For the record, I blame TikTok for this idea.
So I’m not sure if you’ve ever seen or experienced one these godforsaken kiddie Jigsaw traps, but in the US we have these fucking metal slides 🛝 that are literally death contraptions on some of our public playgrounds. It’s basically a Canon Event for everyone, doesn’t matter if you’re a kid or an adult, to get their shit absolutely wrecked (and their asses and the back of their legs burned if it’s summer) on the way down these slides crafted by satan himself for character development that spit you out at Mach Jesus speed and quit literally skin you a new one during the process.
How would the TFP Autobots react to their humans going down a metal slide and just being shot out and tumbling out of the end like a can of coke in a vending machine?
Or better, what if the TFP Autobots (as holoforms) went down a metal slide? Possibly acting as a gigantic bowling balls and slamming into some poor unsuspecting human children like they were bowling pins? 🎳
Back on Cybertron, before the war, did Cybertron have their own equivalent of the notorious metal slides on their sparkling playgrounds?
I have indeed felt the wrath of the satanic metal slides. I've lived all over the globe and it seems like every country has their own lovely rendition of the terror that is the human grill disguised as playground equipment. Many a childhood memory has involved being chucked around on one like a bowling ball. I love this idea so thank you for coming up with it for me.
━━━━━━ ⊙ ❖ ⊙ ━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⊙ ❖ ⊙
The team were well aware that the humans had to keep their young entertained. Cybertron has its own rendition of the human 'playgrounds' to keep rambunctious sparklings from getting into trouble. Thus they were not at all surprised when the children one day asked to stop and check out a playground on the way back from school.
Optimus and Ratchet had been out taking a drive together in order to take a break away from it all, but quickly decided to come park with the rest of the team while the children played. Ratchet would die before admitting it, but watching the children play brought him a degree of comfort. There had been no sparklings amongst their kind for centuries, and so seeing the young of another race play so freely was a minor comfort. The team shared the same sentiment as they watched Rafael go up and down on the swings and chuckled at Jack doing his best to keep Miko from fooling around and possibly breaking something.
Of course the moment of quiet joy came to an end when Miko, in all her infinite wisdom, declared that going down the slide was in their best interest. By that point Ultra Magnus, Smokescreen, and Wheeljack had parked as well, each wanting to see what had the attention of the other members of the team. They too were quickly drawn into watching as a rather spectacular scene played out that brought forth old memories in all of them.
Jack had opted to go first down the metal slide at the playground, curtesy of Miko calling him names. He seemed to contemplate the universe at large as he patted down his trousers, pulled up his socks, tucked in his shirt, and laid his arms across his chest. He looked to the team almost pleadingly before he sat down and very nearly threw himself down the slide as an unfortunate hiss echoed from where the sweat from his play was turned to vapor. The team collectively watched in horror as Jack was thrown off the end of the metal abomination and sent careening into the wood chipping that made up the ground around the playground. Arcee very nearly transformed to check on him but remained still at the prompting of the rest of the team and in response to Jack groaning and getting up, albeit with a lovely red mark on his face from where his cheek unfortunately hit the edge of the slide on the way down.
The team were still reeling when Rafael was forcefully pushed down the abomination as well, not having been given any time to prepare for the trial ahead. The small child stood no chance as his tiny body was bat around like a ping pong ball and promptly shot off the end of the slide as well, joining Jack in his misery. Ratchet almost burst a wire as he watched the two boys compare burns and cuts from where the wood chipping got them. Optimus and Ultra Magnus both were trying to comprehend what the point of going down was. Wheeljack and Smokescreen were stuck trying to understand why children would go down a grill like surface. Meanwhile Bulkhead struggled alongside Arcee to not transform and check on their charges. In the end the team remained still, each keeping their disguises in place as Miko prepared to go. However due to her cruelty toward Rafael, Jack opened up his water bottle and dunked her with it just as she was going down.
Miko screamed as she slowed down to a horrible speed on the abomination. There was not enough water to make her go faster, and so instead she got stuck, forcing her to roll the remainder of the way down to avoid burns. She tumbled off the edge like a bowling ball and careened right into the wood chips. The team were left in absolute shock as she got up, looked over her burns, and called it a day. Seeing the children's reaction toward it all had Smokescreen breaking cover somewhat to call out with a question.
Smokescreen: Why do you do that? Doesn't heat hurt you squishies?
Miko: Yeah, but this is a coming of age thing.
Smokescreen: How? This doesn't seem like a useful ritual.
Jack: Every kid goes through this Smokes. Out here where its hot, you must learn the wrath of the metal slide.
Smokescreen: But... it hurts right?
Rafael: Yeah, that's why I don't like going on them. But like Jack said, its just something you do as a kid. Its a rite of passage of sorts.
Miko: YUP! You didn't have a childhood if your legs weren't skinned by one of these bad boys!
Smokescreen: It can't be that bad. Its just a slide!
In large part due to morbid curiosity, Smokescreen took what the children said as a challenge and hurriedly formed his holoform. Before the team could stop him, he stood at the top of the slide, smiling as if he weren't about to face agony. Miko grinned, Jack groaned, and Rafael looked away as Smokescreen who with no idea how the survival strategies of metal slides worked, threw himself down it. The rookie screeched as he got stuck halfway down due to poor momentum and hurriedly scrambled to get off in time. He grabbed the edge of the slide, ignoring the burns in order to hurl himself into the bark below. He laid on the ground groaning as the children laughed and winced. The team were shocked for the most part. Smokescreen was a trained soldier, and while certainly not the most experienced, he was no weak link. Pain was not unusual for him to experience on the battlefield.
For him to scream and panic? What started as concern turned to similar morbid curiosity as one by one the team formed their holoforms to attempt the trial of humanity's children. Other children came to the playground and began to giggle and laugh as the team lined up and watched as each made an attempt to best the rite of passage for human spawn. Smokescreen only managed to drag himself to his feet after a toddler stepped on his fingers. At that point he joined the rest of the team, forming an odd line of strange adults all waiting for their turn to best the slide, or at least attempt it.
Wheeljack, in his similar infinite wisdom, opted to go next. Having seen the children's attempt and Smokescreen fudged one, he was ready. Ensuring his holoform had gloves, he prepared himself to go. However he he forgot about the benefit of having long sleeves as he threw off his jacket in a celebratory manner and plopped down on the slide, arms crossed over his chest like Jack did when he went. Unlike Smokescreen, he did not scream when the torture that was the blazing hot slide hit his bare arms, but he did make an undignified sound as he was careened off the end of the slide and sent tumbling out of the bounds of the playground and onto the cement. He proceeded to scramble to his feet to get off the cement only to promptly trip into the bark, face first. Miko laughed herself half to death, and seeing Wheeljack's attempt, Optimus, Ultra Magnys, and Ratchet raised their metaphorical white flags and sat back, none wanting to be involved.
Wheeljack and Smokescreen, both having been defeated quite brutally, sat beside the Prime and medic, both grumbling at their loss. Ultra Magnus sighed and returned to his vehicle mode as Bulkhead, quite sure of his ability, decided to be the one to go next and test his mettle on the human torture device that even children could overcome. He took great care ensuring his holoform was covered head to toe, and he even went so far as to add goggles to his outfit just to be safe. He was ready, and so he threw himself down the slide with even more aggression than Wheeljack. He did actually manage to survive the slide itself, but he ended up flying off the end of the metal abomination and skidding across the wood chips, right into a group of children. The children rightfully began crying and parents quickly hurried to chastise the wrecker. Sensing the situation was about to become worse, Bumblebee, not wanting Smokescreen to have one over on him, decided that sliding with Arcee was the most efficient.
Thus just as Optimus and Ratchet got up to try and deescalate the situation at the foot of the slide, Bumblebee with his spectacular planning ability, plopped Arcee down in front of him and sent them both sliding down the metal abomination. They screeched as they sped up, losing control about halfway down and spinning a bit. Optimus for his part hurriedly gathered up the human children and pushed the parents away in time for the duo to go flying off the end. But Bulkhead who was receiving a lecture from Ratchet, happened to see the flying set of mecha in their holoforms, and barely moved aside in time for Ratchet to get the brunt of the crash. All three were left groaning as they were skidded across the wood chips, with Ratchet cursing up a storm in Cybertronian and Bee hurriedly rushing back to his vehicle mode so as to hopefully speed off before the wrath of the resident medic could reach him.
At the end of it all the children were laughing so hard they could hardly breathe and Optimus could only sigh in the manner of a truly tired parent as the led his team back to base. Upon arrival, the children only had one thing to say aside from their mockery.
Miko: Did you bots not have slides on Cybertron?
The team fell silent as they absorbed the question. The younger members of the team looked to the elder who gained a haunted but wistful expression on their faces. Swiftly speaking in Cybertronian, Ratchet moved forward to reply.
Ratchet: We did have 'slides' in a sense. There were ramps where young sparklings would test their ability to transform and either launch into the air if they were fliers, or fly and flip if they were grounders.
Rafael: Then why do you sound so afraid of them?
Ratchet, two seconds away from cursing: Because child, much like your human rite of passage nonesense, every single sparkling with access to such a ramp tested their skill against it-
Bulkhead: And every last one of them ate slag at least a dozen times before getting it right.
Even Ultra Magnus and Optimus seemed haunted as Ratchet played a video file, one showing a young unnamed sparkling standing at the top of a ramp. The sparkling smiled, seemingly confident while others watched on and observed. Within a moment the sparkling had transformed as much as they were able considering their youth and skidded down the ramp. Only instead of performing gracefully, the young Cybertronian flew through the air, flipping and careening until they returned to root mode just in time to hit the rubbery looking ground with a thunk.
Seeing the image has the elder members of the team nodding as if it were normal while the sparkling in the video wailed in a strange mix of static and binary until their Caretaker came to soothe them. It was not the same, but Cybertronians had their own sparklinghood rite of passage.

TFP Optimus Prime, Ratchet, and Ultra Magnus Comforting a Worried Cybertronian S/O
Tumblr media
Pairing - Romantic Category - Headcanons Trigger Warnings - None
Tumblr media
Optimus
If you have any worries and concerns, he’ll sit down and listen or talk to you about them if you’d like. Although there are a million different outcomes for whatever troubles you, he stays positive and hopeful that things will turn out for the better. If you’re worried about an upcoming battle, however, your concerns are valid, all your concerns are. While he tries to be positive about it, he keeps in mind that things can go south, but he reassures you that we’ll all get through it together, no matter what happens.
Or if you’re worried about an injured teammate, Optimus will assure you that they’ll be fine under Ratchet’s care. Though, he does worry about if the materials they have on them will be enough to fix whoever’s gotten injured. Granted, Earth is a planet pluck full of resources, but not everything’s compatible with Cybertronian biology, and it’s difficult to find an energon deposit to keep for themselves without fighting the Decepticons for it. Nonetheless, he’s still confident that his old friend can help whoever’s injured and nurse them back to health.
Tumblr media
Ratchet
He’s open to listen about whatever you have to say if you’re worried about something. If it’s real bad, he’ll temporarily set down whatever he’s working on to listen to you better. Sure he’s good at multi-tasking, listening and working simultaneously, but he can only keep up for oh so long. If you’re worried about an injured teammate, for example, he’ll share your concerns, secretly, because while he’s one of the best medical professionals left from Cybertron, he might not have the proper materials necessary to heal whoever has gotten injured.
If you’re worried about an upcoming battle with the Decepticons, he shares your concerns. Whenever you and the team go out to fight, he’s always worried about whether or not you’ll all come back in one piece, or if you’ll come back at all. He can only say to you that he hopes the next battle will fare well for you and the rest of the team, but if anything bad happens just know that he won’t let anyone die, not on his watch, not while he can still do something about it.
Tumblr media
Ultra Magnus
Life can be many things, but at the moment and for the most part it’s nothing but relentless and ruthless. Emotions and comforting people aren’t his forte, unfortunately, but he’s learning to be more sympathetic, trying to learn anyway, albeit his progress is slow. He might not know what to say to make all your fears and worries vanish, but he’s here to listen. As Miko would say, you can “rant” to him, and he’ll be there to listen for as long as he possibly can, and afterward he’ll try to reassure you.
If you’re worried about an upcoming battle, there isn’t much he can do to reassure you, unfortunately, or so he thinks. He talks to you about how the battle could have so many outcomes indeed, both positive and negative ones, but try to be hopeful that the battle will be auspicious in your and the other Autobot’s favors.
Or, alternatively, if you’re worried about an injured teammate, like Optimus he’ll assure you that they’re in the best medical care ( only medical care available… ) and on the track for a speedy and successful recovery. He encourages you to have faith and trust in Ratchet’s medical abilities.

How G1 + TFA Megatron feel about TFP Megatron:
TFA Megatron: You are probably wondering where our TFP Counterpart's unfettered hatred for his Optimus Prime stems from.
G1 Megatron: Not...really? Hating Optimus kinda gives me life, so-
TFA: It all began...
G1: Oh, being ignored.
TFA: ...when they were before Cybertron's Council. When they decided to make Optimus the new Prime, instead of Megatron. Enraging our counterpart!
G1: And...then...?
TFA: That's it.
G1: But didn't the previous Prime make his life a living nightmare?
TFA: Indeed.
G1: Then why doesn't he hate Primes in general?
TFA: Oh, no, I hate the Primes. Well, I hate Ultra Magnus, and therefore the Primes. He hates Optimus, because Optimus stole his thunder. A lot. And thus began the war for Cybertron...
G1: But...that's really dumb. B-but he's so cool! But that's so dumb!

Rewatching some scenes from TFP, and uh, wow, does it hurt that Ultra Magnus literally has two of the best fight scenes in the show but he lost all four(?) of them. Magnus is probably the best heavyweight in the cast after Optimus, Megatron, and the Predacons… it's just that in three out of four of his fights, he's matched up against Megatron and the Predacons lol.
I used to get mad about Magnus initially using his blasters at a distance in a 1v1 against Megatron in a confined space instead of charging at him and fist-fighting him like Optimus would, but only after all these years do I finally realize that it's because he's not on Optimus and Megatron's level of being fast, and he also knows if he tries close combat against a former gladiator, he's screwed. And when Megatron gets close, he does try to melee him only to be easily countered and beaten. You are no Optimus Prime, indeed…
Shockwave is also the worst fighter in the cast's heavyweights, seeing as one of his arms is a cannon — when he fist fights Magnus, he catches his bad hand but can't counter his free hand because, well, he has a cannon for an arm. And kind of like Knock Out being a medic, Shockwave is a scientist, not a fighter, so there's that. Magnus's fight with him is still impressive because he deals a bunch of blows including a punch to the gut with his BAD hand too.
(On a related note, Knock Out is also the worst fighter in the lower weights but better than Shockwave — he may just be a medic, but he at least has speed and two arms.)
Fighting the Predacons goes without saying.
(Also, when he and Smokescreen are fighting Skylynx and Darksteel, Magnus leaves himself open because he gets distracted trying to help a cornered Smoke cornered by Darksteel, which is what allows Skylynx to get the drop on him… I think Magnus would've been done in regardless, but <3.)

Could you do TFP bots (or just a few of them if you have charcater limit or just don't feel like doing them all, as long as Wheeljack is ingluded I'm good) with a human they just recued and they're like "I'm gonna call my dad hold on" and if they protest they're like "nah you'll like him I promise, just give him a minute" and her dads their old bot friend who went MIA (you can decide who the dad is, or go with Ironhide if you're as indeciceve as me lol)
I miiiiight just have to do this as a short story I hope that's okay! Got my Wrecker boys Wheeljack, Bulkhead, Smokescreen and Ultra Magnus.
Dust was still settling as you realized the threat was over, the collection of vehicons having scattered long before the cave had finished it's partial collapse and leaving you under the gathered team of bots who'd come together to shield you from falling debris. Rubbing off the powdered rocks covering your face, as well as coughing up the taste of dirt, you took a moment to gather yourself as your new giant allies did the same. It wasn't worth thinking about what would have happened if they hadn't come along when they had... In your defense, that ambush had come out of nowhere.
"You okay there?" A deep voice above you rumbled with concern, encouraging you to tilt your head upwards at the big green bot looking down at you. His optics were friendly, and despite his absolutely massive size and hands that transformed into wrecking balls, you immediately trusted him.
"Yeah, I'm okay. Thanks to you guys." You said gratefully, looking to each of the gathered team as they brushed the dust off themselves.
"Protecting organic life is the primary responsibility of Autobots, think nothing of it." The largest of them said, somewhat gruff as he meticulously picked off the worst of the rubble that had showered down upon them. Immediately, you knew he was the one in charge. Towering above the others and with shoulder pauldrons thicker than two of you, he gave off the energy of someone who took no nonsense and had the firepower to back up his authority, yet his gaze was mostly just annoyed as he looked down to you again. "Our second responsibility, however, is remaining hidden from the denizens of this planet. Saving you required us to break cover."
"Give the kid a break, sir. They managed to escape a whole squadron by themselves before running into us. I think we can cut them some slack." A far gruffer voice said, cutting in as the battle scarred mech in question took a protective step your way. Quite immediately the colors on his unique build were familiar to you, but you decided to stay quiet on that fact, reaching for the cellphone thankfully still secure in your pocket. While you hadn't found what you'd been looking for in this mine, at least you had something far more interesting to report.
The big blue bot looked to the other with an impressive frown, unintentionally cementing your thesis as to the scarred mech's identity. The back and forth continued more or less without an acknowledgement of your presence. "They've been seen in our company, Wheeljack. By the procedure Optimus established, we must now secure their wellbeing, and that will be quite the undertaking."
The only one who had not yet spoken, a smaller but solidly built blue bot who seemed the youngest of the group, chose that moment to jump in with a quip. "Doubt docbot will be too happy about another human in the bunker."
"He's all talk. Ratchet wants these little guys as safe as the big guy does, he won't put up a fight." The gruff one, who you were starting to like more by the moment, said with an amused but reassuring smile in your direction. Unable to help smiling back, you suddenly felt that this turn of events might have been more than you could have ever hoped for. If only you could get a word in edgewise...
"You're purposefully missing the point, soldier. We-"
"If it's gonna be such a hassle for you, I'll take 'em myself."
"Jackie..." Once more, the gentle green giant spoke up, looking quite concerned at his friend's purposeful egging on of the bot in charge. You got the sense that this kind of thing happened often by his tone, but personally, you were getting a little tired of being ignored. None of what they were discussing was necessary, and if anyone would have bothered to ask you they'd know that? Finally fed up, you took a breath and raised your arms to draw attention to your tiny self.
"Um, hello? Excuse me!" You shouted, mercifully ending the bickering and securing four pairs of optics on yourself. Relieved for the silence, you pulled out your phone and held it up, projecting your voice to ensure you were heard. The shocked expressions didn't cease when you started to explain, but you didn't let that stop you. Sorting this out would make everything easier for everyone. "I think there's a bit more going on than any of you know. Let me call my dad really quick, he'll set this straight."
The first to reply was the one you knew had to be the rookie of the group, who awkwardly cleared his vents and broke the silence only hesitantly. "Uh, bringing more humans into this really isn't our goal-"
"Who said anything about him being human?" You cut in, grinning from ear to ear at the looks they all gave you. Now that you had their unbroken attention, it was only a matter of summoning your dad and waiting for him to arrive. Dialing his frequency into your phone, you prepared to share just as much information as it took to get him here fastest, wanting to see the look on his face when he arrived and saw who you'd found. This was going to be fun...
----------------------------------------------------
The roar of a familiar engine had thankfully silenced the second round of bickering to break out amongst the two argumentative bots, who had gone back and forth between listening to you and calling for their superior. It had been entertaining at first, but by the time that roar had echoed down the tunnel you'd been relieved to hear it, and had hopped to your feet from your seat on a convenient rock. The bots had reflexively drawn their weapons, but there hadn't even been any need for you to stop them. A worn red paint job skidding around the corner had made them all hold fire.
In a rush, you'd run out to greet the massive off road vehicle just as it began to transform, and in moments had been embracing the offered hand of a hulking bot who kneeled before you with an expression of happy relief.
"Ironhide!"
"Wheeljack!" Your adopted dad cried out in absolute joy, letting you move safely to the side before approaching the bot who's identity you'd properly guessed. Ironhide had told you so many stories about the Wrecker, it made sense that you'd been able to tell who he was by appearance and mannerisms despite having never met. The two bots greeted one another with an earth trembling chest bump, after which your beaming father turned to the green bot with just as much enthusiasm, shaking hands and crashing their fists together with overwhelming power. "Bulkhead too? Where have you guys been?"
"We might ask you the same thing, soldier." The big blue bot said, cutting in with the same serious look that appeared to be his only expression. On a closer inspection, however, you could see a certain light in his optics. He wasn't altogether displeased to see a new arrival. Standing somewhat awkwardly to the side, the young blue bot appeared delighted if not quite confused.
"Uh, long story, Ultra Magnus sir. I've been on this planet for some time. Found this little troublemaker when they were half their current size, and I've been raising 'em to help with our cause." Ironhide said affectionately, stepping back and dropping to one knee to be more on your level. Before you could puff up proudly at the praise, a single digit tussled your hair as he often did to tease, and you sputtered before playfully pushing him away and undoing the damage. Chuckling, he turned back to his comrades. "Never figured I'd bump into you all here! Jackie, Bulk, and uh..."
The attention turned to the young bot, who only smiled with a wave and a not offended clarification on his name.
"Smokescreen."
Wheeljack gave your dad a playful punch, still buzzing at seeing his old friend alive. The friendship you'd so frequently heard about was clear as day before you. "Glad to see you in one piece, old Rusthide."
"We've been here for years, Ironhide. How come we didn't detect you?" Bulkhead said, looking just as happy but burdened by the question at hand. Ironhide tapped his audial with a somewhat glum smile.
"Communicator's been busted for ages, all I've got is an earth link for cellphones." He said, recalling an injury he'd endured long before meeting you. The line he'd built relied on earth technology, and you still remembered how many tries it had taken to get it right. It was impossible to imagine a whole other team of beings like himself had been out there the whole time... Yet he didn't look at all regretful as he glanced down at you. "If I'd known I wasn't alone, I would have introduced myself and the kid ages ago. Looks like we've got my little one to thank for bringing us together."
You pouted and crossed your arms at the comment. "I'm not little anymore, dad."
"They did alright in a scrap, but how about we get you two back to base? I'm sure the other's will want to hear the story." Wheeljack said, easing your damaged pride with the compliment. You had indeed evaded those Vehicons for a good long while before being rescued... speaking of which, you could use a bit of rest somewhere secure.
Once more, Ultra Magnus stepped in to halt the festivities. "First; I shall communicate with Optimus and let him know what has transpired. He will likely want to meet you in person before we make any rash decisions."
"Seriously? Come on, Mags! Let's get this bot in an actual base!" Wheeljack replied in a huff, bringing back the arguing from before as if it had never stopped. Looking quite amused, Ironhide merely chuckled and offered you his hand, allowing you to get a lift onto his shoulders as was your custom. Clearly not phased by what he was seeing, the only parent you'd ever known let you get comfortable before following the group out of the partially collapsed cave. Who could have thought your simple little scouting mission would end like this?
"Come on kiddo." He said softly, watching the bickering with an expression of nostalgia. "I have a feeling things are about to get pretty interesting."

Siege Review Episode 3
Myeh... ah, just kidding, reviewing these is quite fun!
Tumblr media
So, episode 3 already starts off really dumb: While the Decepticons couldn’t locate the buried alive Impactor even with Ravage’s help, Ratchet just easily finds him by picking up a thin piece of rubble. Too bad nobot has a tracker on them like in previous shows...
Next scene is another dialogue in the dull, brown corridors of the Autobot headquarters. Optimus plans to send the Allspark away from Cybertron, though nobody knows what’s going to happen to the planet then. It might actually die. (Not that it seems very alive now...) Optimus says, that they won’t let Cybertron die. So, you can’t take the risk and try it out... I guess. Because otherwise you risk it dying. And you won’t let that happen. But you know they will do it. Therefore these were empty words.
The Decepticons on the other hand discuss different problems: Starscream is appalled by the reprogramming plan since he is a racial purity kind of guy. You know, because Autobots and Decepticons are races. Because you can change your race if you want. Yeah. He doesn’t want them filthy, inferior Sub-Cybertronians to be part of the Decepticons. The other seekers applaud, but Jerkfire not so much.
Megatron menacingly walks in and asks what all the ruckus is about. Starscream sends himself off to go on patrol, playing all loyal again.  As soon as Megatron and Jerkfire are alone, Megatron tells him that Starscream is nothing but a weapon. Jerkfire dismissively replies that Starscream is rather just a tool. Tools can be replaced, Megatron remarks to that and Jerkfire is shook!! Remember, Jerkfire is a bully, but a bully with principles!
Back to the dull, brown Autobot corridors... Elita is nagging, Optimus probably has a headache and Wheeljack finally tells them about the space bridge he had discovered in episode one. The one he stupidly activated while Bee and him tried to avoid attention, but somebody who talks with blinking lights on his head in the middle of a war zone isn’t very subtle. Optimus is happy, but Wheeljack says, that he cannot repair the space bridge, they will need Ratchet for that. Unfortunately Ratchet is just the same as edgy Bee: Frag both factions, leave me alone! (Who can blame him?)
Tumblr media
Meanwhile Shockwave complains that his torture methods won’t make Ultra Magnus talk. Hah, if only he had the cortical psychic patch, heh? Megatron almost blows Shockwave up for reminding him that this indeed isn’t TFP, but calms down again. Jerkfire is shook that Megatron almost killed one of his men.
Tumblr media
Spinister, my spirit bot, is part of the show! If he had a personality I’d be happy!
Mirage, disguised as Decepticon, approaches a group of them and they happily point to their collection of Autobots on stakes. They are covered in purple blood and that’s interesting since no bot ever bleeds when they are actually hurt. Mirage is shook seeing these unnamed, disgustingly colorful clones being dead like that and his disguise starts glitching. Then and there a fight between the Decepticon group and Mirage’s group starts. After some tetris blocks crashing together like fighting, I guess Spinister dies... aw man...
Optimus, Elita, Mirage and Co. eventually meet Ratchet and he is pissed. He is all anti-war now and only wants to heal, whoever that may be. That this also involves Decepticons is something the Autobots experience firsthand when Impactor tackles them. He is now super protective of Ratchet who had saved his life after all whereas his Decepticon brothers were too dumb to find him.
Furthermore Impactor rants about how he had been a slave while the Autobots had had an easy life. The Autobots are pretty much “Who cares?!” concerning their past.
While Ratchet throws the Autobots out, Shockwave keeps using his useless torture methods on Ultra Magnus who gets electrocuted so hard that he falls out of his handcuffs (???) and manages to get a gun. He runs after Megatron and threatens to shoot him, but Megatron reveals the best strategy ever: Exposing his back to his attacker. Ultra Magnus’s honor won’t let him shoot somebody in the back and therefore he is captured again. Well, Megatron should always fight with his back turned towards the enemy. It makes him invincible!
Even though Ratchet had thrown the Autobots out before, he decided to listen to them now. The moment he learns that Megatron searches for the Allspark, he is willing to help for the sake of the safety of his patients. Impactor wants to come along as his bodyguard which the Autobots are miffed about.
Back at the Decepticon base, Shockwave tortures Magnus with black electricity now. It must be more painful as Magnus ultimately gives up and promises to tell the location of the Autobot headquarters.
Tumblr media
At the same time Jerkfire and Skywarp fly around and randomly find the Autobot base themselves by picking up a signal. Actually the Autobots dropped Impactor’s communication device right in front of their front door. I think they deserve the Darwin award.
Skywarp wants to contact Megatron so they can slaughter all the Autobots, both of them assume are inside. Jerkfire doesn’t want the Autobot race to die, they should get another one of those countless chances to surrender. Skywarp thinks Jerkfire is full of slag and wants to fly away, but Jerkfire SHOOTS HIM IN THE BACK! ... And then he awkwardly apologizes. Skywarp uses this chance to fly off, but he is mortally wounded. As he reaches Starscream, all he can tell him is that Jerkfire is a traitor. Starscream goes Pingu Noot Noot face hearing this.

Humanformers+ High school AU
Alright so its midnight but i can’t sleep and i suddenly have this transformers high school au come out of my head
(i know a lots of people had write about that before but i’m going to do it any way, Yeah~)
this one is not a fic, just some setting
Mix of TFP, G1, TFA and IDW, more about TFP
👌🏻Me Asian and watch anime so the school will be like a weird mix of Japanese & US high school
they’re young so nothing too much you know (in every way)
OOC Alert!
Ok let’s start:
Optimus Prime is the student council president, with Ultra Magnus as the vice president.
i separate orion Pax from optimus as his younger brother bc why not let two op love Megatron instead of one∠( ᐛ 」∠)_
Starscream, thundercracker and Skywarp are drama club members, of course starscream as the leader of the club.
knock out and breakdown is also in the drama club, breakdown is there just bc knock out ask him to.
Megatron is in the basketball team, hang out with decepticons all the time, most likely soundwave and shockwave, starscream half mess half flirt with him if he is there so mega try to avoid him😂,
Tarn in another hand, Mega like him but Tarn get really touchy all the time since Mega’s family adopted him when he is little so Mega is his big brother and all (wtf am i writing(´-`)
Mega, Orion and Optimus are very close when they are little, they use to be neighbors but Mega’s mom past away so they move to the other side of the town,
Mega and Optimus get in to a big fight and break off, Megatron still talk to Orion but he refused to be near Optimus.
Tarn get adopted bc Megatron save him from the burning house that Tarn’s family used to live in, right before Mega’s mom died.
Wow everything is starting so get dark so lets talk about other
After everything happened, Megatron started to get new friend like Soundwave, he is the new neighbor with rumble and Frenzy as his little brothers.
Shockwave is the rich kid in town, he join the group bc his father don’t want him so stay in room all the time doing weird experiment, so he get push out of house everyday after school and he run into Megatron’s little “Gang”.
Starscream hang out with popular kids in school so he kind of just get involved, he is good looking indeed and smart(sometime), Megatron don’t mind people like him hang around even though he is annoying as fuck😂
Predaking moved in town in high school, he said he don't hang out with cons but still sit with them in lunch.
Megatron secretly write poetry and is very good at it, he post them online and actually have fans online, only two people know about that its Tarn and Soundwave.
Student council member: Optimus Prime, Ultra Magnus, Ratchet, Blur, Jazz, Arcee and Rodimus Prime.
Megatron doesn’t date a lot bc most of them get scary out by the people around him, he actually think something is wrong with him and try to improve it🙈
The story will be more focus on Megatron I guess, bc I love him so much, he is my life and the reason when I'm on Tumblr 😂😂😂
Yep actually think about that, its going be a everyone love Megatron’s story, he is so great and deserve all the love in this world that he can get👌🏻
Welcome to ask me anything about this! I hope I can write more as soon as possible, don’t mind all the grammar problems please, Thank you😄

Hiya friend! Hope you're doing well!👍 I was hoping I could get a TFP match up for signifigant other? I'm 5'4 with hazel eyes and brown hair. I exploring anywhere new, playing video games, watching almost any TV, traveling, and browsing the internet, especially YouTube. I'm good at math, doodling and making people laugh. I am funny, loud, adventurous, and kinda awkward in public. (Also I apologize for this getting a bit long!😰)
No need to apologize for it being long! I wouldn’t mind at all if everyone went all the way to the word count for these match-ups.
I match you with….. Ratchet (TFP)
That mech falls in love with you every single day, every second he spends with you he seems to find more and more about you that he loves. You don’t even know what you’re doing to earn such affection (I’ll give you a hint: BEING YOURSELF). You are already apart of such an amazing adventure with the autobots, you never imagined such an honor as earning the spark of Ratchet. At first you just hung around him on a dare from Miko. But, slowly, you saw you were developing feelings, and so was he. Everyone at base can see Ratchet is happier than ever since he’s gotten to know you (your family has noted the same about you as well, though they don’t know the exact person behind this happiness).
“Arcee, come here, you gotta see this video! It’s hilarious!” Bulkhead muses, beconing Arcee from across the room.
“Sure,” She agrees, “why not, nothing else is going on.” She stands by Bulkhead as they both tower over Rafs computer. Jack, Miko, Raf, and you sit around it. Miko does the honors and presses play. The short, 48 second, video plays and soon the room erupts with laughter.
“What is going on in here?!” Ratchet exclaims. Everyone looks over in his direction, he must have just walked in, Ultra Magnus and Optimus in tow.
“Miko found this really funny video. We were just showing it to them.” Raf explains.
“Time should be used more wisely.” Ultra Magnus comments.
“Not much that we can do right now, me and Raf’s program hasn’t turned up anything yet. Once it does it will notify us, so unless you know something it’s just one big waiting game.” You counter, why was Magnus always the party pooper? From Wheeljack’s stories it would seem he’s always been the stick in the mud.
“Ya Magnus, lighten up a little.” Bulkhead adds.
“Maybe watching the video will loosen you up a bit.” Miko suggests.
“Pass. I’ll just go patrol the area.” Ultra Magnus states, turning to Optimus. Ratchet had ignored the whole exchange and was just silently working on something in his lab space.
“Do not be long, we have no way of knowing when the decepticons will strike next.” Optimus warns. Magnus nods his understanding before transforming and driving out of the base.
“Think Ratchet might want to see the video? He’s been pretty serious these past few days, he needs a good laugh.” You ask the others.
“Ratchet? Pretty sure he can’t smile anymore.” Miko answers.
“Miko may be right, (Y/n). After our first base’s destructions and everything, he really hasn’t.” Arcee confirms, Bulkhead nods in agreement. You instead shake your head in confusion.
“Someone can’t just stop smiling.” You say.
“Ratchets the first then.” Miko states, “But, if you think you can do it, why don’t we make a bet or sorts.”
“A bet?” You question.
“A game. You get Ratchet to smile I’ll…” Miko trails off in thought.
“Stop sneaking away through ground bridges?” Jack suggests.
“Ya! I’ll stop doing that for a week if you get Ratchet to smile or laugh, deal?” Miko asked. You place your hand on your chin in mock consideration.
“Make it a month and you got a deal.” You challenge. Miko look back at Ratchet seeming to calculate the odds.
“Deal!”
You had spent a good month or so around Ratchet and haven’t gotten anything out of him, absolutely nothing. You had taken the time to make this completely original joke to try and make him laugh. All it earned you was a lot of confused looks and one glare. It had been the best one of the loot…
“Did you know, in an alternate universe an Autobot scanned a truck carrying a lot of a certain kind of tropical fruit…
That Autobot became known as the legendary Ultra Mangos!”
Yep.. the best one…
“Hey (Y/n), wanna play UNO with us?” Jack calls from across the room. You jult from your daze and look back over at Jack. You were currently at this little lab area with Ratchet while he worked away.
“Sure. Ratchet, think you can give me a lift over?” You ask. Ratchet nods and sets down the tools he was using and holds out his hand to you. You graciously step onto it, gripping one of his curled fingers for support as he walks over to Jack and the others. Once there you jump off and land next to Jack.
“Thanks Ratchet, you’ll have to tell me more about that Synthetic Energon stuff tomorrow, K?” You say, facing Ratchet.
“You were listening during all that?” Ratchet questions. You smile up at him and nod.
“Of course I was!” You declare. Ratchet -
“HE’S SMILING!” Miko shrieks from the couch.  Ratchet had indeed smiled, for a second. Now he was fuming, defending himself against Mikos allegations while Raf and Jack reminded Miko what she had to do now. It all ended with a grumpy Miko, a laughing Raf and Jack, and a satisfied Ratchet (having just learned that Miko will not be sneaking away on Autobot missions). Then there was you, standing all confused by the railing. Jokes hadn’t worked on him, no videos you showed him did either. What had made him smile? What did you do to make the grumpy medic smile?

How would the tfp bots and cons react to the musical AU where humans are always singing out of nowhere basically music comes out of nowhere and they are singing and dancing to express themselves
Confusion. Sheer fragging confusion.
On Cybertron, songs are indeed a part of the culture. But music is a special thing, usually sacred to a degree in most cases. Even when it is not intrinsically tied to some important act or ceremony, song is special and warrants attention. There is a special line drawn between music meant to just make noise and song that actually matters.
Humans busting out of the woodworks with songs periodically for seemingly no reason or for relatively petty things would be... unsettling to say the least. Optimus would likely just be disappointed in the quality of music considering his deeply history rich upbringing. Ratchet would be more annoyed than anything else since for him the music made by humans sits firmly in the "Irrelevant background noise" category. He might try and find the reason WHY humans do what they do, but largely he would try to ignore it. Bulkhead I think would simply be startled since its so random. Miko busting into song while sitting in his passenger seat would almost certainly send him swerving a few times before he learns to adjust.
Arcee might humor Jack once in a while when he tries to instinctually drag her into a song. But other than that she wouldn't care all that much except for when they are trying to do something important and a human busts into a musical number. Bumblebee and Smokescreen would be ridiculously invested in finding the source of the musical number plague that prompts spontaneous songs and gets whoever is closest to play music. They would be the most involved in finding out HOW the wind always manages to dramatically swirl Miko's hair when she's singing about fighting enemies.
Ultra Magnus would lose his mind. Not literally of course. However he would be driven half mad in his attempts to decipher HOW humanity seems to have a hive mind but only when its time for a musical number. He's the one with the white board of theories and red string in his room.
He will figure it out or die trying.
Wheeljack just thinks its funny and tries to prompt songs with offhanded comments.

What about the TFP autobots coming back to Earth and they meet the kids who are now adults (referring to the ‘TFP Kids and Their Future’ post btw!) it would be very nice to see the bots interact with miko’s adopted kids if she has any💪
What a lovely idea! Gonna be some mixed angst and feels in this though so be warned. Can't have joy without a tig bit of sorrow!
After Twenty Long Years
Time works a bit differently for Cybertronians. Their indefinitely long lifespans ensure that they see the passage of time in a different light. A century for them is round about a year and change when using human measurements. As such when they finally returned to earth they were completely shocked. Twenty years wasn't all that long to them at all, it felt like an extended work trip more than anything else. So seeing the human children suddenly be no longer children and even have children of their own blew the bots away.
They knew human lifespans were short, but they didn't think they were that short.
Bumblebee was the first to return to Earth. He missed Rafael and the others and wanted to see the old base again. And so he sent a message to the American government in advance and requested a meeting with his human friends. His request was granted and soon after, he used the space bridge on Cybertron to get to earth. When he arrived he found himself before five humans who looked so similar to the ones he was familiar with, and yet incredibly different.
Rafael, now a full grown adult, was the first to step forward and greet Bumblebee as he stood staring with wide optics. Bumblebee was unable to believe what he was seeing and spent the next several minutes checking to be sure that, yes the human was indeed Rafael, and that no, he wasn't hallucinating. Then all the emotions Bumblebee had put away for later came bubbling up again.
Tearfully and with a wavering voice, Bumblebee refamiliarized himself with Rafael, then Miko, Jack, Agent Fowler, and even June. They were all much older, their organic frames more developed/deteriorated, and that startled Bumblebee. However he did his best to not show this as the children, now no longer children, began getting him up to date on everything that had gone on during his absence.
Bumblebee was sure there couldn't be any more surprises in store for him beyond the sudden (at least in his view) growth of the children into adults and the rapid aging of Fowler and June. But he found himself proven wrong when Rafael told him all about his efforts to reach Cybertron. He was only more shocked when he heard about Miko's adventures getting the organization in order all while handling being a parent. And of course, when Bumblebee felt about ready to faint from the sudden influx of data, June and Fowler let him know that they married and Jack told him all about his spouse was expecting.
With all the information and the sudden realization that humans age far quicker than he originally thought, Bumblebee sent out a notice to the rest of the team, requesting that they all join him on earth for a reunion. He did this partially out a fear that if he waited too long that the human children would up and die, but mostly out of a desire to have an excuse to get the team together again. His request was accepted by the team within a few days and soon after, they started to arrive.
Bulkhead and Wheeljack came next, and both were left flabbergasted at Miko's growth. She was still as energetic as ever and with enough will to fight a Con just like before, but the two wreckers still spent a hot minute trying to determine if Miko was actually Miko. After everything was confirmed they immediately tried to drag her into a game with them as their way of reminiscing. Rafael and Jack started to have flashbacks to times when Miko nearly got herself killed playing with the bots as she went about trying to play lob ball using a mech suit.
Ultra Magnus and Arcee came a day or so later, both swamped in work, but also eager to be back on earth. Ultra Magnus only because he wanted to ensure that none of the team did anything foolish, and Arcee because she had greatly missed her human ward throughout their time apart. While Arcee flung herself back into refamiliarizing herself with Jack who she had grown to consider a son of sorts, Ultra Magnus focused on stopping Miko and her wreckers from destroying things.
Smokescreen and Ratchet came last, each having been out beyond the borders of Cybertron doing work for the council before receiving the invitation to come to earth. Smokescreen was ecstatic and his first response was to look at the human children in awe, questioning them to see if they got reformatted before being told that, no, they just got older. Ratchet got to know the children again and congratulated Fowler and June before ultimately pulling away to watch from the sidelines. Earth had too many memories for him to be completely comfortable, especially without Optimus.
Once all the bots were settled, the now grown children brought out their families for the bots to meet.
Arcee nearly cried when she was introduced to Jack's wife and saw her very apparent pregnancy. It was incredibly hard for the two wheeler to keep her cool as Jack guided her servo toward his wife baby bump. She did end up shedding silent tears when the unborn babe kicked, allowing Arcee to feel the fledgling life growing within its mother's womb. Ratchet and the others found it incredibly interesting, but none had the same reactions as Arcee. In her mind she had only been gone the human equivalent of a few months only to return and find her human sparkling had gone off, grown up, and was about to have a child of his own. She was both pleased beyond measure at the development and sorrowful because it meant that her sparkling was all grown up and no longer needed her.
Jack, ever the kind soul, saw Arcee's emotional turmoil and asked her to be the godmother to his unborn child. The two wheeler very nearly broke down, but was able to keep her composure well enough to accept the offer with utmost respect. Such bonds, especially on Cybertron, were nothing to be taken lightly.
(Even far into the future when Jack and his children were long dead, Arcee remained and watched over his descendants loyally, totally devoted to her position as a godmother. To her it did not matter if the humans faded and died in a matter of months by Cybertronian standards. Jack and all his descendants were under her protection, she had promised him, and she intended to continue her watch, teaching and guiding his descendants centuries into the future for as long as his line remained.)
While Arcee had her moment with Jack and his wife, Ratchet and Bumblebee were introduced to the people Rafael saw as family. Rafael had not married or had any children of his own, being far too fixated on his work of reaching the stars to even begin considering such a thing. However he did take several bright and open minded apprentices who he saw as his children in a way. His apprentices were all relatively young, being in their late teens or early twenties, but in front of Bumblebee and Ratchet, they acted like children in a candy shop. Each of them asking questions at rapid fire pace, taking scans, making notes, or trying to climb up onto the medic and scout's armor.
Ratchet was scared more than anything else, not wanting to harm the little humans as they scurried about. He ended up sitting on the ground, perfectly still as Rafael's exuberant apprentices poked around and looked at him with what the medic could only describe as puppy dog eyes. For the first time in years, Ratchet smiled and allowed himself to relax, remembering times when Rafael acted the same way. As for Bumblebee? He teared up a little watching all of Rafael's apprentices scramble and look up at him with stars in their eyes. They might not have been born of Rafael, but Bumblebee could see Rafael's influence and felt more than a little excited as his big brother instincts kicked in. Rafael's little apprentices had so much to learn, so many questions, and endless curiosity. Bumblebee couldn't wait to watch them grow.
(Bumblebee ended up making earth his mostly permanent home, only ever returning to Cybertron for short periods of time or for important work. He took great joy in watching each generation of Rafael's space program work away happily, each being so curious and desperate to reach the stars. Eventually Bumblebee, in a far off future, would stand by the humans who had taken on Rafael's legacy as they stood before the council and joined the wider galaxy. Ratchet would become something of a legend for those in Rafael's program, turning up randomly and for a few months at a time before vanishing for decades. Ratchet couldn't stand getting attached after Rafael's death and so only returned to earth occasionally to check in on Rafael's legacy before leaving again. However when humanity finally did join the rest of the galaxy, he at last allowed himself to let go of his grief and connect with humans again.)
Meanwhile Ultra Magnus, Smokescreen, Bulkhead, and Wheeljack were introduced to Miko's rather large family. She had married, but she and her partner had not had children of their own, instead opting to adopt children from war torn countries. Miko's clan numbered around twelve strong including her and her spouse and not including her two dogs, both named after the wreckers she had grown up emulating. The wreckers and the rookie elite guardsman were left completely awestruck for the most part upon seeing Miko's rather ginormous family. They ended up spending the entire day playing with her horde of children, singing them songs, teaching them Cybertronian games, and wrecker standards. By the end of the day, each of Miko's children were thoroughly sold on the idea of becoming wreckers themselves.
Wheeljack, in his increadible wisdom, forged each of Miko's children little blades just for them, telling them to protect the innocent and fight for freedom like wreckers aught to. As her children were all between the ages of six and seventeen, the results of his gift giving were varied, but the end result led to Ultra Magnus giving the children lessons on proper blade usage and law. Bulkhead did his best to keep them from trying to stab each other, on purpose or by accident, all while Smokescreen made it more difficult by setting up targets and giving the children fake Decepticons to fight (he ended up pretending to be Megatron, much to the joy of the children as they defeated him in glorious combat).
(Miko's descendants would later go on to create a human division of the wreckers with Wheeljack and Bulkhead's help. Their unit was accepted by the Cybertronian council after more than a little haggling on Ultra Magnus's part. But in the end, humans and Cybertronians fought together side by side, as brothers and sisters in arms, bound together by their oaths as wreckers. Smokescreen was not involved much in this, but did train multiple humans in fighting against Cybertronian opponents.)
It was a good day for both humans and Cybertronians. At last, they were reunited... However not all news was pleasant.
When asked about Cybertron, the bots told them that it had been restored... at a cost. When questioned as to where Optimus was and what the cost happened to be, the saddened expression from the bots led the humans to piece the puzzle together rather quickly. To Rafael, Miko, and Jack, Optimus was not only their protector, but he was also a guide, teacher, and listening ear. They may not have been as close to the Prime as they were to the other bots, but he was still always there, always willing to march forward no matter the odds. As such hearing of his sacrifice to restore Cybertron was not surprising considering the Prime's personality, but it was saddening.
Optimus would never see the fruits of his labor, he would never know if earth was safe and if all went well. He would never know of Rafael's acheivements. He would never meet Miko's children. And he would never get to see Jack's unborn child.
They may not have known the Prime like Ratchet did, but they loved him nonetheless.
Optimus's Return
Ten years after the team returned to earth for the first time, Optimus returned to the living realm, and after completing his mission, made his own visit to the human children he had once guarded.
He was met with teary eyes and long awaited hugs. They were older, far older than he remembered them being, but the humans were still his little ones all the same. Optimus could not stop the small yet sad smile that formed on his face as he brought Jack, Miko, and Rafael up to his face. They hugged him softly and afterward, brought him to meet their families as they had done ten years prior with his team.
Rafael's apprentices were still as starry eyed as ever before, and Optimus patiently answered their questions when they were brought to him and promptly bombarded him with queries. Miko's children were an absolute joy for the Prime, even the grown ones were lovely. He spent hours telling her young ones stories and gently patting her first grandchild as the babe reached for his huge digit with a happy giggle. Jack's small family was just as wonderful for Optimus and he spent just as long lovingly playing with Jack's ten year old son and five year old daughter.
(Long into the future, Optimus still made journeys to earth just to meet the children born of Miko and Jack's lines. He became something of a mystical entity to their descendants, coming to earth once every handful of decades to bless the children and wish them well. Most would think it meant nothing, but later, after many generations had come and gone, each receiving Optimus's blessing, the children started to change. Almost as though an instinct had been implanted into them long ago, the children always came running when Optimus came, each reaching out to him and understanding his words despite nothing being spoke in English, or sometimes even aloud. In time, they would come to develop a unique bond with Cybertronians and an ability to understand them as no other humans had ever before. Weather it was the result of Optimus's blessings or the progression of humanity is debatable, but the results are undeniable.)
