I'm hoping to! Think it could be good practice with Skytemple since the general plot and locations wouldn't change too much 👀

Still drafting out the story but the general idea I have rn is 'pmd eos where everything is the same except hero and partner are mysteriously absent, and replaced by Kris and Susie'

Kris is a shiny Ralts while Susie is a shiny Fuecoco, neither have amnesia but were caught up in a strange and unusual storm while heading home after school one night. They're trying to find their way home, all the while helping out in the strange new world they've found themselves in.

Hero and partner (when shown or mentioned) will be the default team pokepals - hero piplup and chimchar partner just like in the anime :D

Idk how far I'll get with this but I'm about halfway through coding the first chapter and drafting notes for the second!

Bad End AUs part 2

Sorry if I'm terribly late but I got my side of @ask-the-royal-absol's event finished! Hopefully just in time. -Mega CONTENT WARNING FOR: Blood/Gore, Death, rough topics. . . . Bad ending: Dexter, the Street Fighter

Story: It was a rough few weeks after the Pokepals disbanded, and the aggressive bullying from 'Ninasha' didn't help either. He tried his best to move on and continue his hobby of being a musician, but this got him nowhere, and each song he made kept getting worse and worse. Dexter's dad noticed this sudden change in behavior, and spent most of his time with his son to help him out, in fact he spent so much of his time on his son that he put an end to his band just so he can focus on Dexter. Sadly with every attempt, it didn't help Dexter at all, and sooner or later the Callahans were on the brink of becoming broke. With no other options Dexter quit being a musician altogether, and joined an illegal fight club in the slums of kou'piki city just so he can get the money to support his family, because he wasn't old enough to join the big leagues. The Dexter we once knew is gone, being replaced by a cold and serious Deino who cared more about violent fights than his long gone passion for music. That was pretty rough, huh? Well hopefully it isn't that bad for Skarla's end, in fact let's go check on her!

Oh... Well I guess this bad ending will be saved for another time later on. Who knows... But for those curious, Evan, Skarla's trainer, has been captured by Team Phoenix for the purpose of becoming a brainwashed soldier. Skarla did everything she could to try and save Evan but it was too late, and met an unfortunate hand by her own trainer.

I’ve always found it a little silly that Team Pokémon was always the default team name in RT. At least Poképals was slightly more creative, Gates and Super left you to be as creative (or uncreative) as the character limitations would allow, and RTDX has several different “defaults” to choose from.

by the way, hearing all these team businesses, me and some friends have a kinda unofficial one in our home region, not doing anything more than painting with some of those glow in the dark paints, if... say one were to visit, is there anywhere in sinnoh we could find inspiration for some work?

preferably, also somewhere to get a blank canvas, normally we use the walls here as the league is cool with 'em, but don't think you'd approve as much.

Wrt inspiration, I'm incredibly biased but I would recommend the lakes, Mount Coronet and the Spear Pillar, and Snowpoint Temple. Granted, some of those places (Spear Pillar and the temple specifically) do require clearance from the pokemon league to get there, but just between you and me if you explained that you were looking for inspiration I bet the champion would be more than willing to escort you there!

As far as artwork goes: public property is fine as long as you aren't drawing anything offensive (use your best judgment) and ask for private property.

My favorite explorer has got to be Chatot from the Grass Continent! I admire his wisdom. My favorite team would be Team Pokepals. Because. You know. Saving the world. I also love Team Charm as well. Medicham is my favorite, though.
