From the Turbo twins replacing Turbo AU I made, I designed to play around with it a bit more because I love the twins sm<33
So, this is the full body of their cybug form. Their color has been changed but mostly are still same
….anddd— Wondergøtten jump scare! This definitely isn’t canon or anything. Probably just a doodle but imagining this is funny enough. ( Oh yah, I name mine twins “ Nitro and Booster ” if you don’t know ) AU inside AU… double AU
Ft. Set himself. He’s gonna have enough of this shit [ @danisha-tdh ]

Hi guys. I want a long head boy/girl fic. 8th year common trauma vibes <20ch. Enemies to lovers. Thanks dramione rulezzzzz
One Day at a Time - DragonBaiter - T, 18 chapters - Hermione went back to Hogwarts to finish her education, not anticipating how difficult it would be without her two best friends or how she’d have to work closely with Draco Malfoy to fulfill their Head Girl and Head Boy duties. With both of them still suffering from the emotional scars they received during the war, will they be able to get through each day, or will it all go upside down? Note: There is not a separate Head Girl and Boy dorm in this story.
Proximity - maraudersreign - E, WIP - After the war, returning to Hogwarts; Hermione Granger is left with a festering wound. One inside her soul, and one blistering deep inside of her arm. And he is the only person that sets off a fire inside the both of them. Either way, she learns she can’t come close to him without the scar on her arm paralyzing her entire body — and it’s impossible to stay away when she’s forced to live with him.And his best friend who is desperate for her help, in exchange for a secret that he swore to keep.Soulmate/soulbond au. Eighth Year, Head Boy/girl. Forced proximity. There is a lot of shit, be prepared.*before this work is complete, there might be editing and changes to the chapters, but no plot changes*
Build (Volume I: Ashes) by JessicaLovejoyAO3 - E, 21 chapters, Words: 158,265 - Following the Battle of Hogwarts and the Fall of Voldemort, the Golden Trio work to return to some semblance of normalcy and heal. The Ministry of Magic tries to rectify their past mistakes with swift retaliation across Europe for Death Eaters and their sympathizers. Hogwarts reopens 6 months after the Second War. The story begins in summer 1998, where everyone who returns to Hogwarts must complete an extended eighth year. The condition for all involved is at least 30 sessions of mandated therapy funded by the Ministry. Inspired by: Remain Nameless by heyjude19 Remain Nameless’s Draco often lamented how much time was lost with Hermione because he was a bigoted prat and mired in self-loathing. This work is a mental exercise that strives to answer the question of what would happen if DHr continued at Hogwarts after the war and had the proper supports to learn to forgive and heal together? Expect smut, therapy, and two-way notebooks.
Twinned Quills - MeghanLeFay - M, 32 chapters, Words: 107,003  - The wrapping was a shimmering blue paper that reflected in the light. Hermione tore through the paper to reveal a sturdy black box. She carefully pried open the lid, and a gasp escaped her lips. With a shaking hand, she pulled out a long feather quill that had been dyed a very deep blue. … The quill scratched over the parchment as an invisible hand began to write. It wrote a single line, then stopped in place. ‘Took you long enough. Is this the first time you’ve tried to use  it?’ She recognized that tight, angular script. ‘Malfoy?’ … Hermione paused, and her eyes rested on Malfoy’s note from last night: ‘Why do you clutch at your arm every time you see me?’ Words jumbled around in her mind until slowly, deliberately, she wrote back: ‘My scars haven’t faded yet.’
Illusioned - Shannona - E, 36 chapters, Words: 208,394 - Hermione returns to Hogwarts to complete her final year as Head Girl! With the Battle of Hogwarts over and the wizarding world uniting and attempting to return to peace-time, she says goodbye to her two best friends as they head to Auror training. Little did she know that her world would soon be turned upside by a person she had never expected to become a part of her life, let alone drag her into his. Plot Notes - Draco and his mother defected to the Order after the incident at Malfoy Manor (TDH), fighting on their side in the Battle. The story jumps back and forth from present-day (Hermione in her early-mid 20’s) to Hermione in Hogwarts.

I can't believe Leo went from burning down a machine shop, lobbing fireballs at a fire for funzies after turning into gold, and then DEFEATING A FRICKING SNOW GODDESS without breaking a sweat in HoO (metaphorically, Leo probs can't sweat since he's heat resistant)
To almost passing out after lobbing 1 fireball at a blemmayae in TDH
And then to setting his whole body on fire later in the book and being perfectly fine and happy (tho he did get sad abt him and Calypso a few mins later- anyone who makes our boy sad must DIE! WHO'S WITH ME?)

Not a question but I started listening to The Dear Hunter because of you and I'm enjoying it very much so thank you for that
GOOOOOOOOD!!!!!!!
You're getting into them at a great time too because they've just started to build a whole new story/universe and you're able to get in on the ground floor and be around as it releases
A couple notes to navigate the rest of their discography beyond the Acts:
"Antimai" is probably the biggest other thing they have right now, it's the first full album of the new story I mentioned above, and it's a fantastic listen. Essentially just sets the stage for the story and does worldbuilding. (Also recommend listening to The Indigo Child (song, not album) to get an idea of what's going on there
"The Color Spectrum" "Migrant/Migrant Returned" - both great, Migrant is more personal songs that don't follow a particular concept, Returned is an updated version just released a few days ago that remixes some of the songs and adds in some bonus tracks that were not previously on streaming services (I consider it the superior version.) The Color Spectrum was originally a series of EPs that are loosely based on the feelings evoked by the different colors of the rainbow, really good listen.
"All Is As All Should Be" is a fantastic EP, and 100% worth the listen
"Honorary Astronaut - EP. 001" is basically TDH in all but the name, it's a side project by the lead singer Casey Crescenzo, it's phenomenal.
"The Fox and the Hunt" is a compilation of orchestral compositions from Acts 4/5, I don't personally think it's required listening and is very different, but still great if you end up loving those albums and like orchestral stuff.
"The Indigo Child (Album)" has two versions of the song The Indigo Child, and the score for a short film set in the new universe they're establishing. The short film is called Cycle 8 and can be watched for free on YouTube if you're interested.
There's a treasure trove of other goodies not available on Spotify to be discovered if you dig around too, from things like the Dear Ms. Leading EP, covers, collaborations, live stuff, etc. If you're ever interested in any of it let me know and I can dig up what I know of for you.

Ship manifesto: Nabrielise from TBS&TDH
Tumblr media
Do people do these anymore? Fuck it, I’m bringing sexy back.
Hit this link for the soundtrack playlist, composed by the female indie duo Let’s Eat Grandma.
Meet Nathan Byrne.
Tumblr media
Nathan is a 16-year-old living in a world of witchcraft. He’s the bastard son of the Devil Himself, aka Marcus Edge, aka one of the most infamous Blood witches around. Nathan is a snarky sweetheart who spends the first two episodes experiencing what I can only describe as magical racial profiling. The show really underlined the point by casting a biracial actor. Nathan’s mother ws a Fairborn witch (get it, FAIRborn? It’s not subtle), so he, too, is mixed and basically all the Fairborn witches expect him to turn evil at some point. So they constantly beat the shit out of him, to the point that you’re ROOTING for him to snap and turn evil. But he’s a sweetheart, really.
Meet Annalise O’Brien.
Tumblr media
She’s a 16-year-old Fairborn witch and the daughter of the chief Hunter for the Fairborn Council, who’s in charge of tracking down and killing Blood Witches. Yeah, it’s set up to be a real Romeo-and-Juliet situation. But they subvert it beautifully. More on that later.
Annalise and Nathan meet when her family moves into town specifically so that her father, brother, and cousins can more effectively “monitor” (read: harass) Nathan. But Annalise decides that he’s okay and she likes him. Somehow their burgeoning teenage romance doesn’t come off as entirely cliche, mainly due to the charisma of the two actors.
Tumblr media
But it gets better from there.
You see, when witches in this world turn 17, they get their powers. And, uh, Annalise’s powers are a fuckin’ DOOZY. (<---WARNING FOR GORE. I’m serious. Hannibal levels of gore.)
Tumblr media
Annalise accidentally kills someone with her power and she and Nathan go on the run together, pursued by Annalise’s dad, who is obsessed with killing Nathan’s dad by any means necessary, including some very dark magic. With the Fairborn Council after them, the duo could really use some help.
Enter: GABRIEL.
Tumblr media
In his underwear and a robe.
I say with all the perfect knowledge of someone who has been in fandom for a long fucking time: Gabriel is fandom kryptonite. He’s snarky, tattooed, queer, and keeps a gun in a pizza box. He starts off as morally-grey but has a heart of gold. He has a horribly tragic backstory that likely includes child sexual abuse.
Gabriel has been hired by a mysterious, creepy woman named Mercury to bring Nathan and Annalise to her in Switzerland. Their flight from the Fairborn Council involves jumping out of windows, enlisting the help of a pirate, traveling through “cuts,” and trying to evade both Fairborn and Blood witches, as well as consuming vast quantities of weed and vodka.
Tumblr media
Along the way, Gabriel starts unwillingly to care about these two idiots, and all three of them learn to trust one another.
Here’s where things go to the next level. Because Netflix just -- does the thing.
That’s right: THERE WAS ONLY ONE BED.
Tumblr media
And lo, suddenly there’s a whole different kind of tension in the group. Nathan and Gabriel start making eyes at each other and even scoping out a passing buff dude. But Nathan seems no less devoted to and loving of Annalise. Instead, Netflix actually did the ding-dang thing. They said, Nathan Byrne has two hands.
Tumblr media
Now, that isn’t to say everything is smooth sailing. There’s a really lovely little character arc in the background in which Annalise comes to terms with Nathan’s bisexuality and polyamory, but not in a jealous or hostile way, more like she’s a teenager trying to understand how this all works, if it can work. Fortunately, there’s a six-foot-two bisexual badass woman to provide counsel to her.
Tumblr media
It also helps that Gabriel and Annalise have chemistry all on their own, though I tend to read it as platonic. YMMV.
Tumblr media
The season ends with the three of them telling each other, “I love you, both.” (Well, Nathan and Annalise say it. Gabriel is...look, he’s got a lot of trauma. Give him some time.)
So yeah. The throuple is real, and canon, and interracial, and bisexual, and supported by the actors.
FIC RECS!!!!
Gap Year, by sirsparklepants, in which Annalise mourns the life she thought she’d have.
The Last One Out Better Hit the Lights, by LiamGoes_Outside, which is post-canon, as the three feel their way towards a proper relationship and trust.
when your heart was open wide (and you loved things just because) by shesthesmoke, in which Gabriel keeps a promise.

tuesday again ?
i feel like im gonna have a lot of very boring short ones like this because i dont really get to. do fun things. right now because of grad school workload. so there's that. anyways here she is
listening: same locked tomb podcasts as last week, plus some TDH. (i am once again projecting blorbo of the week onto TDH albums - last time it was the untamed onto act v, now we're doing the locked tomb on act iv, my brain is a circle)
like im SORRY but that song is just john god gaius! "So, will I never know heaven or hell?/Or is eternity something worse?" is my body really part of the earth? and is there blood running through my veins? idk john you tell me!
reading: i lied and did finish rereading gideon the ninth in basically one sitting tuesday night last week, oopsie! however i did also read this songxuexiao fanfic, obsessed with the setting and the vibes of that one.
watching: none this week
playing: none this week
making: continuing to crochet my shawl! i was almost halfway done but then i frogged a bunch of rows because i noticed i skipped a stitch about six rows back. so. gotta re-make up that progress unforutnately
BONUS: what delights have I experienced?
walking around: did a LOT of walking this weekend - me + roommate + her boyfriend all went to her family's place outside of chicago for the weekend to belatedly celebrate all our birthdays! walked around geneva and batavia on saturday, i originally planned on using some birthday money on wardrobe additions but unfortunately nothing caught my eye, but i did get this very cute lamp pull from some woodworking grandpas
Tumblr media
then we did chicago on sunday, mainly linkin park zoo, which was so good... got to see some great creatures.
fellowship: pain. too much fellowship. an abundance of fellowship. spent the whole weekend with people which was fun but boy howdy do i need some alone time
deliciousness: paneer my beloved. roommate got indian food last night and bequeathed the leftovers upon me so that was lunch today. we hit the chicago oven pizza grinder on sunday and that was pretty good, roommate really hyped it up but it was ... fine ... i think i just can't get over how weird the concept of "pizza pot pie" is. the dough was really good tho. best meal of the weekend was probably sushi on friday night, the restaurant also had one of those robots and it was very cute
goofing: zoo is probably included in the goofing. certainly saw some very good goofy lil guys. meerkats are for sure goofy little guys. hearing their little toes going tippy tap on the stone was priceless.
transcendence: n/a
amelioration: n/a
coitus: im choosing to treat this one as an experience that made me go "wow this fucks" instead of literally fucking because otherwise it will be Blank Every Week.
enthrallment: still majorly hyperfocusing on the locked tomb ... brain empty no thoughts only lyctors
wildcard: n/a

You've watched tbs&tdh?! Yay! What's your favourite part, what would you change, and do you have any headcanons for the characters' future? 👀
hi babe! Yes i did--and I wouldn't have if it wasn't for you posting it, so thank you for that! The book series it was based on looked terrible, tbh, so i was surprised by how good the show looked in the gifs you were posting. I really enjoyed it!
I think the best parts of the show were a) the cast. The main three have great chemistry and the lead is charismatic enough to pull off being a tragic chosen one without being a drag, which is hard to find in ya! I also think it was a good decision to cast a black lead. I know opinions and execution varies on this, but I tend to prefer a racial allegory in fiction to be backed up by actually casting a non-white actor in the role. Even though this casting isn't strict throughout the show (its not like all blood witches are black and all fairborns are white), having him be the biracial child of a black father felt like a deliberate choice on the part of the showmakers, not something incidental or shoehorned in.
Love a fantasy road trip. Not much else to say there, just a personal fave of mine <3
The other big thing I really liked about it was the unique style the show had! It felt distinct from other fantasy ya shows, from the costuming to the set design to the mundane, muddy, tramping through the woods scenes. And some of the magic was genuinely very creepy and unique--the scene with mercury possessing his grandmother in particular scared the crap out of me!
And lastly, I loved the decisions made with the relationships. I liked that each of the three central characters has their own arcs and their own relationships with each other--it made the group convincing and balanced. While I wouldn't really have minded a bisexual love triangle (as long as the girl doesn't get sidelined), I really enjoyed where they ended up as something pretty explicitly poly! I was surprised to see that play out so purposefully on screen--i guess id assumed it was mostly fan interpretation, but no, it really seems like what the showrunners were going for!
Now for the negatives lol. (And tbh im inclined to blame most of these on the book series.) Firstly, I think that the magic system is unclear. The idea that each person has a power, fine. But then some of those powers (like gabriels) seem to be just, can do witchcraft and potions? Okay. Also there's no clear distinction between what blood witches and fairborn witches can do. Which is fine if that's the point they're making thematically, but it really seems like there were supposed to be differences in abilities in these two different groups that are just... never shown clearly on screen?
My other criticism would be that I think they've written themselves into a conflict they can't write a satisfying solution to. Which is the problem with discrimination-based fictional conflict--there isn't an easy solution in real life, so it's hard to find one that's satisfying in fiction, unless you have plenty of time and very skilled writers. (Which, lets be real, most ya netflix shows do not have.)
Where would I want them to go from here? I'm rarely of this opinion, but honestly I think they'd be well within their rights to say fuck it, and hop a boat to america or something, leave this all behind. I think the most likely outcome is that they try to use their combined power to force a truce on the adults, initially fail because they're young and easily manipulated, but eventually gain something more equal and lasting. But what I would really enjoy seeing is them all, like, going to the beach. Waiting tables. Getting terrible hobbies. Continuing the fantasy roadtrip but, like, not dying this time. You know?

do you have on any background noise when you write?
I like to listen to a lot of ambient instrumental stuff. Nine Inch Nails has a few albums like that that are phenomenal for setting the mood.
When it comes to TDH sometimes I'll put on Tiger King or the Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia lol

Choosing the right booster pump for your needs
Choosing the right booster pump for your needs is crucial to ensure optimal performance and efficiency in your water supply or fluid transfer system. Here are the key factors to consider when making this important decision:
Tumblr media
Flow Rate Requirements: Determine the desired flow rate or volume of fluid that the booster pump needs to handle. Calculate the peak and average flow rates to ensure the pump can meet your demands effectively.
Pressure Needs: Assess the required pressure level for your application. Different applications, such as residential water supply or industrial processes, may have varying pressure requirements. Ensure the pump can deliver the necessary pressure consistently.
Type of Fluid: Consider the type of fluid you'll be pumping. Booster pumps are designed for specific fluids, and factors like viscosity, temperature, and corrosiveness can impact the pump's material construction and design.
Total Dynamic Head (TDH): TDH is the combined height and length the pump needs to overcome to deliver fluid to its destination. Calculate the TDH accurately to choose a pump that can handle the total resistance in your system.
Suction Conditions: Evaluate the suction conditions, including the distance from the source, lift height, and potential cavitation risks. The pump should be capable of effectively drawing in the fluid without issues.
Power Source: Determine the available power source for the booster pump. Depending on your location and infrastructure, you might choose between electric, hydraulic, or other power options.
Efficiency: Look for a booster pump with high energy efficiency to minimize operational costs over time. Energy-efficient pumps can significantly reduce your electricity expenses.
Size and Space Constraints: Consider the available space for pump installation. Some applications might require compact pumps, while others can accommodate larger systems.
Noise Level: In certain settings, such as residential areas, noise levels can be a concern. Choose a pump with a noise level that meets your requirements and doesn't cause disruptions.
Maintenance and Serviceability: Evaluate the ease of maintenance and access to replacement parts. Pumps with user-friendly designs and available service support can save time and money in the long run.
Reliability and Durability: Invest in a reliable and durable pump to avoid frequent breakdowns and replacements. Research the reputation of the manufacturer and read reviews from other users.
Budget: Set a budget for your booster pump system, considering not only the initial purchase cost but also long-term operating expenses and potential maintenance costs.
Regulations and Codes: Be aware of any local regulations, codes, or standards that might apply to booster pump installations. Ensure your chosen pump meets all necessary requirements.
Warranty and Support: Check the warranty terms and available customer support from the manufacturer. A good warranty can provide peace of mind and assistance in case of issues.
Consultation with Experts: If you're unsure about the technical aspects, consider consulting with pump experts or engineers who can provide tailored recommendations based on your specific needs.
By carefully considering these factors and conducting thorough research, you can select a booster pump that aligns with your requirements, enhances efficiency, and ensures a reliable water supply or fluid transfer system. For more info contact booster pump suppliers in uae or call us at +971 4 252 2966.
