and shes sleeping next to lil sis so shes going to give sis a big hug and tell her theyre going to see mom in the morning#and then i ask her if she wants to go back and she does and i just hold her and hug her the whole time#i give her another squeeze when she leaves and tell her to enjoy her sleepover#her friend shes staying with i should not did a very sweet of coming over and saying “hey lookit this new book i got do you wanna color it#with me maybe?“ which was such an emotionally mature thing for her and to see lil kiddo cheer up warmed me#teachers we debriefed and talked about kids going thru stuff at home and not being able to tell and process their emotions and stuff#and then i shared with mum on the ride back and she goes “yup. lil toddler will just miss mom-- its trauma at this age. this is why i#panicked and called my mother to come for your sis's birth bc dad said he could handle you but my heart couldnt for what you would go thru.“#i was six when my sister was born. my grandma being there before consistently made me giddly excited in that time waiting for dad to bring#us to the hospital.#anyway my heart was full and im praying extra hard for two lil girls in a sleepover missing their mom tonight.#red's personal sitcom#Spotify

Considering how much focus Holly got on the soft rebrand era, its crazy to me that she doesnt have much going on in the show. Like, aside from her side appearences and such she is never given any sort of storyline or major appearance idk, like not even an episode centered around her (her introduction episode doesnt really count cause again, intro episode) you'd think that giving her focus on merchandise would make us have more lot content of her in the show.. (yeah ik she has a book abt her and poppy but its not enough idk...)

i think what really gets me about the idea of babygod jack is like.. you have no real choice but to love your kids. (i wouldnt actually know but. lets not go there).
my point is loving god like a father isn’t as good because love for a parent is unreliable and unstable and likely to have conditions even if it’s only the most extreme kind
whereas love for ones child is usually absolute. irrational even. its just either there fully and wholly or its not at all (again. extreme conditions). so from the perspective of loyalty as it can be encompassed in love and devotion as it manifests in total unconditional connection i just think that.
it works better. tastes better. feels . dare i say.. organic

Man I need to either fuck around or research how some mixed media would work bc I'll be sitting down thinking "what would be the best way to work pastels and watercolors in a same piece" and not even try to test it out
#my posts#i assume watercolors should usually go at the very bottom bc i dont think theyd stick well with other mayerials#but would the pastels smudge properly on top of watercolors? probably but not a thing i know about!#also i heard some materials crack if put on top of others#i think it was oils and acrylics. one of them cracks on top of the other#which one i have no idea. also what kind of crack bc depending on that that IS a thing you may implement#i know some markers/pens will get their nibs ruined on top of certain materials but what's the extent of it. which materials. all of them?#i know some materials are very opaque and will cover ink so its more like a waste of material but. does the ink bellow-#-have a chance of ruining what you put on top? assuming its dry and wont smudge#i barely do traditional art instead of digital (barely do digital lately but its another story) and so im thinking about it#i should fuck around and find out#(dont have oils or markers thats just general questions but i have watercolor acrylic gouache pencils ink and oil pastels so..)#i think the acrylics are relatively good quality and everything else is a bit whatever normal can find them at rvery library#but i kinda miss painting and ending up kinda stained lmao

Ykno what's somehow more annoying than a kpop stan? A kpop SNOB.
One of the employees (who's actually leaving soon, thank god) has been a kpop fan since like 2nd gen. And she makes it KNOWN. Somehow has "stanned" like every popular group in existence. Mentioned that she stanned stray kids until the song Double Knot came out & pissed her off so much she swore off the group entirely (I guess????). Used to like bts, but mentioned that she stopped liking them bc of the fandom (which is valid I guess, but literally just don't interact with the fandom then, that's what I do with stray kids).
She pissed the bts coworker OFF tho bc bts coworker made a list of group recs for 3rd gen (not 4th gen bc she did Not want to risk the bloodbath if any of the groups weren't represented properly). In the bts section (a modest section!!! Same length as the others!!!) she included 'Dynamite' as one of her favorite songs. And the kpop snob literally PUTS A POST IT NOTE pointing to it & saying "Dynamite doesn't belong on this list"
Like WHAT???? Is it YOUR GROUP being talked about here???? No!!!! She included a lot of songs from a lot of groups (with my input for ones like shinee & mamamoo), & then put her favs from her fav group. Like. Why do you have to be so needlessly nitpicky lmao???

i like the details in osvald's story in menus and stuff. the "osvald is being imprisoned, if you choose to help him you will be trapped in his story until chapter 2" thing is the best character intro in terms of making me so curious i couldnt resist stopping dead for an hour to see what was up. and now the chapter 2 starting with a quest popup that just says "go home."

Babysat a 5, 3, 2 year-old and 10 month old for 6 hours. That's 1 kid per age group. I got a hot chocolate and 5$ for it
#and to spend quality time with the kids wherein they all battled for my attention and i missed work where i could take a break#loved that my mom used this as a 'and you want kids' moment#like shut the actually up?#because once i have kids i know ill have a surplus of support (for 1) and for 2 i wont be having them so close like thatt#it feels like everyone is against me having kids these days or at least turning it into a 'you cant handle it' or 'you have alterior motive#s'#one person said i was thinking abt my retirement plans#another asked if id like to travel first#and im kinda annoyed bc its always unwarrented shit too#like im not saying this to start an argument or to recieve your opinion on how me having kids is bad bc it doesnt aling w#what you want specifically like#if you cant imagine yourself havign kids thats great! be happy and live your life#but as soon as you start to hope i dont have them or question me abt why i want them etc it makes me feel crappy#the worst thing you can do is said somethign like 'i hope you don't because thats not something id want right now'#this isnt about you!#it's about me#or ill get the opposite reaction like 'so just have kids then rn' i have to consider the other person involved in the procreation#i want someone who wants a baby to be involved w me in that aspect rather than someone who is openly against it

as someone who’s dealt with acid reflux for a just few years shy of half my life now and who has also always had various stomach issues stemming from anxiety and a middle class midwestern diet for even longer, i really wish i’d known sooner about peppermint tea
#ok seriously my roommate kept raving about it last year#and i was like sure i believe you but also not for me though#it definitely wont work i will just always have an upset belly and thats ok#but we have an apartment this year so theyre cooking for me a lot#and one night when i said my stomach had been a little bleh for like a week they made peppermint tea for me#and i kinda thought it only worked because i was mostly over the little thing#but ive been going through another little thing since yesterdayish#and i decided to make myself peppermint tea#i shit you not i felt better after one sip#i dont even care if this shit is placebo-ing me it fucking works#really couldve used this in elementary school#where i was so lonely and anxious and depressed that i was just constantly having tummy troubles#like every day i would go to school and the only reason i wouldnt go to the nurse LITERALLY EVERY DAY#was because i had friends in after school care and if i left i wouldnt get to see them#this is just me having two (2) good experiences so like i could be kidding myself#but if there actually is something that couldve been helping all this time oh god i was missing out#thats that on that#cloudy rambles

no idea if im just overly emotional bc i got my period today, or because i’m sleep deprived, or because i’m just mentally discombobulated in general lately due to my overnights, etc. but regardless, i’m about to be really emo about michaels right now
working 40 hours a week in a completely different store with a total different layout and vibe, and completely different people, is making me genuinely miss my home store and my coworkers so much. everyone on these overnight shifts are really nice and it’s a nice store like there’s nothing WRONG, it’s just, it feels wrong to be putting in 40 hours a week at michaels only for me to not see a single inch of my home store?? i miss my place man. i’m even thinking of just stopping in off the clock just to say hi hello to everyone cuz god damn
#i cant wait to come back#not even just bc the hours are messing up my sense of time#but bc like. i miss my store !!! i miss my coworker friends !!#hell man i even miss my jerk ass store manager#like in what world would i ever say i miss that man.#AND YET.#brot posts#im also wearing my normal work vest instead of my framing apron#which is another change thats throwing off my vibes and making me want to go back to noemal#like on one hand its kinda nostalgic like aw my old vest my old friend i havent touched you in so long#but on the other hand its like man fuck i miss framing. i miss my framing apron and my framing nametag. and being a framer#the way that the frame shop becomes like my home base inside the store now that i am A Framer#vs being in this other store and by god this isnt my frame shop. that is someone elses home#i cant even step inside it bcim like. intruding#AND ANOTHER THING. this store has like a whole framing TEAM. many different framers !!#at my store its just my framing manager and me and hell technically im not even officially in the system as a framer#so its kinda bittersweet just thinking of like. what it would be like to have a whole framing team#how kinda lonely it is to just be me and her#but also thats why we’ve become such close friends cuz its literally just me and her chilling together in the frame shop lol#idk. idk. weird vibes and emotions and its like. Why am i emotional over michaels. UGH
